Yufa Kebab and Pizza in Croydon

I order a kebab with salad &paid for extra salad small chips & drink there was no extra salad, the standard salad was onions, 2 green peppers, few strips of cabbage & lettuce, no tomato no cucumber no pickled cabbage or lettuce the shish was dry garl

It's really nice and very cheap, I would go to this place everyday if I could.

I asked for stuffed crust pizza and it was just plain but overall good

Missing 2 item's. Jalapeño cream cheese was just cheese and chicken wings were the size of a 20p coin

Defo used to be better before. The tall slim guy is extremly rude whether it be over the phone or in person. More customers are flocking to JDkebab....I do not see yufa lasting...once great now just rude staff...ignorant delivery drivers and crusty old food.

Just Eat, didn’t care about my report against this restaurant meaning no protection to the costumer at all. This order was a total disappointment; the meat was extremely dry, in bad state and it didn't taste good at all especially the lamb meat. It was not a new meat, probably it was a leftover and very old meat definitely would not recommend this place anyone.

driver was good and called to confirm . erm pizza was a little burnt and missing ingredients, namely egg and Spinach. chicken nuggets instead of wnhs. First time disappointed

Pitta was oily and sauces lacking and not that nice. Lamb donner was ok. Pizza was not that good no dips

Great place that has the best value meals out there. My go to place for pizzas in Croydon. Absolutely would recommend!

Kebab meat tastes like cardboard, chips stale one bite and in the bin. No hygiene rating in the window, staff look as off as the food. Don't know this place is open still council should do something about this shop.

All 3 pizzas arrived burnt and inedible. Called the restaurant and the man on the phone was rude and unhelpful just telling us to contact just eat for a refund. That’s fine but what was we supposed to eat now? The yufa platter was also greasy and overcooked.

Food was totally fine but I had ordered 10 chicken wings and instead 10 chicken nuggets were provided probably because they were sold out. Would have preferred bbq wings instead of nuggets.

I ordered a large chicken shish and a large lamb shish, as well as a 7 inch pizza. They sent two small kebabs. one of them was missing red cabbage. They both had half a slice of cucumber and tomato. The lettuce, onion and cabbage measured about a teaspoons worth of each. And the pizza was cold! I tried to call them to tell them they had made a mistake with the order and they hung up the phone on me. Terrible service, mistakes with the order and a worse attitude! I will never use them again!!!

Ordered the pizza chips and drink meal, paid for it, as I was waiting for it to cook, I made the mistake of looking online at other reviews and immediately regretted my decision. So anyway, dude gives me my order (service was fine btw) something told me to check it before leaving. Look at the picture. I complained to the guy because the chips looked like scraps, and he advised this this was the normal portion. Whatever, I said my piece and left. With the meal, because I was starving and had waited long enough to eat. I walked home vex, vex with myself. I'm chalking this up to a lesson learned. Things were so much easier in the early 2000's 🥲 Learn from my mistake. *Edit* in response to Khalid, pull up your CCTV and show us where extra food was given, you'll see me walking out the shop as he was talking to me. A lady and her child walked in as I walked out. If you scroll through the other bad reviews here, you'll see I'm not lying. I'm confused and concerned as to why you feel the need to target my review when I'm not the only one showing concern regarding the quality of food served.

After writing an honest review on Google, the manager, Khalid decided to respond, no problem there, however he decided to lie about my experience and what the member of staff did. So I'm now adding my review here. chicken sheesh is amazing like always.

I ordered just after 7:00pm the food turned up over an hour later and it was the wrong order ! When I called up the staff were extremely rude and didn’t seem to understand English. I waited hours for someone to come back and sort out their mistake out but they didn’t resolve the issue. I was left out of pocket & starving. Don’t waste your money

I ordered 8 wings- only got 6- plus burnt chips that I didn’t order. Apart from that, pizza was good.

I have been coming to this shop for years but in the last few years your attitude has turned me away. I struggle to eat food if it comes from you. You use to be nice. I have spoken to many people and they have had bad experiences too. Because of your attitude you have lost many customers. We all have bad days but what is your excuse to take it on others. Very awful experience in regard to the food from here. Got some chips and they were not only burnt but also made from old oil. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. The service was polite either, I asked for tissues* and I got a tissue.

Although it was a good pizza and grilled wings for descent price, I didn’t get the free pizza as advertised and was told it should be mentioned on the notes before payment. This is unfair and falsely advertised so I will not be buying again unless they clear this up on Just Eat. I feel cheated by this and will be escalating this to Just Eat!

Large order, there were missing items(2 portion of garlic bread and chicken nuggets) called them, the guy was rude admitting one item was missing while saying we already delivered the garlic breads and hang up. Called 2nd time after 30 min same excuse saying no driver available and hung up again. Never ordering from them again waste of time and liers.

Chips soggy and cold, forgot our garlic bread and sent the wrong drink.

Not a pleasant experience, only one guy working, it took ages. I'm sorry but it was not clean. When a shop doesn't have a food hygiene rating in the window, you know its gonna bad.

Always late and not enough meat on pizzas

I ordered online for the first time in a few years and I was really shocked at the decline in quality. I ordered a lamb feast and the bits of lamb were crispy and dry. I ordered a turkey Ham and mushroom and got an Hawaii. I took the pineapple bits off and just ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to waste time calling them. I won't be ordering again I'm afraid.

Disgusting unhygienic bad food and rude staff. Literally couldn’t be worse if they tried. Bro ran his fingers through his greasy hair and then proceeded to touch my food without washing his hands. He also made me 2 minutes to be served as the only person in the store while he watched tik tok. Don’t support this place

Garlic bread was missing. Both pizzas where tomato base when we asked for bbq. Second time in a row our order was messed up, rather disappointed as was pretty good leading up to our last two times.

Staff were on their phone all the time, got orders wrong, and food overcooked.

If you make a mistake apologise don't treat someone as if they have no sense give then under cooked food and expect them to come back

Food here always tastes good. Never really had any issues. Seating option isn't the greatest, and I've never ordered for delivery via JustEat, etc so can't comment, but when ordering or larger orders and even on short notice, they've never failed to deliver and always on time.

Half our pizzas toppings where missing. We got half ham and Pineapple and half plain cheese for some reason.

To start with it was late then I had to ask the driver for my bottle of drink. Garlic bread was just burned bread no garlic, chicken nuggets instead of wings whi h where soggy reheated pieces and the pizza was average a bit soggy too.

Terrible quality of food. Bland, dry and spongy chicken wings. Order mistakes: ordered thin crust with stuffed edge but did not receive any of it. That was the last time eating from this place. Terrible taste.

Worst pizza ever. Worst wings ever. Seemed like the wings was warmed up in a microwave as they were very dry and chewy. Wrong information give on Just eat. Asked for thin crust and stuffed edge but didn't get any. When I called, they informed me that they don't do stuffed crust on small pizza but the option to select was on the website so misleading.

Cheap and cheerful! You get what you pay for.

Absolutely love it, flavourful and delicious, came piping hot and the wedges were crispy. My absolute favourite and reasonably priced.

If I could, I would give this so called food shop a well deserved minus infinitive stars. Never have I ever met a cashier with such ignorance. I may be an adolescent but mutual respect is key in this society especially during this time of inflation I don’t want to be spending money on food I didn’t order and not getting any alternative or being informed before I purchase. Those of you who have credited them 5 stars it’s because you’re either too kind or you’ve been ordered their only decent tasting food - pizza. I advise you don’t even fathom to step foot in this place. After what my companion and I have experienced and a few generations of my family, please I encourage you don’t waste your precious money and time on Yufa.

Normally, this place is always 5 stars for me. I am really disappointed with our experience this time round. Time- Placed order and from the confirmed email to time quoted delivery by restaurant was an hour and 45mins on the app. If you busy don't confirm the order please. Food cold I needed to reheat in microwave.

I’ve ordered from them in the past and had delivery issues but this time I asked for deep pan I got thin base and I ordered 2 large chips got give regular and half box empty the chips is always an issue I’m paying £5 for 2 large I expect a full portion in a large box not a regular portion half full. It’s very disappointing when u get less for your money. To be honest I will start looking else wear as I don’t get value for money.

Wrong order I ordered pizza chicken wings and garlic bread with a Bottle of drink I got chicken nuggets instead of wings

The food was cold it had really small portions and the meat tastes old and the salad was off chips were undercooked

I placed an order before 6pm. It shows as 20-30min delivery & then changed to 30-45min. If the order is before 6pm & 30-45min wait, why did it show a delivery time of 6.40-7pm. I checked str8 away & still showed 30-45min so someone lied.

Chips and pizzas were VERY cold. Like they have been made 30/40 minutes before delivery. Very stale and cold.

Sadly the food was very bland. I did not get the extra toppings which I requested and the chicken was tasteless. Have eaten from there before and would usually recommend but on this occasion it was very disappointing

I love this place. I have been ordering Pizza from here for over 10 years. Everything is halal so you can enjoy all choices without worry. All the Pizzas are delivered pipping hot. They are generous with the toppings and the buy one get on free deal just can’t be beat.

I ordered from this takeaway and they cancelled my first order and I had to wait over an hour and a half for my new order which did not have my chicken fillet burgers and the wings weren’t BBQ wings, they were just crispy wings and looked 5 days old, greyish meat. Straight in the bin 🗑 not even the cat wanted them. NEVER AGAIN

Food was over cooked, Stale. Pizza was not nice at all and almost rubbery when chewing and some bits of the pizza snapped as too hard!
