Tops Pizza in Croydon

Oh Vile Went in to order and collect… The staff didn’t have a uber/deliveroo and personal delivery people walking in and out.. Hygiene is vile no ones whats what. The replenished toppings are not rotated. Very blazé. The same pizza slicer was used for both veg n non veg pizza. Oh and u get complementary hair on your pizza because they don’t wear proper head coverings. What a shame

I know they are short staffed...I would usually give 4 or 5 stars as the pizza arrives within 20 mins piping hot! Today very disappointing waited over an hour so ate late and is luke warm. But i will try again as it is usually really good pizza 🍕 😋

I already put a note that when u reach call me .. but driver ring the bell.. and the its 1:00 a.m. so all the people are wake up.. very bad service.. i will gone complain about it and not recommend for anyone anymore._

It’s my best Pizz in london I have to try lot of place to eat Pizz but this test and mazar give me wanderfull service make sure come to and try one time I’m dame sure you have try one time you have to come again and again ……😊

This is Pepperoni Lovers Pizza? Burnt and dry....I do not recommend...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quantity of curly fries I received in exchange for the £5.99 I paid. When I inquired about the small portion size, the staff informed me that they were following instructions from the Head Office. I find it unacceptable that I was not even offered an apology. I took the fries to a local kebab shop in South Croydon, where the staff was equally surprised by the small portion size and the price I had paid. I feel that I have been scammed and will not be returning to your establishment.

Bought a super size which staff told me was 15.5 inches got a 13.5 inch pizza which is a large. Rude staff will be filling for refund tomorrow avoid!!!

Absolutely outraged with this restaurant! As I was eating my MARGARITA pizza I tasted and smelt what I can only describe as cat food with hairs in it!! Please see picture and zoom into left side of the slice. I am disgusted! Further to this, I contacted the branch to get a refund but they were not willing to help me or even sorry for what happened!!

We ordered Tops Pizza for the first time today (6/8/24). And we were all impressed with the quality and the taste of the pizzas. We will definitely order again. Thank you.

Did not arrive at all, wasted over an hour of my time waiting for it, called them was told by the bloke over the phone I was called three times but I received no such call and when further questioned I was told my cash was not accepted and that only card was accepted, if that was the case on the site I would of obliged but that wasnt the case, I'm very unhappy with how I was spoken too and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again

Avoid at all cost! I ordered bbq base pepperoni pizza with olives and garlic bread with cheese. Yet the order came wrong definitely not a bbq base. The delivery driver is incredibly rude, had the audacity to blame me for being late, to then ask me why I never picked up my phone that never rang?!. The pizza was cold, the garlic bread was suffering frostbite. Tops pizza definitely didn't top my night.

Food arrived cold and was over 40 minutes late from original delivery time. quality of ingredients seems to have reduced. it's a shame, I used to be a regular customer, but will now go elsewhere.

These people left my son pizza on the floor outside because they claim they were ringing the door bell and couldn't get to deliver...would they eat pizza that was left on the ground..some people are just not right in the head.

Very good service, the base is a little too thick for my liking but I think most people would enjoy it. Very nice

Honestly, I really like this place, HOWEVER, the delivery team are absolutely ridiculous. It’s honestly tiring, I’ve given the benefit of the doubt on several occasions but I think you should hire different delivery drivers. They are absolutely ridiculous, he says he can’t even get out the car to bring my food to the door, so every time he comes I have to leave my house and go to his car to get my food & by the time he gets here it’s cold. Therefore, he really shouldn’t be delivering anything. It’s really frustrating as this driver has done this many times and really gives you a bad reputation. If you can amend this I’d be happy to order again.

Fantastic quality of food delivered by a very friendly delivery driver- very impressive!

Received a voucher for any large pizza for 9.99 (mon - thurs) with free delivery. When I called to redeem this I was told it will be £14.99, after describing the voucher to him he insisted I am wrong, refused to honour the voucher and then hung up on me.

One pizza wasn't this same which we ordered. Was based on bbq and had more different veg but we ordered chicken lover pizza. So disappointed on this order .

Great pizza, potato wedges (good size portion for sharing)!and garlic bread. Pizza was delicious, nice and warm when delivered too.

I specifically asked if it was possible to order for delivery without the driver knocking on my door especially not ringing my doorbell! 2.45am whilst our kids are sleeping, The driver knocks on the door and rings our doorbell. It’s these small things that prevent us ordering from these places who don’t communicate such simple things. 2nd Time in a row this has now happened..

Order delivered over 90 mins from time order placed. Had to call 4 times to get items remade and redelivered.

Absolutely awful - driver exceptionally rude, got lost and refused to come to correct address. Had to call restaurant 3 times to rectify order. When he arrived refused to acknowledge that he should have used correct address. Food arrived cold - had to microwave it in order to make it edible. Bits of order were missing - had to wait for further 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Will never use this place again

Pizza was cold and soggy, should be crisp and warm had to throw in bin as was asif someone had tipped water and oil on the pizza

The driver complained at me due to he waited outside 10 minutes, but it was all his fault he never phoned on arrival and followed the delivery instructions plus the door to the foyer in my block was open all along.

This place has no delivery tracking, so no information online about when my delivery was meant to arrive. Normally, I follow this progress or expect them to call me when they have arrived as I can't hear knocking at the door. The driver (in a car) finally arrived and proceeded to scream at me in the street about not answering the door and not being able to park. Appalling treatment.

I didn't get the confirmation. I tried calling the restaurant several times, when I got through the man was really rude and I hung up on him. The order arrived and I refused the pizza as I already had a meal in the oven. The delivery man was lovely and I tipped him. I would like a full refund

I love Tops! The best pizza! Friendly staff and fast delivery! Never had a bad experience whether collecting or having delivered. Sadly moved away and can’t find a pizza like Tops. Guys are the best!

Delivery guy did not want to come up the stairs inside the flat and i was home alone with a 2 year old . Eventually when i went down he wAs very rude and was about to leave with my pizza !! So disappointed

Incorrect Wine packed /delivered. (Red wine instead of white wine-actually ordered.) Pizza overcooked. Delivery person was ver nice & apologetic - when I finally located him down the road- but he accidentally went to wrong address initially.

This wasn't a thin crust pizza that I ordered. Also the entire pizza had 2 pieces of pepperoni.

Pizza was almost an hour late, they lied about sending a message on just eat, lied about calling us about delivery (we had contacted them ourselves during this time) and I sat outside my house waiting for 45 extra minutes after the latest expected delivery time and then watched a car sit for 15 minutes idling which I thought was just a random passer by. Turned out to be our deliver driver! What on earth was he doing all that time? I took photos as proof of this and was met with resistance. This was the second requested delivery as ‘they couldn’t get access to the building’ funny because our door doesn’t require access. I showed the delivery driver this. It opens no problem without need for an access key. We contacted the store several times for updates on our delivery during this time and we were met with nothing but outright incompetence and blatant rudeness. Spoke to both a male and female on separate phone calls, both of which felt it was acceptable to shout at me. When we were finally delivered the food, which I had to fetch from the delivery driver in the road myself, it was stone cold and soggy. Avoid at all costs. Terrible food, even worse customer service.

Only complaint is the fake halal pepperoni tastes what I imagine dog food tastes like .. It's allways under the cheese(cos it will.go brown if on the top you know where toppings are supposed be) and never cooks right slimey and chewy

The garlic dip which I got was spoiled.when I returned to them, they said by mistake you got the spoiled garlic dip 😔.And they checked all the garlic dip is spoiled. I don't know how they have the 5star hygiene certificate...

The Pizza estimated delivery time was very late (arrived after more than 1hr of placing order) & it was not hot (warm) .

I ordered at 20h24 and got my delivery at 22h10. When I called the person was rude the 2nd time

Food was very undercooked The pizza dough was soft like some pillowy extra thick bread Not like a pizza at all tbh It was of an extremely low standard and I will be wanting a £20 back in just eat credits for when I order foods next from somewhere else. I will never order from here again.

The delivery was on time and was most excellent and the driver was the most friendliest who’s ever came across my residence. And I praise him for his kindness and devotion.

The delivery guy was sweet but it did arrive a bit later than the expected time. Garlic bread with cheese was horrible, it's like they sprinkled a little bit of cheese on it and that's it. The pizza I don't see the prawn only tuna. This was a bit disappointing.
