Yusif was an incredible server! I am visiting from overseas and happened to be dining all alone. He made sure to check in regularly, make great suggestions, and incorporate lovely conversation along the way. The pizza was delicious! Thanks again for a great evening. If I might suggest, some candles or ambient lighting for your patio clientele would really enhance the experience. :)

We've had a lovely meal at Franco Manca's. Staff was kind, attentive. Food was quick and tasty. The kids also had a great time. Special thanks to Ale, who was patient with all the mess and noise they made. We'll be back soon.

Service was very fast, our waiter Pathum was very nice, food was delicious, overall a great place to have lunch and a chat with a friend!

The pizzas are amazing. The menus are updated periodically, and all the menu are delicious. The tiramisu and steamed rainbow chard salad were very tasty. Aurora, who served us, was very friendly, polite, and quick. Thank you!

On a dark Thursday, our group ventured into a Franco manca to taste the most fire meal of my life. Our server Richard, was the finest bloke I had ever come across. His knowledge of pizza next to none, and his hair was glorious. His smile lit up the restaurant. He saved me from a burning building, saved a cat from a tree. Top bloke all around

The food was absolutely stunning, beautiful, amazing even. Richard, our waiter was the kindest soul I have ever met and he treated me and my friends so well. He welcomed us with open arms and asked us about our day. Richard then led us to our table and immediately served us a nice refreshing bottle of water. He guided us through the menu to ensure we had the best experience at this fine establishment. I would like to personally thank Richard for making my first time at this restaurant one of my favourite life experiences.

I come here a lot and I am never disappointed! The food is great and the staff (especially Ed and Alex) are always attentive. I recommend the Margherita and affogato for dessert 👍🏻

1 Adult 2 children .starter olives very small only 9 small olives ,side salad very small Pizza dough was very tough on all 3 pizzas Adults pizza arrived not very hot okay but kids pizzas arrived 10 mins later straight from the oven barely cut only in the middle Very hot to hot to touch ,why offer a child’s menu if you are not prepared to take care not to serve the food straight from the oven, chef needs timing training and care with kids food.Manager did offer to replace my nearly cold pizza ,but we had already waited long enough.plus the filling/topping needed spreading out better as 2 to 3 inches of bare dough around the edges Shame as we had been recommended to try this restaurant

I had a wonderful experience at this lovely place! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the music was just right, and the food was absolutely delicious. Johnny and Collins went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, adding a personal touch to our visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and even better service.

I was there yesterday. Pizza so greasy, aperol spritz served in very small glasses, not flavour, just colour, coffee......even a coffee lover could not drink mine. .....Place gone down a lot.

Yusif was extremely friendly, we had a welcoming experience, the food was great and despite having a larger group the orders were fully correct and we had no issues. It was a simple going in to eat and then leaving without a problem, 5 stars

We were in town shopping & were hungry and then walked past Franco Manca. It wasn’t too busy & we wanted to be quick so thought we’d give it a try. The pizza arrived fresh, hot out of the oven and was delicious. Service was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. I asked for drinks to be served with the food but they arrived as we were halfway through the pizza & only after I’d asked. The bill was fair for what we ordered & a 10% optional service charge is added. There are a decent amount of vegetarian options available and I was assured veg & non veg options are kept separate in the kitchen as that was important for me. I love their chilli dip. I would go again for sure :)

The service was extraordinary this time. My waiter actually seemed to care about me! He foresaw that rain was approaching and asked if I’d like to move inside, which I did. He was very attentive and checked on me at reasonable intervals. I’m not sure of the spelling of his name, but it’s something like this: Yusiffy? He writes like a Doctor so must be a genius.

Went into Franco Manca Kingston tonight - sat down and waited for 25 minutes. Not a single server, of which there were 4 working, even approached our table. So we got up and left.

The food was delicious and it was very quick given how busy it was. Yusiffu was very kind and helpful so we will definitely be coming back.

The food is good, no complaint on that end. But service was terribly long. One man who appeared to be a manager (great button up and black hair) stood talking to one table for about ten minutes and we tried waving down anyone after waiting so long as we just wanted a drink. He finally came over and said ok then served the women rather than us. Just terrible service, ruined the food all together.

Me and my sister came here for our weekly goss 😝 we love this place so much and had the waiter yiesiffel who was absolutely brill! We have been treated like princesses and will be coming back so deserves 6/5. The Diet Coke was absolutely bussin and crisp. And the pizza was perfection on a plate I got the number 2! As they say second the best

My sister and I love coming here for our weekly gossip sessions! We had the loveliest waiter today, Yiesiffel, who was really sweet and gets 5/5 stars. We will continue to be having our gossip sessions here and will hopefully see Yiesiffel again soon! By the way, the lemonade is bangin’!

Very nice place. Service was perfect and the waiter, Pathum, was very lovely and worked hard, managing to tend for the whole upstairs with barely any help. If you want the worst restaurant experience in your life, you should visit this one. Very rude staffs, wrong order, late food seem to be default.

In this price range I cannot think a better pizza, definitely try the one with wild mushrooms. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious!

We had a lovely lunch yesterday. Staff were friendly and pizza was fantastic. It is very tasty every single time. The only thing that never works is that I can’t add stamps when I eat there and didn’t now delete the app as it is pointless. I am visiting Franco Manca frequently and only the first stamp was logged. I asked staff members to assist in the past but they weren’t able to help. I did not ask yesterday and just deleted the app. Another thing g to note is that they have a reservation book where they add names and phone numbers. This information is available for all guests to see which is a big no-no for me. Please don’t leave that book open.
