McDonald's in Islington

Disappointed with delivery rider who rang my mobile asking my address and asking where I was, I asked him to press my buzzer so that I could open intercom door for him but he wasn’t there? I asked him where he was he then pretended he couldn’t hear me ? I came down from my flat into the street no sign of him for 2min… poor delivery rider

delivered wrong food and i’ve had no refund

The order was incomplete and terrible. The sauces and syrups were missings, no utensils, napkins,ketchup were provided, the coffee spilled and soaked the food, want my money back.

Not sure if the restaurant had the food waiting there but it arrived cold and without any straws to drink my drink, I literally didn’t even eat the food because it is so cold

driver got lost ,and when found the address was on a video call,he acknowledged myself but did not come to the door he then ignored me and was on the phone having a conversation to the point I had to ask are you coming up as I have children ,and the food is for them

Horrible, estaba fuera para comer rápido con mi bicicleta plegable Brompton, al entrar, no estoy seguro de si era un guardia o algo así, pero seguro que parezco un repartidor, me dijo que no se me permite traer dentro mi “Brompton” doblado y rodado, me puso furioso, solo salí y me olvidé de mi hambre Esto es lo que pasa cuando el restaurante está dirigido por esos gusanos, Para su información, eran las 3 pm, como fuera de pico no ocupado en absoluto, como solo 10 clientes

The restaurant keeps forgetting items when I order. The driver was great!

How can you forget to deliver the one main thing we’ve ordered. Then why don’t we get the option to get it re delivered. If we are offered a refund for the meal that was missing, then why don’t we get the delivery fee refunded too because the I am not happy with the delivery!! Just awful service!

Food was nice and warm and on time give or take a few mins. Down side, burger missing from Large Big Mac meal and no ketchup for any of the kids happy meals

Your so called manager is so rude she need to learn how to talk to elder people and don't need to be at Angel Mcdonald she's so rude I don't know why she is the manager of Mcdonald she doesn't have respect for people not one or 2 everyday she is rude she will make lots of people wouldn't come there to eat the girl manager

The indian girl working now is very rude and misbehaving. She made the order ready in the system, but she says it is still in the kitchen. I had to cancel it. I will encourage other riders to share their experience.

My order has been delivered to an incorrect address, the I messaged the courier after the call and specifically updating him to the correct address, he has now marked this as delivered. Not impressed wish to have a refund

I never received my order which I placed at 15:00 hrs, it was delivered to 46 Penton Street, London N1 9Q4 ( wrong address) it should have been delivered to, 10 Hayward House, 49 51 Penton Street, London N1 9UL, I'm getting nowhere with your CHAT

Waited over half an hour for a simple order of a large nugget meal and cheeseburger, staff were unbelievably slow. Got told the milkshake machine was cleaning so instead of the large milkshake I ordered could I take a water or orange juice instead.. Then they were pushy when I asked for a refund for the absent shake although they did eventually give it to me. You normally expect what you get with Macdonalds but this one I'd avoid!

Terrible service. I ordered 20 McNuggets and happy meal at drive thru. The girl gave me a big bag and the drink and closed window I drove away. Got home no happy meal. I called and explained what happened and a boy said it was my fault for driving away He was rude and unapologetic for the employees mistake. I drove back to get happy meal and they wanted to give me the one that had been sitting there for 30 minutes No apology no refund Will not go back to that location. No customer service whatsoever

Avoid if you want to eat your MacDs in peace!Too many loud and unruly school aged kids who would stay at the place for hours without even buying any food from there. Staff were not doing about them too.

Got a quarter pounder here and I am disappointed with the single pickle and two bits of onion... It's not that hard. I know it isn't because my brother worked at maccies for ages. That said, condolences to the staff who work here because I've seen them endure some nightmare customers.

He estado en este McDonald's hoy 5 de marzo y en otra ocasión, y cada vez, el personal directivo no ha estado usando sombrero mientras manipulaba alimentos. Esto es lo básico a la hora de manipular alimentos. Lo he mencionado en ambas ocasiones y parece que no les importa. Qué pena.

The Manager was not wearing a hat while preparing and handling food, once again. He should know better.

Frustrated, delivery driver marked food as delivered when it was not, contacted McDonalds Islington immediately but there was nothing they could do. Be careful when ordering and make sure you are tracking the delivery.

Chapel market McDonald’s should be shut down and inspected properly

I want to thank Analisa (sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong) she went above and beyond after contacting the store explaining that most McDonalds forget the happy meal boxes! Of course it’s not a big deal but to an autistic poorly child you’ve made her day & for that thank you soooo much.

Nice but there is so many homeless people. It’s okay they let them seat inside in this weather but what about guests. There is no specific space for who wants to buy and want to some time with friends.

Unforgettable social experience!!! The burgers were good but what can we say about the atmosphere. We went there around 9:30 p.m., which is not extremely late but the attendance really left something to be desired between the homeless, and the drug addicts in need of crack, who invite themselves directly to your table. We could laugh about it, but personally I didn't feel safe. Avoid in the evening!!!

I think Sevgul who looks after the cleaning of the tables is an amazing lady always polite helpful, always smiling what A lovely lady, often busy restaurant she works hard to keep people happy 😊 well don👏👏

This is the third time I haven't received my full order. From McDonald's please ensure that the drivers or delivery persons get the full order. Always bringing my drinks but not the food and then the driver states that's the only bag McDonald's gave him.
