Awful Dominos. They'll lie and update the app and say it's delivered when it isn't. They'll lie and say it'll take 20 minutes when it'll take over an hour. They'll lie on the phone and say it's an IT issue but it's an IT issue that's happened the last 3 times I've ordered from them. They'll lie and say it's an issue affecting all branches yet the Surbiton one never had this issue. They hang up the phone when you call up. They're liars. Should never give them the time of day. Don't succumb to the desire of the alcohol tinted glasses when you want food. Walk and get something local. Never again.

I placed the order but the store did not acknowledge the order, which caused me to lose money and time

I recently ordered from Domino's and had a really disappointing experience. First off, the delivery service was terrible. The driver didn’t even knock on my door, so I ended up waiting much longer than I should have. When I finally checked the tracking, I saw that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I reached out to customer service to get some help, but they didn’t take any accountability for the issue. I felt like my concerns were brushed aside, and they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience I faced. Overall, I was really let down by the service, and I won't be ordering from them again. One star is all I can give for such a frustrating experience.

placed an order for a pizza from Dominoes. It showed that my order will be ready and delivered in 30-40 mins. But after 40 mins it was still showing as preparing on the app. I tried calling at the store and they said they haven't received my order. I asked the support team to refund my order because the amount was cut from my account. The support staff tells me to wait for my order. Inspite of repeated attempts of calling the store no one picked up the call. An Indian girl picked up the phone earlier and she was very rude. I am never ordering from this place again. Extremely ridiculous service and no efforts are taking to solve the customers issue. It's been three hours now and still nothing.

I understand that the food quality may be lowered since I ordered quite late, but the food I received was awful. It was burnt and tasted like nothing more than BBQ sauce. Two pizza same option of two people

Interestingly, I have ordered pizza via their website and they have been great in terms of freshness and timing. Both times I have got it in about 20 mins as promised. I have also tried vegan options and they were tasty as compared to some of the other leading pizza restaurants who only offer those in dine-in.

Ordered a pizza, was told 20 minutes to pick, after this time when we collected the pizza, was told the pizza was given to someone else, the service then escalated in a spiral, as I was was considering to recorder ,the delay and customer service after this transpired quite negatively. I then decided not to order further as I had concerns with the order as I wanted a vegetarian and she relayed the pizza back to me which was a meat pizza.

I ordered 5 large pizza, and they delivered the wrong time. They said they would not redeliver, and I had to go and collect them. The manager was quite rude and was saying it was my fault that I didn't check the app and you would get cold pizza. Working in a hospital don't have the luxury to check the app. Please people avoid this place. I do not recommend it whatsoever.

Horrible and rude customer service.

Ordered from here for a while with no issues until last night, ordered at midnight which has never been an issue before, delivery app said delivered an hour later despite no pizza arriving and me living 20 mins away, this has happened once before but it was delivered 30 minutes later so I left it for a bit. then the delivery guy phones me at 2:30am asking what flat I’m in, turns out he’s on a completely different road, who knows if that was my order at this point I just wanted to get to bed. Never got my order, useless, £30 gone.

Rude ignorant staff that leave doors unlocked expecting customers not to walk in if unlocked let alone the safety aspect !!!

Honestly the pizzas are amazing, but the service really makes me despise this place, I ordered on Uber eats and my order never came, I called the store and they said my order isn’t in their system, told me to call the delivery driver (who I can’t because they don’t have a tracked delivery) and then proceeded to say thank you and hang up on me. Horrible customer service

Disgraceful service clearly don't care about customers even if they are repeat customers. Hung up on me twice even though I was being civil and food took over an hour and a half to arrive and lied about trying to deliver to our house (we were in the living room waiting for it!) When there's a mistake we all accept that, but just own up to it and move on!! Disappointingly won't be going back to these jokers need to find another pizza place any suggestions?

I am absolutely appalled my the state of the food the service was atrocious and especially kaur was extremely rude when speaking to me absolutely no customer service and they REFUSED to give me my icing the food was disgusting and I cannot believe the way the manager spoke to me, the food also took ages to reach me.

Absolutely awful!!! We ordered some pizzas on the app, which took over an hour to be delivered, even though we live less than a mile from the restaurant! When the pizzas finally arrived, they were honestly disgusting!!! They were dry and flavourless (without a doubt, the worst pizzas we have ever eaten!). Avoid this place at all costs - there are SO many better, local options available for getting a quality pizza.

Watched the delivery guy on the tracker go in completely the wrong direction. By the time he arrived the pizza was cold. Rang the branch twice but no answer. Poor service!

Who ever made the pizza for order 581193678 is a pizza maker master and needs a raise. Best domino’s I’ve had in long time. Perfect balance of crispness and doughy, cheese and sauce ratio….. perfect. Get this guy to train everyone to make them like that. If I could have tipped him I would. Thank you pizza master chef.

Pizza is good, but one of the staff member name Aurelia she is always bad with me and I don’t even know why? She is rude and mean with me and I don’t like the customer service by her and rest of the staff was good and polite.

Avoid this branch. Multiple times missing ingredients. Have even called straight after making an order, to confirm ingredients selected and yet still missed ingredients when pizza arrived. Pizza quality, care and service, even with the manager himself is lacking and dismissive. Avoid!

Myself and two friends went in 15 minutes before closing, we completely understood that is was close to closing so we only ordered two pizzas, the store manager named Alexander I believe was very rude to all three of us, he said we couldn’t order the 2 pizzas as it was close to closing time. We were all polite to him and were very sorry that it was close to closing as we all work in hospitality. This is absolutely disgraceful and I hope something will be able to be sorted out in this situation! Very unhappy and it was an awful experience

Not bad. The pizza was decent. The customer service wasn’t great. Despite the fact that I was waiting in the shop for over 15 minutes, I had to ask the staff if my pizza was ready. It was almost as if they were ignoring/avoiding me.

Poor service, rude employees when we enquired as to where the food was over 30 mins after the food had apparently left the shop, no food ever delivered. Don't order from this branch.

Appalling service, very rude employees

An hour after ordering we called for an update. They told us they had no drivers. 90 minutes later the tracker showed the pizza baking. Clearly an error on their part, and still no pizza.

Complained about an undercooked pizza which has since made me very unwell and contact the doctors! Spoke to a very rude lady this morning regards to a refund !! Will never eat from this store again

Always have a good deal, and it yummy to eat, quick and accessible via the app. Best pizza for the night and includes family night, watching a movie, or just gathering.

Ordered off them Almost religiously for the last year and their pizza is so tasty always cooked just right and delivered super fast! All their drivers have all been polite and very kind to the kids that lie to answer the door with me... I felt like it was time I gave them a review as I know not enough people remember to review amazing service! I'm usually one of those people but a recent trip to another ocal pizza place was shambolic and made me realise how amazing and faultless these guys are! They always have lots of deals on and are very reasonably priced with them! I only wished they accepted cash but I understand why they don't right now and hopefully this option will return once things are "normal" again! Look forward to many future pizzas from these guys I won't be going elsewhere.

Not worth phoning the shop, I called after the online deal couldn't be processed, the guy just hung up on me.

Great service, food tastes good and is always brought on time. However, they missed a topping and replaced it ASAP for us.

If you are a fan of Domino's then this is an outlet for you. Based on my last ever experience at this local outlet the staff were friendly and will help in whatever way they can to make sure you are catered for. Menu covers all tastes, from basic to more luxury topping types.

Ordered at 12pm never got my food, never got delivered tried to call no answer.

After calling them 1:40 mins of order, they told me they delivered food to someone else. Nice one! Not again!

Manager refused to give me a box and threw my money back at me, dismissing me and saying “not my problem!” Read on… Ordered large pizza and asked if I could take it folded or sliced to fit in a smaller box so I could fit it in the compartment of my motorbike to take away and the manager (Adrianne) refuses as it means she’ll “have to touch the pizza with her hands” Well clearly, half my brain cells already knew such a request would need a pair of hands and said “that’s ok, I don’t mind.. you’ve just prepared it with your hands anyway”. Still, this task was clearly impossible for her so still refuses whilst her coworker is beside her sprinkling cheese on another pizza with her gloved hands. She starts to ignore me while I emphasise I can’t get the pizza I’ve bought home and says “not my problem”. I ask for my money back and she throws the cash at me. Papa Johns next door came to the rescue and I ended up buying more from them, cheers!

Quick and delicious, the staff are very friendly

I love the way they prepare the dough and the fact they have a spicy pizza selection. Would be great to have ketchup instead of garlic sauce. Any-size pizza for £10.99 it's a great deal!

Even though they were the ones to make a mistake he treated us as if we didn't make sense, when in actuality he simply wasn't paying attention to what we were saying. He also told us we had to wait for the delivery driver to come pick up the wrong order, and after waiting for 40 minutes, we called back only to be told by the manager that we would get a refund for that item and didn't have to wait. Mind you it was well past midnight and we had to wake up early in the morning. So, not only did we have to eat cold food and tolerate rude telephone manner, we also had to stay up late for nothing! Will not order from them again.

Always banging and quick delivery.

Pizza is very nice but customer service is really bad at Kingston upon Thames branch. They will try not to give you deal. The way they speak is very rude and the person on the phone will not tell you his name. Very bad behaviour.

As of this time being 1.40 am pizza ordered at midnight. As of yet my food has not arrived. According to the checker it's been in quality control for 60 mins now but has not been sent out for delivery. For the last half an hour been trying to call them about the food and as of yet no one has answered. Also have tried to call customer support but they are having a training day and so can't help. Would have thought this type of thing would be perfect for trainees. Utterly useless and I expect the food will be stone cold if it ever actually arrives. Think I will eat else where next time.

Terrible service, when you call in they put you on hold, and once they attend to u, they cut the convo short by saying the line is bad but in actual fact they just avoid confrontation, and if the line is bad its cause of their nosy kitchen.

Man gets lost. Blames sat nav but actually can't be bothered to get out and read the signs. Then gets in an argument with me over the phone. I go out in the road to try and help him. He speeds up, forcing me to jump out of the way - couldn't believe it! Says he's teaching me a lesson for how I spoke to him earlier! He shouldn't be on the road, plain and simple- needs more training/anger management course/ pair of glasses. Expecting to hear from the manager about my refund.

Superb service, pizza arrived on the time we asked and was hot and delicious! I don’t live around here and the taste of the pizza was better than the Domino’s where I live.. Very happy girlfriend as it was her birthday and she loves her Dominos! 😁 Thank you to all the staff involved 🙏

I go to the store to order a pizza and was a mess...someone(girl) was screaming in Romania I wait like 3 minutes to order a pizza and after 15 minutes they tell me if I can't wait 5 minutes...BAD

Really really bad! Ordered pizza but it never arrived and asked for refund once having provided proof of purchase of £25 worth of pizzas and so far nothing to show for it! Not good!!! Don’t order from here unless you have £25 to waste

Last few times have used their app and it easy to use. The food is always hot and delivery is fast and friendly every time. Just the cost could be better, that why I only get it when you got a pizza deal on .

Just had a pizza delivered. Hardly any toppings, too much tomato paste - has been the case lately. Called to make a complaint to the manager - after being put on hold for 10 minutes the manager refused to speak.

Although the internet app said our order was ready had to wait quite a long time before someone would come to the desk to serve me. The woman near the counter was kneading dough and reminded the manager there was a customer who was clearly too important to talk to customers. He barked at a clearly stressed and unhappy colleague to sort it. She said she couldn't do everything at once. Other than giving orders it's not clear what the manager did. We got our order but by the time we got home, within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, the food was relatively cold. Another observation: the floor of Domino's was covered in the yellow powder they kneaded the dough with, the other pizza takeaway next door, papa John, had a clean floor. Just got the impression the Domino's was really badly run.

Rude staff and drivers will not use stairs!!!! Company policy as they can’t guarantee driver security if the climb one stair. Pathetic.

Really thin crisp crust which I liked. Timing on Sat night not too bad. But like other reviewers, the delivery person did not bring a machine and told me that he was informed it was cash. I specifically said card and could firmed that there would be a machine coming. Despite all the bad reviews it is surprising that the organization and delivery is still so substandard. I have to shout over the phone and clearly and loudly articulate my words.

Took over 2 hours to deliver. Even though they said it was already delivered. Phoned and no answer. Hurt and wounded.

I ordered a pizza of 20 pounds and i said buy 1 get one free and some guy gave me one pizza. He said 10-15 mins i waited 1hr 15 mins then he said wait the delivery guy just took your pizza by accident. SHAME ON YOU Dominos. Then the guy says oh im sorry i can get you a free drink. Is this guy dumb.

Fast delivery, and competitive prices

Very unprofessional. Late delivery and even asking customer to come out to Street to get the food because they are busy. Never seen Dominos like this. I don't think it is well managed at all.

I ordered from here today and i failed to answer the call when the delivery was here as i was in the bathroom. I called back right away and apologised but the guy shouted back at me saying "you made be wait....don't order from dominos next time" and he cut the call saying "i'm going....now speak with the manager as you are already on the line". I knew i was at fault too for not picking up the call and making him wait for 5 minutes but still i don't think he has the right to shout at me like that. He could have just said it without being aggressive. He spoke harshly and didn't listen to me at all. I spoke with the manager and some staffs and explained the situation....they were so good and apologised on his behalf and prepared a fresh order again. I got a call from the rude guy again and the first thing he said was "where are you....i'm waiting ....so you are not coming" before i could tell him anything he cut off again. He called again and said rudly "what type of costumer are you....you not coming" and the call ended. So i called the store and said what was the guy trying to do because he was the one to said at first that he's leaving and what is he trying to do now.....i told them that if he calls again and shout at me i'll call the police because that wasn't an acceptable behaviour. My order came and the store manager came all the way to apologise which made me felt kinda bad. Thank you Dominos.....but i hope that guy learns to speak politely from next time and i don't want him to loose his job for this reason.....

I order from this branch 99% of the time but last few months the wedges have been only half cooked so they are like raw potato, garlic pizza bread only have half on with cheese and I remove toppings but they still put it on.... very disappointing when you specifically ask for something to be taken off that you find disgusting

find myself ordering from this Domino's every weekend (unfortunately for my health).I must have ordered from here at least 20 times in the past couple of years, so have a good and fair experience of this branch. I've only had one occasion when the food has been slow to arrive, but can think of many times when it's arrived in UNDER 10 MINUTES (how?!)The service is generally fine, maybe one or two occasions when a delivery guy has been slightly weird and creepy, but i will never forget when one delivery man (about a year ago) went to the trouble of fixing the door buzzer on for my flat after it malfunctioned and wouldn't stop buzzing! He had a screwdriver and literally took the buzzer apart and fixed it. Doubt many other delivery people could be so helpful!

I ordered pizza from the kingston shop a few times. Very disappointing the topping becomes less and less! This is not the proper way of doing business!

Dominos website gives me "access denied" and has done for the best part of a month. Despite being a regular customer, when I called the Kingston branch I was told it was "not their problem." Ordering pizza from Dominos will not be my problem any more. Joke outfit.
