Caroline was such a lovely host! Happy to accommodate my strange questions & requests as a vegan. Me and my mate were really happy to be served by her and you can tell she takes pride in her job.

Fantastic service always get hot food when they put the toppings its like theres always extra so great lovely shop the manager in there lovely lady always makes me feel welcome and never had no problems with any order lori best dominoes staff member

Nearly 30 minute wait for a medium peperoni in person.

Had to wait 45 minutes, on his own understaffed was limited to 15 minute break super hungry 1 star not even enough I'd put a zero shocking all dominos fault going to pizza hut

Generally Dominos is standard all across. Cost of pizzas have gone up in recent times. Prefer to do collection from this store.

Alen was very helpful on the phone when I had issues with the app. Vegan pizzas always been nice from there!

I asked the woman if she wouldn't mind wearing gloves to make my pizza. She said she's not required to. She made a pizza with her bare hands. Cheese toppings etc all touched with her fingers. Then touched the till to serve me . I said can u please wear gloves to make mine. She said no I said I said why not she refused. She said we wash our hands before we make any pizza. I'm sorry but wash hands or not . Nobody wants their food made with anyones bare hands . Especially not something like a pizza. This is obsurd. U won't take cash because of the pandemic. But you'll let your staff touch our food . I don't want the hand wash or her left behind bacteria touching my food. How dare this even be a non required rule and hygiene policy. Whoever owns this franchise location . U need to do better. Its basic food handling respect. People smoke touch their phones go to the toilet and then u think a quick hand wash is enough to make my pizza. No way. And even if its not required if a paying customer asks it should be done. Simple as that . She's putting her hands in the cheese then the other toppings. That cross contamination for a start. She was aggressive and if she wasn't at work she would have tried to fight me for sure. This girl works in the day before 6pm . This is the second time I've had this situation with her. It's much easier to wear gloves than to wash your hands 100 times a day .what is wrong with u people

Rang up to order pizza at half 11 am, lady said we are not open, I replied " I thought you open at 11? " she hung up the phone 😂

My domino pizza arrived and I had altered some toppings which made it very soggy Rang up and got immediate response and offered replacement 😄😄 Which arrived minus alternative toppings It's lovely! Thank you Purley Domino's for sorting me out Excellent customer service as usual

Ordered takeaway pizza this evening (8th July) and it was honestly awful. The veg-a-Roma was abysmal, it had no veg (like 8 slices of pepper on a large). Both pizzas were also more greasy and charred than usual too. Won’t be returning.

Complete garbage!!!!!! They doubled up on my order for the pesto dough balls and didn’t send my garlic pizza bread. The pizza was overly greasy to the point where the grease was dripping off every slice and the box was soaked in grease. The wings were cold and rubbery. Tried to call to speak with them but couldn’t get through. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting. If you want to spend the next day after eating feeling rough all day then feel free to order from here. I personally will never order dominos from any of their stores again. If I could give minus stars I would.

On 4th of March i ordered some food that came poorly and as little as you can't imagine. A wrap with wedges and wings sooo small portions i've never seen . All for 20£ exagerte price for the amount of food or quality. Would never recommend! And definitely never order again !!

For collection I call them asked for 1 pizza chicken strips and cookies £23 something ,then I call carshalton branch for same order they said £14.50 ,1 star is for late delivery

Ordered exactly what we've had before, multiple times. Had to explain it several times on the phone ( its not that difficult....veggie pizza with added chicken) What we actually received was a pizza with zero tomatoes??? vegetables of any kind? and a tiny amount of chicken. So basically a cheese and chicken pizza?! How hard could it have been .....

I might as well have ordered a no cheese pizza.... Who does that. The least amount of cheese I have EVER had on a pizza. I suppose I should be grateful... Food here is great and so is the service...usually... They deliver earlier than expected which is great but watch out, I tried ordering from their website and the payment didn't go through but they still took my money, I called up the Purley branch and they just told me to contact tech support without giving me details, the contact details aren't even on the website even though I asked! So thank's Purley branch for taking that money from me... When I ordered using a different method, the driver was great to deliver it but then decided to sit in his car for the next maybe 10 minutes in my drive in my front garden on his phone...he could have had the decency to move the car

Shocking, food under cooked and cold when we got it. Ingredients just thrown at it by the looks of it. Delivery was fairly quick but I'd put that down to it spending less time in the oven and quality control...thanks dominos purley

Paid for extra cheese. Did not get extra cheese. Not very pleased, as this is a very occasional treat for me and one that I really looked forward to. Pizza is very standard and mediocre when compared to woodfired and Neapolitan pizza parlours that have sprung up everywhere. Not sure if I’ll order again...

Delivery on Saturday 28th Food Rating 10/10 I had: - Ultimate bacon cheese 10/10 Best piZza ever had - Chicken kickers 6/10 Was ok - garlic dippers - 7/10 I like em - Cinni dippers with icing dip- 9/10 The icing dip made had its way on me. Staff Rating 9/10 Don’t really care about the staff, as long as they make good pizza they get 10/10. The staff IS cool tho. Have changed reveiw since first review, says he has back log with refunds, sit at your desk and sort them, out of pocket recieved pizza didnt order and payed double, thank god I can air my frustration.

I ordered a pizza and it has been 45 min and they haven’t sent an email or a message and my kids are tired and went to bed. Very disappointing.

Delivered to the wrong house and instead of apologising and saying what they are going to do to rectify the issue immediately (as they should) they gave excuses and said it was delivered to my address - it was not! Am I meant to deal with their mistake? We were regular customers, but never again.

I don't usually complain as never need to but just ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides from dominos in Purley. The boxes arrived quite squashed and when we opened them the pizza was mangled! All the cheese and the toppings was over at one side of the pizza as if the boxes had been hurled or thrown about! This just made the pizza very dissatisfying to eat! Won't be ordering from you again anytime soon!

I order from this Domino's at least once a month as a treat. It does the job like any other Domino's. Delivered in a timely manner and a good quality. Only concern is the staff need more training. I have sometimes been put on hold and just been left on hold or have had to repeat my order to the staff. Otherwise very good.

Super fast pizza freshly made any topping. Good choice of drinks and side orders not too long to wait for orders either.

I've tried several different Dominos branches across the South East and what we have had from this Dominos has been the best! Really well made, you get what you ask for (bugbear of mine when you ask for extra cheese and there is hardly any on the pizza). My only downside is they don't deliver to Coulsdon. I really hope they change this at some point!!!

On October 14, 2015, several pizzas (one meat/ vegetable and vegetable) plus sides were delivered in Purley. I was the only person to become sick - it was violent and went on for three hours. The vegetable tasted "off" to me. Within minutes, I was sick. Without going into details, there were multiple and painful symptoms. This was reported by email to Domino's Purley (Topaz, Ltd. there has been no response from the store. It was reported to Domino's US HQ - it was very difficult to find the phone number. I was directed to Domino's UK. The call elicited concern and a form via email. I tried to complete the form (it was designed to be printed and either scanned or mailed back)and returned by email. The last communication from the UK said the attachment was not found. In any case, Domino's has not taken steps to assure me that I was the only person made sick. We recommend not eating anything from Domino's Purley until answers are provided

How many toppings does one need to order so that I can have a packed out pizza because even with 5 it feels like you have 9 strips of small chicken, 4.99 gets you 7 small chicken nuggets, where in store £2 gets you a huge bag if you're willing to oven them yourself, and with 4 cookies at 3.99.... ouch. A whole pack of Maryland with water in the microwave to heat them up sits at £1. Value at Dominos with price hikes are at an all time low for what you get. Seriously.... Pizza is so expensive compared to what people pay in most other nations including USA. We need a pizza revolution! What saves this from being 1 star is the fact that you can "track" where your order is so far in the process although you wouldn't be able to verify this unless you were to be able to have a gopro or facetime on your pizza maker's head... selfie proof? For £.250 you have such a negligible amount of cheese or herb in the DOUBLE DECADENCE pizza which suggests that you are in for a treat or an excess amount of something hence "decadence" but you can barely taste it and it ruins the pizza experience. Papa Johns it seems do a better job right now.

Staying in Croydon for first time just wanted some to eat that me and my partner knew and could trust. Food was brilliant so tasty and hot. But my god how do you deliver so quick?? Stunned brilliant service highly recommend

The food is good for the money but if you go in the shop to order be prepared to wait. They never have enough staff on, so service will be slow
