Terrible no food delivered spoke to the restaurant who advised the food had been ready for over 30 minutes but no driver. So they had to dispose of the food

I have had to wait 2 hours for this and it still has not arrived. I am trying to cancel this order.

Unprofesssional staff, managers saying they cannot issue refunds and refunds have to go through HR and to contacr HR if i want a refund on a cookie dough which i returned because they ran out of ice cream. After a long argument he was going back in circles and contraddicting whatever he was waffling to me and told he wants to confirm with the staff present at the day whether i did return the cookie dough or not as they dont believe what i said to them. Unprofessional staff, bunch of liars and unprofesssional people!

Pizza Hut said you didn’t send a driver so we never received our food

Ordered at 7.03 arrived at 8.40 - the kids were hungry and there were no meaningful updates at all.

They should win an award for the most deceitful, useless, and lazy customer service team in the entire world. Absolute jokers. If you are even remotely considering ordering from here, then do yourself a massive favor and steer well clear. Will probably have to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back, as I don't trust them to process my refund. The worst of the worst.

20 mins late after delivery time expected..

The delivery drivers here have absolutely zero respect for the 1 disabled parking space outside the store which services Tesco, yet again today I’ve had to leave my car and go into restaurant to get the driver to move so I could park in the space his scooter was occupying, he point blank argued with me it was his right to park in the space, beyond fuming with this situation now!!

Food didn't arrive and they don't pick up the phone. Don't order from here.

Everything was looking really good until I discovered the wrong I was sent garlic bread instead of the Tear & Share Garlic dish I had ordered! To pay for something that was both incorrect and I have now paid for a garlic dish I did not order and I am not happy about it!

Ordered a cheesy bites pizza and the base was slightly raw. I still ate it not thinking anything of it but I woke up in the middle of the night with really bad stomach cramps. I was back and forth on the toilet for around 2 hours.

Ordering for a delivery which didn't arrive after 45 minutes of waiting. I rang and was told to wait longer, which resulted in nothing until I was eventually told the order had been cancelled. I will never order a Pizza Hut delivery again. Apparently they don't have their own riders... I have no idea if this is accurate. Very disappointed by this order and lack of customer service.

My order took over an 2 hours to arrive and I did not receive any order updates in that time. I rang the restaurant who were very kind and personally sent someone out to deliver a replacement order but had told me a driver had been sent out a while before so do not know what happened to my original order.

Don’t bother. I’ve waited well over an hour with no pizza. Nobody willing to even talk when the phone is answered. All they do is pick up then hang up. Save yourself the bother & order from elsewhere!!!

No garlic dust on my pizza and under cooked wedges

Two hours late, but didn't arrive at all, then I couldn't find a way to cancel it. I rated the quality of food here because it a requirement.

Ordered 2 large pizzas garlic bread and drink. Pizzas covered in oil the worst pizza i have ever ordered had to throw them away.

The manager here is very generous! Always come here for my pizzas. Never leave the shop unsatisfied with my food. Deffo recommend.

Very good pizza's, especially the margarita cheese one. Plus it's well priced for a large pizza. Very filling for a family of 4. It's our go to most Fridays.

The young man that served me was polite, lovely and most professional. Altogether the experience was fantastic.

Ordered through uber eats and was given wrong order when telling this to the delivery driver they just left it with me and said speak to uber... Nearly impossible to get hold of uber support, spoke with Pizza Hut directly and they were very helpful A++++ for service and resolving my issue. Will be ordering directly from Pizza hut next time!

Get a Pizza from here 2/3 times a month - pizza is always great but whenever Andrew is in it’s even better! On the rare occasion any mistake is made they have always made good.

Ordered for collection and was hot, ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The pizza was excellent, perfectly cooked and still lovely and warm after a chilly 10 minute walk home. I highly recommend the new sourdough crust. This a vast improvement from our previous experience at this branch (well over a year ago) when the pizza was over cooked and not ready for collection when promised…. They have definitely won our business back now!

I ordered my pizza through Ubereats. Delivery was due by 20:25 with a latest delivery of 20:50. It is now 21:26 and my pizza is finally on the way with an estimated delivery of 21:39. When I called the restaurant their only excuse was that they were busy. Over an hour abs a half to get a pizza that takes 15 minutes to make. Absolutely pathetic service. This was not through the fault of Uber Eats

Couldn't be bothered to serve late at night. Walked in at 23.43 sign says open until midnight. Told they do not serve after quarter to 12 on 14/09 was before that time. What's the point in having a business if you don't want the business.

My first and last order… was a complete disaster. I ordered a large pizza, but received a medium-sized one. Not a single dip was provided. The “pepperoni”pizza had barely any pepperoni for its size, and the spicy fried chicken tasted old and plasticky. To top it off, the food took over an hour to arrive. Thank you Chessington franchise. You ruined my Friday evening. You made me vow never to order from Pizza Hut ever again.

The food arrived on time and we even had an extra two cookies that we were unaware we would receive.

Whilst most of the food arrived on time, due to a misunderstanding between the restaurant and the meals listed on the app, we missed out on two Cheesy Nachos as we were told we had not paid for them and the deal was void and not available. Good food, just not great communication.

Do not use this branch of Pizza Hut. New management have destroyed any care for food and average wait time is 1.5 hours where they give a lie over the estimated time of arrival. This last time the delivery driver said 'sorry, I ran out of petrol' he then lied again and said he arrived on time. When I said I wouldn't accept that he said 'its all the restaurant's fault, they aren't cooking it properly'. Stay well away

I ordered my deliver on the app. When it didn’t arrive after 1 hr I rang the shop. They said it’s on the way. Nothing! I ring again and over here them making up excuses as they forgot to put me on hold. Terrible experience!!!!

Told our food had been delivered and it hadn't didn't answer the phone had to go to the shop will not use again rubbish.

Ordered 2 pizzas with 2 sides, one pizza was completely wrong and none of the dips ordered were provided. When we contacted Pizza Hut to make them aware we were told to order online next time to avoid mistakes. they then sent out the correct pizza however had to wait 45 mins and nothing else was done. The delivery driver was so rude he doesn’t want to deliver my food because he doesn’t have parking space I don’t care because he is lazy is a lot of space parking on the main street .I’m inside my house with 4 years old boy and I can’t leave it alone to go outside.Why i pay delivery ? Ordered food, spoke to them on the phone after 30 minutes and they said it would be another 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later and they still hadn’t delivered. No longer answering their phones and are now closed. Very poor service. Disappointing.

No tomato based on both pizza, dry and burnt

Held back leaving this review, as I do enjoy a pizza hut pizza...and hoped they would eventually get the basics right, but sadly not. Now the 5th time in a row my order has been wrong. Food often arrives in a battered box with the topping stuck to the inside of the box. Drivers unfriendly. Main issue is they always forget to bring the drink I order, and then claim they will refund the money and give a free drink on top, with the next order. This just never actually happens. They owe me multiple drinks now, which never turn up. Sometimes the ice cream tub with the cookie dough does not turn up too. Just really poor. Hardly ever on time. Nothing nice to say at all.

Always experienced kind and a warm welcome from everyone in there whether I have ordered to my home or gone to collect. Had my children with me who weren’t the best behaved and they spoke to them and joked with them which was great. Great deals. Love the online rewards they are doing worth doing.

Collected pizza that was barely cooked. You could tell that it wasn’t because it hadn’t even been cut through properly anywhere. You would think in todays age with so much local competition Pizza Hut would step up its game. £9 to collect glorified cheese on toast that I will probably regret tomorrow is never a good prospect. Will be using a more local or independent franchise for my frivolous food cravings in the future.

Ordered a pan pizza and they delivered a thin crust. When I called to tell them the order was wrong they said they had ran out of pan and tried to call me to let me know, however I was on my phone tracking the pizza and didn't receive any phone call..I asked for a refund and they said that head office would have to deal with it. Shocking service. Waste of time. Avoid.

You could call all night and they don't answer the phone. Turn up in the shop and nobody will even come to the front desk even if u call out "anybody there." The worst possible service. They just don't care. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always been disappointed lately with customer service.. not everyone is tech savvy to order online.. my father tried to order pizza for delivery, the guy on the phone was abrupt! And said has to be done online.. despite of couple of attempt done by my father online their system was crashed! The assistant on the phone was not helpful at all.. could not take the phone order, so I tried to order for my father.. and same situation with system showing crashed and being told that try to order shortly. Seriously? Is this what customer service is? Appalling services, train ur staff members at least some retail skills rather than being abrupt! Wouldn’t want to have rant but thinking of people who are not tech savvy, like my father and elderly people who are not able to order food.. really appalled with the service.. if it would allow I would not even give them one star.. zero would be the case.

Order states chessington delivered to Brixton...no where near.

Their 8.99 deal is good, I find them reliable. Some negative reviews mention cold pizza after delivery, but I order over the counter and haven't been disappointed.

Didn't receive my order, phoned restaurant for a update, they said it had been delivered.

Ordered collection from here many times and always good food no issues and prepared when it states. Came in today and they were running slightly behind and Andy updated me 3 times and gave me a complementary drink while I waited. I really wasn't waiting that long but was really good customer service from him, I don't know if he is new but he was really good. I have never ordered delivery so can't speak for that but I can say the food has always been good and collection is always easy.

Thanks to Andrew for sorting out what a terrible service we had with Pizza Hut Andrew is the manager and he was very good at his customer services The delivery delro dropped our pizza on the floor and gave it to us we did not eat it we put it straight in the bin but Andrew the manager sorted it out very very quickly and was very good we recommend this pizza to anybody Andrew was the restaurant manager and he is very good recommend this place to anybody thank you very much for sorting this out for us and making us more happier thank you Andrew

Appalling service. Food left the store and the driver took 25 minutes to travel 1 mile to my location with no traffic problems. The driver could not even find my house. The pizza was cold upon delivery so I refused and asked to have the pizzas recooked and delivered, Driver went back to the store and lied and told them I had cancelled

Decent takeaway - 5 quid for a medium sized Veggie Sizzler pizza - very good price indeed. The manager is very pleasant indeed and service was rapid.

Ordered for delivery earlier in the day -to be delivered at 8pm , at 7:45 had confirmation that my food had been delivered-it had not , called the store from 745 until 810 no answer so drove there whilst in store at 815 the food arrived at my house and for the second time in a week items were missing I only ordered two pizza and 3 sides , should not be difficult I will no longer be using this store

Could not be bothered to cook for myself, so ended up wanting a takeaway for this venue. Upon discovering that a medium sized pizza was a fiver, I was firstly appalled at this obscenely astronomical price, and, thus, ordered a Veggie Sizzler. Main staff member/dude on the front desk was supremely polite and affable. Food was cooked inside ten minutes. Pizza itself was highly pleasant indeed. Good service and highly decent price.

An excellent day - an early trip to Rustington...some gardening....some late afternoon Sun....a ruddy good read...a long hard reminisce over Berlin in ‘12.....it was time for PIZZA before ‘Frasier’ viewing. Third time I’ve used this place - both times, previously - excellent pizza and superb, rapid delivery. If ordering online, then DO use the Dealbot system - it allows one to see and purchase offers etc. Please it makes reductions in daily offers. Medium veggie sizzler pizza was excellent and tasty. Cheese triangles and potato wedges also very good. Those leftover would be reheated for dinner tomorrow. Delivery was rapid - circa 30 mins and the delivery dude was pleasant and fastidious. Very good 👍

Awful. Whenever you purchase an offer, you receive an inferior product. Less toppings, undercooked, warm drinks, no dips. I would have been better off eating the boxes! I run a business and when I offer a promotion, I don't take anything away from my customer to cover the savings on offer. Can't even be bothered to respond to their customers concerns or complaints so I doubt I'll get a response, but you have my money now so I guess that's okay?

Phoned to order delivery - told only order online. Went through online menu, but what we wanted (in the leaflet,,) was not on the online menu. Did not bother! A pizza place that will not orders over phone???? Their loss.

Second time I’ve used this place, (since the World went ‘demented’,) as I was impressed with the quality, price and service, from the occasion. Ran into an elderly dude/77 year old mate from the retirement home in my Village, so decided to sit out in the Village Square and eat pizza outside, as it was a warm, pleasant evening. Various deals take place daily, and offers, so check their site carefully. They’re still only doing delivery only. Ordered myself a medium cheese and tomato pizza, which, again, was as good as the first order. My friend went for a BBQ Americano, or something like that, which comes with chicken, bacon and sweet corn - which was apparently delicious. Potato wedges - again - come in such abundance, there’s probably enough even for more than two people. Service was really good, and the delivery dude was cheery. All in all, an enjoyable meal and most fortunate I ran into my friend - who pointed out the ‘folly’ of me having become mesmerised by much of the film, ‘A Star is Born’, and having watched it thrice in 5 days. Not a good idea, whatsoever, for anyone’s psyche. Not at all! So instead, it was ‘The Terminal.’

After breaking my hand in a freak morning gardening accident, I was hugely peeved. After seeing a GP, my mood soured further. This could only mean one thing - a flurry of nihilistic, dark films - Leon/Sicario/No Country for Old Men......with a pizza! I actually don’t think I’d had a Pizza Hut meal since I was at Uni....that’s a very long time ago. Went online, and noticed they had some deals, which would qualify for delivery, by meeting the ‘minimum spend.’ Thus, I ordered a Medium Cheese and Tomato - five quid; Medium Veggie - again, five quid, and Potato Wedges - once again, five quid. Delivery took a mere 35 minutes which was excellent. Delivery dude was sound and polite, BUT I cannot believe how much food there was for 15 quid!!!! OMG - if you’re NOT a single person, and there are two or three of you in a household, then this is more than enough. I managed one pizza and a quarter of the box of potato wedges, solely! However....this is a winner, as I now have enough food for tomorrow 👍👍👍 Brilliant! In terms of quality, I was impressed by the Cheese and Tomato pizza, and the potato wedges were really good indeed.
