McDonald's in Islington

Not a full box of chips and very soggy and cold everything was cold

Food was freezing cold, not tasty and so not worth the money. I was also given half of the chips.. i asked for a refund for this nonsense and i was not given one.

Has given food poisoning. Don't eat there.

The driver was rude food was freezing got binned

the burgers are getting so dry and I MEEN dry struggling to chew it , MC ds as gone right down , they change , buns , ingredients , less sauce , done no favours ,,, listen too your customers and not people in suits that can advise how you can maximise your profits !

Hello, i've ordered 3 chicken mayo and instead you sent me 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 McChicken Sandwich. This is not what i ordered and I am allergic to cheeseburgers and i would like a refund please. I'm not happy at all as i was waiting for a long time for the food.

This McD's is usually pretty good compared to some of the others but lately its getting lax, items missing, rude delivery drivers, not properly packed and food items squashed with leaking drinks.

Islington Mcdonald’s always gets the order wrong or sends food and misses items that you pay for. It is terrible service from the Islington branch.

Was unacceptable for came 1hr 30 mins late, delivery guy was making up multiple excuses at one point he stopped on a street for 5 mins standing still. When did arrive food was stone cold

Drinks had spilled over my food, delivery driver didn’t care brought the food and drinks bag to met door with coke Dripping all over the floor. Burgers were soaked in coke.

Chips were cold and hard and item missing from order not happy at all

the driver phoned me to tell me he was outside and he wasn't and wouldn't communicate as to where he was and was quite rude

The order came missing medium strawberry shake and birthday donut!!! I will never order from this branch again... The delivery man tried to solve the problem for me and he was polite and helpful. The good rating is for the delivery only.. the worst rating is for the islington branch!! That's it.

Wrong drink and no code so poor driver could not type in to end the delivery process I did try and help him but he sat trying to sort it out

2nd time I have asked for extra onions, and only got a few, hardly any🤬 last time i ordered dips, paid for them, got none, service is getting worse!!!

Really pleased with the food everything was perfect also perfect deliver came really early 10 mins before so was also pleased with delivery

Order wasn’t delivered but says it is driver was rude when he called I asked him to buzz in the first gate as there are 2 so I could meet him downstairs there was no buzz so we went down to look for him and he was no where to be seen but my order is apparently delivered!!

Was given ice in my drinks when i written in the notes NO ICE…

The driver was in a different street and kept phoning me asking me where the flat was and what colour is the building. I had to go out and look for him and whilst on the phone with him, he was asking a passerby and he was actually at the wrong address. I even put on the notes where the flat was. Food was a bit cold when arrived

Can I please have my refund as my order was not my correct order. When will I be getting my refund!!!!!!!!!

Food was wet - driver never had a thermal bag, carried the food to my door in the rain!

I have been asked by the courier to tell him my last 4 numbers of my mobile no, he said that he has to ask for that now ? that's Just eat policy ? can you telle if this is correct

the delivery is just a joke , honestly it's giving MCds a bad reputation , spilt drinks , drivers turning of location so they can get orders from other restaurants, and amazingy your order is outside with a min of them at MC ds

the staff in the night shift are really inactive. thy gossip a lot and takes too much time to prepare order. I visited twice in the night around 11 and faced the same thing. There was one particular girl staff who was roaming around but didn't respond to handover the order. waited more than 30 minutes which is unacceptable as peoples time has value.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order which was one single wrap. There were only about 5 other people there.

Fast food turned slow. Went to this McDonald's store during my lunch break, didn't order anything extravagant that would require a long cook time, some single fries and a cheeseburger, pretty basic order I'd say. It took about 15 minutes for them to bring the order. How can something so basic take so long. McDonald's used to be fast food but since they switched to ordering stations the speed of service has reduced massively, I think they are just interested in getting the orders in quick and then don't really care about the rest of the service. It certainly makes me think twice about going again.

Avoid at all costs, a very badly run McDonald's. Attitude of staff is unacceptable and rude. Not only did they get my order wrong. When i tried to query it they were not interested in putting it right. Will not go there again, absolute joke.

This HAS to be the absolute worse Mcdonalds restaraunt that exists! I don't really don't know where to begin! There is a female manager known as Kristine, although i may not have spelt her name right. I would be very interested in how she got a job there and even more intetested in how she was given the manager position. Not only was she rude and very unprofessional, i found the way she handled food a big concern. Deliberately squeezing and squashing food before throwing them in the bag and doing so while all the time looking into my face. Disgusting to say the least, Please, McDonalds, how on earth do you employ people that present with such poor customer service skills and who treat customers food like rubbish? I hope this particular branch will have some kind of investigation or monitoring of staff members, especially those that have been allocated as Managers! Best described as the worst Mcdonalds in London without a shred of doubt.

As a regular McDonald's customer, i can say i was very dissapointed with the manner in which i was treated by two employees. What i found particularly disturbing is that one of the employees who this review is concerned with was apparently a manager there. All i can say is that Christina (manager) and Karen (another employee), were extremely rude, laughing out loud, sniggering and making facial expressions to one another and speaking in their own language and walking away whilst i was trying to speak to them. They were extremely sarcastic and totally unproffessional in how they responded when i asked for 1 additional ketchup. Even after i made it crystal clear i would pay for it. While i was there, i noticed i was not the only one who was treated badly, as i witnessed them speaking aggressively with other customers. These two employees need to be very closely monitored and supervised whilst dealing with customers. Unacceptable customer service!

Have been given the completely wrong order, the drinks were wrong, the sauces and they’ve given wrong items. Asked for chill chicken wrap and got a Big Mac, asked for nuggets and got selects

I ordered a vegetarian deluxe and found myself biting into a chicken burger 10 years into a vegetarian diet.

it was disgusting , the egg 🥚 was rank , bacon was blue , sausage was broken , , even the dog didn't want it and he eats everything seriously needs management to check quality before it's dispatched, was disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting says my food was delivered however didn’t even come to my door or even try to deliver my food so upset never again

The new staff are very bad they just stand there and gossip in some other language and they have no manners at all it took 5 mins for 7 people to make 1 mcdouble and there was literally nobody else getting a order lol

Went for brekky on a Tuesday. Had egg and cheese McMuffin which was quite crunchy but still good tasting. Hashbrown was pretty average. Also had the biscoff frappe, which was very delicious and visually appealing but in my opinion a bit too sweet.

I visited here week ago and i was amazed by the quality and depth of the service by the employee named Ganesh. He helped me to choose from a completely different menu than we have in our country and also he maintained a calm and friendly atmosphere entire time. I would like to thank him and appreciate his efforts to run the store smoothly. I highly appreciate if the managment let him know that he did a very wonderful job. This mcdonalds is worth a visit mates✌️

Its a McDonald's..what else is there to say. Only downsides, most of the time the self service machines have no paper in and the queues can get really busy, especially with the school kids.
