The food wasn’t nice I ordered a pizza and some chicken strips on Deliveroo spend around £20 pound when the food came it was barely warm the pizza was stone hard it was stuck to the box not to mention the chicken strips. It was so horrible it looked like it has been stored for more than one day and being recook. Please don’t waste your money guys. I’ve ordered before here but I believe the standard are dropping

Our second visit. If you pass by Finsbury Park you must try. Good food, quick and very good prices. Meat burgers are great, and fries as well.

Ordered of uber eats. All the chicken shops in UK pack their chicken and fries in a box. That isn't rocket science, but these guys sent me 2 piece chicken fries and 3 wings in a paper bag. How the hell am I supposed to it like that? Also sent no tissue or lemon wipes to clean hands after.

The food was really good value actually, fillet burger a good size and wings too, I came at 9pm on Sunday, had a clean atmosphere and the lady serving was friendly and very quick, I was surprised how quick the service was.

on Uber Eats they only accept your order, so you get the money but they don't send your order, if you call the Shop they act like they don't understand and say it's not their problem, every time I wanted to order they did the same

Really bad customer service. It has such a toxic atmosphere and the manager tried to charge me extra for ordering off menu then said that I couldn't order In the case of potential delivery orders. Recommend avoiding this place.

The server tried to charge me more than the advertised price and, when I asked for a different item, they said that it was reserved for delivery orders only.

Food is absolutely revolting. Also, you'll be trying to understand what the guy's saying through the window when some delivery guy barges in next to you with his motorcycle helmet in your face. Everything that's wrong with chicken shops and everything that's wrong with London.

All i wanted was some chicken strips didnt know i signed up to a chilli eating competition ruined my stomach and my week... not everything needs to be CHILLI HOT.. dont know if they change the prices after the others close but wow i got spanked 8 wings 8 stips and portion of chips 18 pounds. last time i ever try it

I went today to have a meal I ask for hot wings and a chicken meal the 2 pieces of chicken was fine but when I eat the hot wings they are off I went to the counter to tell the lady who was there and she passed the nessage to some guys I assume they are the owner but they are taking rubbish from inside like builders then they are talking been ignored and they continue with their talk then nothing has Bern done not Customer services no resolution or explanations nothing I think it is the worst place to have a lunch on top the chios wasn't hit and was to dry I couldn't eat it at all I won't recommend anyone to eat there 🤮🤢😡🤬

I ordered food from here and the delivery driver gave my food to some kids in my block. When I went to collect it they had already eaten some of it. The pizza I ordered with it was also not delivered. I’ve tried calling the restaurant but they have not picked up

ordered food via deliveroo and was the worst delivery I've had. Ordered 2 chicken doner wraps and all the ingredients came separately, very little chicken, the salad was all wrong and there were no sauces included despite being selected. Their 'strip burgers' were advertised as 2 strip burgers and chips and we only got 1 burger with a teaspoon of mayo. Overall very disappointed that they didn't even bother to read what we asked for and didn't bother to assemble the wraps.

Ordered a BBQ ribs meal from UberEats and I received everything except the BBQ ribs... What's the point of accepting my order if you're not even going to cook it? This isn't the first I either didn't receive my order or was given something else completely random, despite them accepting my order. Here is the my worst food experience ever. I've had couple of different meal dish from there however i couldn’t even imagine as there gonna be 2 huge piece of pure(without meat on it) chicken bone and another huge " plum or apricot seed" didn't even know where did it come from there in the rice. Portions are very small , and don’t get me started on delivery ! Missing items for all 3 of my combo meals .

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced . The man who was serving me had no idea what he was doing, so I politely told him what he has missed out on my order. He got very aggressive and even stepped towards me in an aggressive manner. He proceeded to go and speak in his language to his colleague whilst pointing at me. Keep in mind he even forgot to ask me for payment, and I made sure to go back and remind him of this. Even when I did this, he was extremely rude. I thought I was doing a good thing - considering most people would have just walked out with their free meal. I asked to speak to his manager which he was denying also. The only positive was that his collegues were very understanding of my situation, apologised and even gave me some free food. Sadly though, I will now be going to PFC or Eden’s, who have much better customer service.

The chicken is OK for value. The customer service is digusting. I witnessed the shop take a gentleman's order. Immediately following this they took a subsequent customer's order and served the subsequent customer their food first. This was not an issue of food not being cooked either, there was plenty ready for boxing. When the intial gentleman took issue with this, the shop supervisor/ manager aggresively dismissed the customer and refused to serve him. When it came to me ordering a drink post my food, I asked the shop why they could not serve the gentleman. They then took issue with me and outrightly said they did not care about customer service. I can only speculate why this customer was not served and treated so unfairly. Some might think this is an overreaction, but I felt it needed to be shared. They will not have my custom again at least.

Had a wild night out in the horrible tourist trap that is Picaddily Circus and unfortunately lost my wallet. I had no cash or cards so was lost as to what I would do for dinner. I found the answer, however, and that answer happened to be Chicken Express on Uber Eats which allowed you to pick up your food instead of pay the delivery fee. Seeing as I was out and about in the N4 and felt like a filthy chicken feast, I really felt like I'd hit the jackpot. This feeling of elation was shortlived when I sat down to eat my food. The burger contained a mere two strips of rather dry chook, a liberal gushing of very cheap tasting mayonnaise and some brown lettuce. The wings had a tasty exterior with a bit of bite, but the meat was almost grey in colour which was quite concerning. The chips don't even really deserve a mention because they were underwhelming, limp and few and far between. The highlight of my meal was definitely my Orange Tango fizz which I ordered for the road via uber eats with 1 percent of battery left (very lucky). I am now at home nursing the crookest guts of my life, in some horrible purgatory between being constipated and having explosive diarrhea. The anticipation is killing me, regardless I know I'm going to spend a lot of time in the bathroom this evening . Good thing I'm unemployed. Shop could do with a good sweep and deep clean too.

Delicious chicken shop with a great menu. You can find everything from fried chicken to grilled chicken, kebabs, burgers, wings and wraps all at an affordable price. Limited on the drinks but good enough as the quality of the food is great ! A must visit if you are in the area

They offer special deals, all of which are £2.5, a reasonable price. I recommend chicken roll combo. But you will not want to order online and wait for delivery.

Wow, good quality and relax place

The wings here are actually pretty good in my opinion, but the standard pieces leave quite a lot to be desired. I think the key issue is that they're too fatty and the batter is a little spiced, which I wasn't looking for.
