the thing when ordering MC Donald's you get worried that your items won't turn up but too day I got everything I ordered what makes a change well done

The delivery driver was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I had to go across the road and meet him outside the hotel to collect my food.

driver called and said he's outside so I asked did you buzz he said no , can you come out , its raining , deliverys are getting worst , your charging extra for the food and still got pay delivery fee might as well walk to MC ds

the best delivery driver is the best delivery I have had him more than once and he is 10/10 rating from me

My neice is allergic to egg, i got a sausage and egg mc muffin with no egg but got sent a muffin with just egg???? Clearly stating on the packet its meant to be sausage with no egg

Delivery time kept being pushed and ended up being over 1,5 hour late. I tried to cancel the order multiple times and that did not work either. I tried to contact the currier too without any luck. After a LONG time I texted the currier and told them to disregard the order and DONT deliver. The order was then marked as delivered.

Food was absolutely cold your delivery drivers need to read instructions properly

Receipt on bag says 1.11pm didn’t receive it til 2pm so it was absolutely freezing and the driver spilt an entire drink over the whole order

McFlurry is missing from my order

The food was absolutely freezing and they did not send the chicken nuggets.

I bought a plant burger from here and was then extremely ill in the night. I think it must not have been cooked properly/was contaminated.

They also gave me 2 ketch up and 1 barbercue and I’ve requested for 2 curry sauce and bbq sauce

My order never came yet said delivered. What’s the point in giving us a code if the driver doesn’t ask for it upon delivering because now I’m still hungry and lost out on money

The(staff) night shift who works there is very arrogant and disrespectful. The fries were dry and salty. I asked for the sauce and even doe I ordered multiple orders she said only that I can give you bear in mind I have ordered for 4 kids.

There was no buns on the burgers, also missing food items so some hungry children still went hungry.

I am more than happy to wait for fresh and hot food (unlike a gentleman who got a refund his took so long) and I am more than happy to accept service without a smile because its a hard life. It's a hard world. But the woman on shift this evening (30/10/24) around 5pm was outrageous. She was SHOUTING at her employees and the attitude towards customers? I'm not sure if it was her, but the vile way numbers were called out to us was embarrassing! She threw money down to one lady served after me and spoke to her like a petulant child. I had to explain to my child why she was behaving worse and ruder than he ever could, and even then, there's no excuse. She was dismissive, rude, aggressive, and actually quite scary. I wouldn't return because of her alone, and I don't know how anyone is working with her. Everyone has stuff going on in our lives, including her!!! But honestly - that visit left a foul taste in my mouth.

Great delivery driver, just a shame I was missing an item on the order but that's the restaurants fault.

Este McDonald’s fue absolutamente terrible. La hamburguesa era completamente no comestible, asemejándose más al cartón que a la carne de res. Las papas fritas estaban frías, flácidas y sin sal, un completo insulto al concepto de comida rápida. El servicio fue igualmente lento y no respondió, lo que aumentó la frustración general de la experiencia. He comido mejor en una tienda de gasolina. Esto fue una completa pérdida de tiempo y dinero, y estoy profundamente decepcionado con la calidad de los alimentos y servicios proporcionados.

Always good food and a fast service at Mcdonalds Islington - near Angle station. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere for children with small indoor play area. We come here quite often to treat the kids.

I ordered a meal for my child, but when the driver delivered it, the drink had spilled all over the bag, and I had to dispose of it. This was very disappointing.

Toilet was locked, lots of litter around.

Food was cold. Was not enjoyable

when originally ordered it was 20 mins away that changed to an hour. no way was it the restaurants fault. it was the drivers. when he finally arrived with my cold food he then had the nerve to stand outside on his phone for a further 10 mins. no wonder my food was late. driver at fault not restaurant.

Clueless managers and staff locks all the toilets including disabled toilets and mentioned we don't where keys are I'm guessing staff are using the backyard for toilet facilities The whole reason family members come seat and eat to make sure restaurants has all or few important facilities avaliable Same thing most Macdonald now days they are more busy with delivery they forget there are people as good customers when always choices Macdonalds Very disappointing another Macdonalds same issues

Delivery was quick but the portion size of the medium fries are equivalent to small fries, they are not even half full and they were kind of cold and chewy.

Hello, i've ordered 3 chicken mayo and instead you sent me 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 McChicken Sandwich. This is not what i ordered and I am allergic to cheeseburgers and i would like a refund please. I'm not happy at all as i was waiting for a long time for the food.

the burgers are getting so dry and I MEEN dry struggling to chew it , MC ds as gone right down , they change , buns , ingredients , less sauce , done no favours ,,, listen too your customers and not people in suits that can advise how you can maximise your profits !

This McD's is usually pretty good compared to some of the others but lately its getting lax, items missing, rude delivery drivers, not properly packed and food items squashed with leaking drinks.

Islington Mcdonald’s always gets the order wrong or sends food and misses items that you pay for. It is terrible service from the Islington branch.

Was unacceptable for came 1hr 30 mins late, delivery guy was making up multiple excuses at one point he stopped on a street for 5 mins standing still. When did arrive food was stone cold

Drinks had spilled over my food, delivery driver didn’t care brought the food and drinks bag to met door with coke Dripping all over the floor. Burgers were soaked in coke.

The order came missing medium strawberry shake and birthday donut!!! I will never order from this branch again... The delivery man tried to solve the problem for me and he was polite and helpful. The good rating is for the delivery only.. the worst rating is for the islington branch!! That's it.

Wrong drink and no code so poor driver could not type in to end the delivery process I did try and help him but he sat trying to sort it out

2nd time I have asked for extra onions, and only got a few, hardly any🤬 last time i ordered dips, paid for them, got none, service is getting worse!!!

The driver was in a different street and kept phoning me asking me where the flat was and what colour is the building. I had to go out and look for him and whilst on the phone with him, he was asking a passerby and he was actually at the wrong address. I even put on the notes where the flat was. Food was a bit cold when arrived

the delivery is just a joke , honestly it's giving MCds a bad reputation , spilt drinks , drivers turning of location so they can get orders from other restaurants, and amazingy your order is outside with a min of them at MC ds

excellent delivery Lovly driver food was perfect

the staff in the night shift are really inactive. thy gossip a lot and takes too much time to prepare order. I visited twice in the night around 11 and faced the same thing. There was one particular girl staff who was roaming around but didn't respond to handover the order. waited more than 30 minutes which is unacceptable as peoples time has value.

The food was perfect hot on arrival and came exactly on time.
