I have enjoyed pizzas from this place in the past. Sadly this one was late by half an hour, the pizza was predictably almost cold due to the delay. The restaurant did not rrply to my complaint about this. Won't use aeain.

We have ordered from here many times before. Last nite the food was awful! One pizza was so over cooked it was on the verge of burnt! The stuffed crust pizza was like chewing gum and 100% not fresh. We called to complain to staff who wasnt much help all they said was they will resend but wanted the manager to inspect the pizzas we were complaning about, we said they should refund and resend as the food was so poor and it was already 8:30 and my kids were starving having already waited nearly an hour for the delivery. They said thats no possible and we would need to wait till monday for a refund. Rest assured we will not be ordering again from there and will make sure family and friends stay well away!

I was a regular here until they ripped me off they just want your money. The guy on the phone is misleading in future i would rather pay more for an honest service. They do not understand any customer service and they are rude.

The manager from this store, clearly cares more about making profit, rather than keeping their valid customers satisfied. The one time I order a small order, they confirm the order, keep me waiting and nothing arrives. I look at my emails and noticed that Just Eat have sent me an email, telling me my order was cancelled. I call to ask why it was cancelled with no explanation, the “manager“ tells me that they don’t deliver for just ice creams and a side dish and that they loose money from it, because I used the offer of a discount from “Just Eat”. Not once did he apologise, he didn’t care how angry I was and told me to “calm down and stop shouting”. Maybe don’t treat your customers like their just money bags then and you wouldn’t get someone shouting at you. Terrible customer service. I hung up on him as I was just too angry. They tried calling me back but I’m done with them. They don’t respect their customers what so ever.

Worst place to order food ever ! The staff are trash and rude ! The food is almost always wrong ! I found a hair on my chicken and was told to f@ck off by the person on the phone

The worst place I’ve ordered ever ! Was two and a half hours late ! Called to find out where it was, was shouted at to shut up then was told it was delivered to the wrong place even after they tried to blame me for not opening the door then I was told to call justeat as they didn’t want to deal with us, would never order from them again ! AWFUL !!!!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my work colleagues, but they added beef. When they insisted I had added beef to my order I obviously denied. It was an obvious error on their part and I, the customer was blamed. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered from them and was given the wrong order. When phoned up to find out what happened they asked how much i was going to pay to have them give us the correct, when i said that i wasn't going to pay them again to fix their mistake they said ok thank you and hung up on Me. Don't order from here.

Need i say anymore! I usually get 2 thin crust margheritas for £4 and they are usually great but on the very odd occasion they may be slightly burnt!

I have been customer of this establishment for several years. The pizza is one of the best in the high street. The super large jumbo size pizza is huge and tasty.

I have ordered at various times I throughout the week. Good pizza Thin crust is a lot better that their deep pan

Great little pizza takeaway it also has seating inside, we had the children's meals of pizza, drink and toy. Excellent value for money, tasty pizza and friendly staff.

One would assume you get a common sense level as a customer. I have ordered serval times from this establishment. Never disappointed so far. However the delivery went wrong this time. There is a saying the customer is always right and that's for a reason; I really can not understand how it was not possible to ring the mobile after nobody did not pick up the landline. It should be clear from the customer database that we have no bell. Sorry than they did send us a cold pizza and when we complained we were standing there as the liars. Very DISAPOINTING

They have this 3.99GBP deal that is the best thing ever. Fast Service and the food tastes really good.

Their Pizza is delicious and I am very happy with the price and the quality of the food. Prompt delivery and friendly staff. Great job
