We had a metal staple in our pizza. Absolutely unacceptable. When we called them, no compensation was offered. Very unprofessional service. Used to order from here but no longer will.

Felt like just ordering 3 deserts. Only one was really edible. Cookies were barely cooked, churros were dry, tasteless and the chocolate inside tasted strange.

They got my order correct but wrong size. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me another one for free, but then they charged me 10 pounds . That is a scam.

As a regular, I feel I must add a review after reading some of the others. This place is like a Pizza Hut / Topps rival. It isn't a Pizza Express rival. But it's a good example of its kind. Your kids will love it, you will love it, and even the haters love it really. The simplicity is also refreshing if you collect. No 2-4-1 offers or free sides to anguish over. Just phone up, collect 10 minutes later, and pay £10 for a large or £13 for a massive pizza. That's dinner done (and maybe breakfast too, yummy).

Food is terrible quality, cold side dishes and charged more at the door than quoted on the phone. Didn’t add my dips but sure charged me for them so food was dry as anything. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. craziness

Do not order from here. Did not accept order from Just eat. When we called to chase order, the man lied and said he did not receive it. We asked if we could order via the phone and he said no. He then said come to the shop and place the order and when we asked why can't we couldn't order over the phone and collect he said because we were travelling from Carshalton it's too far to travel for us. This was without us stating our location . Please do not waste your time ordering here.

Made an order on just eat for collection and the Bossman said he never got the order and made us wait 20 minutes to actually talk to us. He ended up canceling our order when he ‘found’ it so now we’re hungry.

I saw them charge a drunk person twice. They lie about their ne u prices. And honestly the pizza genuinely doesn't taste great. Cheese is genuinely tasteless. So many other pizza places nearby, for real don't waste your money here

I came the other day and had their sides platter. Was perfect for sharing and I loved their new Mac and cheese bites! Would definitely recommend, really tasty. The staff were friendly and polite - thank you Aryan in particular.

Told me to write a review to get some free desert ‘white’ chocolate cookies and got milk, everything was cooked from frozen and paid for 2 drinks and didn’t get them with the meal - not looking good 🤷🏽‍♂️

over 3h waiting for pizza after 4 phone calls they just changed established time for another hour and after my next call tried to tell me they delivered it already...

Very disappointed, do not order.

The pizza arrived cold, and I'm not talking about not hot- but ice cold. I had also ordered potato skins with toppings, of course there were none. Mistakes can happen to anyone so I called them to tell them I wasn't happy and immediately the man on the phone interrupted me to give a little monologue on the incompetence of the delivery drivers and that they were not to blame at all, though I do understand his frustration, but I was not yelling nor especially infuriated. After a while I finally got in another word to tell him about my missing toppings which obviously gave him the impression I was looking for another one of his monologues, in this case one about why potatoes are too tiny to have toppings. Spoiler alert: the potatoes were medium sized, offering plenty room to sprinkle them with whatever you like, one would think. Also the man, I can just guess, must have had a couple of these calls that day because he was getting infuriated with me, though I barely could get a word in, and when I brought that up, that I felt his tone was getting a little rude, he rerenditioned his uber driver bit which felt a smidge out of context to me. All I was looking for from this phone call was some sympathy and maybe a drink on the house the next time I ordered something from there, instead I got some 'tude and the drive to write this little essay. Oh yeah the food in general was okay, just cold you know and not exactly what I wanted.

I ordered food from Pizza 2 Night and the customer service was better than I have seen at some high-end London restaurant. The owner of the shop was very kind and I received my food warm and fresh. I ordered the pizza with stuffed cheesy crust and it was very tasty. My younger brother loved the chocolate cake. We definitely be ordering more from here. Thank you for taking your customer care into account. :)

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant while i was self isolating. The pizza was delivered open without a delivery bag, the presentation was very unappetising. I called the restaurant to complain about the situation, the person i spoke was so rude. The staff at the restaurant are uncivilised and ignorant. My order time was on the 28/12:20 at 4:38.

They had me waiting for 3 hours only not to show up and every call they said they was 5 mins away BAD!

Ordered through Deliveroo never showed, took my money and that was end of that one. Deliveroo were equally more use than a chocolate teapot reporting because this establishment uses their own drivers they cant keep tabs! Wish I had given the £20 to Chester Zoo...

Don’t use them they are unreliable. I have ordered pizza @19:20 and now 21:06 and call them to check and they said we didn’t send someone because we try to call you back but no answer. But they are been lying all the time because no one called us. When o called him 21:06 and the person on the phone was very rude and when I ask him his name and he denied to give me his name. Unprofessional attitude and not apologetic at all after been late two hours. So I will tell all of my family and all friends that don’t use them because unreliable and unprofessional.

Unfortunately management is very disorganised and rude, we ordered for iftar as we amongst them were fasting at 3pm so they knew about the order in advance then they decided at 8pm they were all going to break their fast before doing the delivery leaving some of my family members without iftar. I called to ask for an explanation, The man replied driver was breaking his fast and it is more important than you breaking your fast essentially. How is it you manage to deliver food 1 hour late is beyond me and have no etiquette to apologise to customer. Not even a phone call to say sorry we are going to be late. Despicable customer service. A simple apology would have calm me down but the sheer arrogance is infuriating. No more orders from me and my family from this place.

My family ordered pizza and 2 hours went past and it still hadn’t arrived. We then called them and we were handled with no respect. They need to pattern their behaviour. Dunno who gassed dem.

We ordered last night and the food was very disappointing and it was stone cold 🥶 with half an hour late.there customer service is absolutely ridiculous when i placed my order i said to him that last time my order was cold and was late but he didn’t bother to apologise and he was rude but anyways I ordered and hoped that this time they’ll make up for it but when i got the food it was cold and it doesn’t seemed freshly prepared and I have to microwave my food...... Won’t be ordering again from this place and They don’t even deserve 1 star.......

30.01.2020 Ordered Pizza and Lasagna informed on Just Eat app would be delivered by 14:55 but 14:53 was notified that the delivery just left. Finally received at 15.21 cold and soggy. Utter disappointment as my brother and I were really looking forward to piping hot pizza. Don't get me wrong I've ordered before and I can't say the quality of food is bad. But after looking at the past reviews I've noticed most people who have complained have the same issue which is lateness which results in people receiving cold food which then further results in negative reviews. I seriously believe management should take this into serious consideration and develop a better way to run their business more effectively. Read the negative reviews stop coming up with excuses like it's fraud or fake and fix the issue. Or come to me and I'll show you how to run the business lol But seriously if you accept you order then don't cook it until you know the driver will be able to deliver it hot. I think also a courtesy call to inform your customers delivery will be late would go a long way.

firstly whoever answered the phone tonight was rude.. i let it slide!! the driver then came my pizza was 9.99 i gave him everything but i was 30p short i couldn't find it in silvers so i gave it in 2ps, the man said am i taking the f#'ing piss go an get me a £10 note i said listen i have just had baby yesterday, there is only so much i can do give me time to go back upstairs an look for the rest, i didn't even fully get up the stairs before he starts banging on my door an shouting through my letter box to hurry up, like i didn't just explain i have a newborn baby, its ashame because i genuinly love this store as i order here quiet regular even as regular as only last night. we waited over an hour for our food, when it came it wasn't hot at all. we ordered a small pizza for £4 and a large pizza which is £15 but we got charged £25. we did order curly fries but we did not receive them with our order. we even questioned them about this but they said we were wrong. not happy with the service, we wouldn't order from here again.

Worst possible customer service ever. Delivery was extremely late and Pizzas were reheated. Upon complaining, a generous 2 pounds discount was offered ( Take it or leave it ).Icing on top, he ended up the conversation by saying” WE DONT NEED YOU”. Ruined a fantastic evening. Totally shit service we received order after one hour and 30 min and pizza was re heated fully with oil and taste less and staff is very Rode and unprofessional when we complete over the phone and offering him to collect your pizzas he rejected to collect pizzas straight away. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Ordered Pizza at 9PM got delivery at 10:25PM already half hour late. Pizza was stretchy, wasn’t fresh. Full of cooking oil. Not fresh pizza. Complaint made, all we were offered 1% discount credit on our next order, and was told by the person on call that we don’t need you. Take it or leave the offer. Disgraceful food, rude and poor customer service. DONT BUY, not recommended

Hi I do not recommend this shop because the service I received was not Good as my order was not right and it is not the 1st time. after one of the staff start arguing with me telling me that it my order and I did not listen to him. Popped last Friday for a seafood pizza and was the waste I have ever eat, too much salt and doesn't taste good.

I did an order with just eat, and this is not even the first time we order from this place in the same delivery Almost 90 mins later, the delivery driver call asking why I am not at my door. I opened and no one is outside. He became rude and hung up the phone twice on me. Once I complain to the restaurant and only 2 mins late, who is supposed to be a new driver and new food arrive (more rude than the one on food) and when I tell him that the pizza is coming in a shoggy box he laugh on me and run away. Whe I called the restaurant they hung on my other 3 times and no help whatsoever

Very nice pizza. Doesn't look all that in there but nice. Plenty of good selection. 6.99 for any medium pizza. Good price. Freshly cooked for you and has the standard amazing pizza smell. Great for a quick snack when you've had a few beers. Open late as well which is a bonus!

After opening Croydon They used to make the pizza good and I was a regular customer there but now days the way they make pizza just garbage..Totally disgusting .i hope they trained there staf how to make pizza...😡😡😡
