A friend and I decided to eat here, and it's clear why the prices are so cheap. We ordered a meal that included a chicken fillet burger, chips, a drink, and a chicken drumstick. However, whatever we were served was definitely not chicken. When we complained, the staff insisted it had been cooked properly. Cooked or not, it was certainly not chicken – absolutely vile.

Very late delivered, delivery guy polite thought, garlic bread was lukewarm and soggy, wrap was no so good missed salt ,usually they good but not with this order ,but is Saturday and maybe they are very busy.

When preparing the food they were not wearing gloves took the frozen chicken from the freezer with his bare hands and put in the oil after touching all the surface with his hands and touching his face.

I eat from you guys yesterday and i was sick all night. I had red bumps. I vomited all nights. shaking and going toilet evry 2 hrs for diarrhoea. Your food it a poison for coustumer close your shop before sending people in hospital nothing fresh there. Even food was cold. nobody care about health and safety you serve off chicken to coustumer it a shame keeping open this never ever i don't gonna order from here i don't want to die i don't recommend to nobody to eat from there

Chicken tasted good. Supposed to get 1 1/2 litres of pepsi. Got three cans instead. Not even a litre. Didn't send my large beans. Didn't send my large coleslaw either. First and last time I will order from here.

Chicken was not properly cooked therefore NOT HEALTHY … be careful with that.

Food was missing for order. We ordered two separate meals and items were missing meaning we had to share. In one order we were meant to to had 4 wings, but only 3 arrived. In the other order we ordered a meal that included chips, but no chips arrived so we have to share the chips from the other meal. Selected drinks were also different; we ordered sprite but the sent us a different different drink.

The size of the Food was ridiculous. the wings shouldnt be smaller than my pinky. 3.99 for 6 wings that are smaller than my pinky is outrageous.

Cheese burger had chilli sauce in it - not sure why as generally cheeseburgers aren’t meant to. Quite disappointing to be honest as I don’t like chilli in general.

The food wasn’t nice I ordered a pizza and some chicken strips on Deliveroo spend around £20 pound when the food came it was barely warm the pizza was stone hard it was stuck to the box not to mention the chicken strips. It was so horrible it looked like it has been stored for more than one day and being recook. Please don’t waste your money guys. I’ve ordered before here but I believe the standard are dropping

Good so greasy the box of chicken fell apart good old. Ordered a chicken strip combo they sent a little strip burger hot wings chips and a drink for £6.95. Should have come with 5 chicken strips. Delivery driver spent 8 minutes past delivery time in our block looking for an easy to find flat

Placed order at 7.46om was supposed to be delivered between 8pm - 8.15pm but got delivery at 8.56pm and the food was cold. It’s local to me so I don’t understand why the delivery was so late.

Ordered of uber eats. All the chicken shops in UK pack their chicken and fries in a box. That isn't rocket science, but these guys sent me 2 piece chicken fries and 3 wings in a paper bag. How the hell am I supposed to it like that? Also sent no tissue or lemon wipes to clean hands after.

Around 11pm I ordered from chicken express. I received no update after an hour and decided to call the restaurant to see what was going on. The man who answered was rude and dismissive and advised me to cancel the order. However if I did that, I’d still be charged and the option was even available. He then hung up on me. I attempted to contact just eat but was put through to an automated service. An hour later I hear that the food has arrived, cold and wet as it’s currently raining. I didn’t even want the food anymore but had to take it cause I didn’t want to cause any inconvenience for the delivery driver.

I asked the driver to leave food outside my door. I saw her bend and run. I discovered a can of drink missing from kids meal! This behaviour is disgusting and am very disappointed you have staff who are doing this!

Driver got here with cold food had to reheat! Burgers were huge and a bit grisly,but loved the chargrilled taste! Hot wings lovely as usual - shame guy brought to us cold and we had to microwave it!

The food was really good value actually, fillet burger a good size and wings too, I came at 9pm on Sunday, had a clean atmosphere and the lady serving was friendly and very quick, I was surprised how quick the service was.

on Uber Eats they only accept your order, so you get the money but they don't send your order, if you call the Shop they act like they don't understand and say it's not their problem, every time I wanted to order they did the same

Really bad customer service. It has such a toxic atmosphere and the manager tried to charge me extra for ordering off menu then said that I couldn't order In the case of potential delivery orders. Recommend avoiding this place.
