Tenía una oferta de recompensas que consistía en café y pastel gratis. Elegí mis pasteles y pregunté dónde debía pedir café. La señora hizo un movimiento de brazos en dirección al mostrador de recogida. Me quedé allí donde los tres empleados me ignoraron. La jovencita era muy hosca y cuando finalmente le llamé la atención me dijo que estaba en el lugar equivocado. Entonces se había formado una cola en el punto de espera donde debería haber hecho cola.
Hablé con la señora y le expliqué lo que había pasado. Qué pena que nuestra experiencia se viera afectada por un servicio tan deficiente. En el lado bueno de la tarta y el café estaban deliciosos. Vamos, John Lewis arregla este caótico nivel de servicio. Tres empleados y un pequeño número de clientes; no es tan difícil.
El café es un espacio abierto luminoso con un montón de asientos, pero el servicio al cliente era terrible.
Grandes porciones de pasta variada a buen precio, incluso puede personalizar la forma de la pasta de su elección y su salsa preferida.
El personal es siempre amable con una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Trabajo cerca y he estado yendo desde que abrieron recientemente y es justo lo que Fleet Street necesitaba.

I've no desire to hammer a restaurant for a single bad experience but from other recent reviews it seems we are not the only ones to suffer. I only wished I'd seen these reviews; I'd looked on Google where they are much more favourable (though, with hindsight, a recent 5-star review there now reads suspiciously).
We booked for 8 people at 5.30pm, allowing plenty of time to relax before an 8pm show at the O2. I received an online confirmation, from Rico Sabor/Maracuya. When we arrived, the restaurant had no record of our booking. The explanation was something about 'two websites', which we didn't understand. No matter - the place wasn't busy.
Our drinks order came relatively quickly, though one drink was incorrect. Again, no matter.
We had booked expecting a Spanish restaurant, and we wanted to avoid the generic chains inside the O2. The menus offered were Spanish, Latino and... Ukrainian. Not what we'd anticipated. Again, no matter. We ordered 8 mains and a couple of side dishes from the Spanish/Latino selection.
By 7pm no food had emerged. A couple of other tables arriving after us appeared to have received part of their orders. At 7.10pm, our first dish arrived - and it was wrong. A very harassed staff member promised 'five minutes'. By 7.20pm, two other main dishes and one side had emerged, of which another one was wrong. There was no sign at all of the other six main dishes. At 7.30pm, we abandoned, to join the queue at the O2 and grab something to eat inside.
The staff member who spoke to us had passable English. None of the others appeared to speak more than basic English. Again, that's no problem providing they can take and execute a food order. One insisted they were 'very busy' - which was simply untrue.
Another table abandoned as we had. Speaking to them outside, their experience was identical to ours.
We suspect there is some sort of change of ownership going on here and a repositioning, perhaps to a fully Ukrainian restaurant. However, the Rico Sabor site is still taking bookings (is this the 'two websites' business?). This is a prime location and rent can't be cheap. If our experience is anything to go by, they simply won't survive. But unless they seriously up their game, they don't really deserve to.
Portobello uno: Realmente indignante tener tan mal personal. Las chicas son groseras y desagradables para los clientes. Hablan entre ellos mientras los clientes esperan para hacer el pedido.

I am shocked of how bad service this place has. Can’t be real especially in a city like this.
I called them to make an order for collection and in the beginning I was talking with a very rude young lady, and I was asking just for what kind of chicken pizzas the had. She was really annoyed, didn’t want to reply to me at all-god knows why she should have this behaviour and in the end she just finished the call without saying nothing. I was calling because I just wanted to order a pizza to eat , they were not picking up on purpose and after several times I was trying to call, a different guy picked up. I explained to him the whole situation and asked why this was happening and he said that we are really sorry and he finished the call as well. LIKE SERIOUSLY ? Is this a serious service ? I am just feeling sorry for the owner for having and paying such a bad stuff. Worst experience in my life.
Personale poco cortese. Negano l'accesso al bagno anche se si è presa una consumazione abbondante dispongono di tavoli e posti a sedere. Il servizio dei bagni è obbligatorio.
Decisamente sconsigliato.
Absolutamente terrible. Almuerzo asado servido frío y las patatas no estaban totalmente cocidas. (no solo la mía, pero me enteré después de que varios otros miembros tenían la misma opinión). No se ofrecieron condimentos y los cubiertos se colgaron en el centro de la mesa para ayudarse a sí mismo. Éramos un grupo bastante grande y la comida se servía en momentos completamente diferentes a cada uno de nosotros.
Elegimos este lugar para el menú. Sándwich de albóndigas para mi hijo atracción estrella.
Pagado entonces 10 minutos después se informó que el artículo estaba fuera🤷♂️
Qué raro. Personal muy despectivo y antipático.
El chapuzón de ajo no estaba con la orden, aunque seleccionado🤷♂️ sí fuera del chapuzón.
Elegí una pasta de malla. Abrumadora
Siento que nos deben £ pero es una pantalla táctil (chapuzón de la suerte obviamente)
Evitar. La comida fue v promedio de peso corporal.

The weather was fantastic (clear skies, cool but sunny ..... just perfect)
We went there for breakfast but ended up staying till lunch.
although the views can be enjoyed best by siting outdoors, there is always the problem of insects / birds, so we did shift indoors after an hour or so of our time there.
