They keep missing parts of my order- forgot to pack the wings

Food was delivered 2 hours late. Then food was cold too! Very disappointing

didnt receive chips and sent wrong drinks.

I have missing items so I call up and they tell me there’s nothing they can do as it has nothing to do with them?

This place gave me the worst stomach ache and I had diarrhea for over 3 days

Received someone else’s order when I contacted the restaurant I had a very rude person on the phone tell me it’s not their problem and there’s nothing they can do about it. I will never order from here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 30+ mins for some of the worst chicken I’ve ever had. From the first bite it was clear they had used the same oil they fried the fish in and any resemblance in taste that I was eating chicken was gone. It was by the sheer grace of god I kept what little amount I did eat down 🙏 avoid at all costs

The chips are like cardboard and the quantity barely enough to feed a toddler. You get the right amount of money so give us enough food to satisfy our hunger at least.

never received my order I phone up to figure out why it's ben saying preparing for 2 hours straight. chicken express mention the was a simple order took two minutes to ready but unfortunately no courier as kick up the delivery then went on to say I should cancel, which I tried didn't work couldn't find the option. hor later after trying my best to get through to just eat a email was sent. going back an forth just eat said unfortunate we're unable to refund anything at this time, losing over 11.

Regular price. Not busy for a reason. Fillet burger is fine but kind of small. Wings were barely seasoned with barely any flavour. One of the wings was uncooked and raw to the point I had to stop eating it (don't want to risk infection). Chips were OK, but needs some sauce.

I orders 6 chicken wings a fillet burger and a couple of drinks. The chips had no salt on them and tasted strange the chicken "fillet burger" was more of a steak burger was dry hard and tasted weird. Also the chicken wings had no flavour at all and had a horrible taste. The only good thing was the fizzy drinks. Stay away.

The chicken pieces are worst , no meat , no quality or quantity , I got a bad tummy ache after that and very unclean. Customer service is terrible and very sarcastic towards customers.

everyone was rude, the sauce 1,5£ for a little plastic container of bbq sauce might as well go to McDonald’s. The chicken shop in next door(edens chicken) has better chicken and don’t charge for sauces. What a freakin joke, would rather go to the Lidl across the street

A friend and I decided to eat here, and it's clear why the prices are so cheap. We ordered a meal that included a chicken fillet burger, chips, a drink, and a chicken drumstick. However, whatever we were served was definitely not chicken. When we complained, the staff insisted it had been cooked properly. Cooked or not, it was certainly not chicken – absolutely vile.

Very late delivered, delivery guy polite thought, garlic bread was lukewarm and soggy, wrap was no so good missed salt ,usually they good but not with this order ,but is Saturday and maybe they are very busy.

When preparing the food they were not wearing gloves took the frozen chicken from the freezer with his bare hands and put in the oil after touching all the surface with his hands and touching his face.

I eat from you guys yesterday and i was sick all night. I had red bumps. I vomited all nights. shaking and going toilet evry 2 hrs for diarrhoea. Your food it a poison for coustumer close your shop before sending people in hospital nothing fresh there. Even food was cold. nobody care about health and safety you serve off chicken to coustumer it a shame keeping open this never ever i don't gonna order from here i don't want to die i don't recommend to nobody to eat from there

Chicken was not properly cooked therefore NOT HEALTHY … be careful with that.

Chicken tasted good. Supposed to get 1 1/2 litres of pepsi. Got three cans instead. Not even a litre. Didn't send my large beans. Didn't send my large coleslaw either. First and last time I will order from here.

Food was missing for order. We ordered two separate meals and items were missing meaning we had to share. In one order we were meant to to had 4 wings, but only 3 arrived. In the other order we ordered a meal that included chips, but no chips arrived so we have to share the chips from the other meal. Selected drinks were also different; we ordered sprite but the sent us a different different drink.

The size of the Food was ridiculous. the wings shouldnt be smaller than my pinky. 3.99 for 6 wings that are smaller than my pinky is outrageous.

Cheese burger had chilli sauce in it - not sure why as generally cheeseburgers aren’t meant to. Quite disappointing to be honest as I don’t like chilli in general.

The food wasn’t nice I ordered a pizza and some chicken strips on Deliveroo spend around £20 pound when the food came it was barely warm the pizza was stone hard it was stuck to the box not to mention the chicken strips. It was so horrible it looked like it has been stored for more than one day and being recook. Please don’t waste your money guys. I’ve ordered before here but I believe the standard are dropping

Good so greasy the box of chicken fell apart good old. Ordered a chicken strip combo they sent a little strip burger hot wings chips and a drink for £6.95. Should have come with 5 chicken strips. Delivery driver spent 8 minutes past delivery time in our block looking for an easy to find flat

The food was freezing cold , the chicken was rock hard in the burgers . Chips were under cooked and cold . And the pizza was cold and hard . The only things that was suppose to be cold was the drinks . And they were Luke warm lol . Absolutely disgraceful. Waste of money . Had to cook something .

Placed order at 7.46om was supposed to be delivered between 8pm - 8.15pm but got delivery at 8.56pm and the food was cold. It’s local to me so I don’t understand why the delivery was so late.
