My wife and I took our granddaughter for lunch today. The freshly made sour dough pizzas were great. The staff friendly & attentive & the atmosphere excellent. We shall definitely return.

Great overall experience, thanks to our waiter Richard. The pizza with truffle (No. 10) was absolutely delicious. While the service and the vibe among the staff felt a little off and tired, Richard stood out—he was incredibly sweet, smiley, polite, and attentive, going out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. His excellent service made all the difference!

I LOVE IT HERE!! from the workers to the delicious selection of pizza, franco manca REALLY has it all. their sourdough pizza is simply to die for and if you haven’t tried it yet i really recommend. as a very regular customer I always feel welcomed and cherished in the franco manca community (a special shoutout to Carlo!!). my favourite pizza may be no.8, but franco manca is no.1😛😛😛

Update: been around 2 years and they now have 10 different pizzas. Nice new restaurant in Kingston. Food is tasty and good quality. Also very reasonable prices. Menu is somewhat limited, only 8 different pizzas. Also service is a bit slow and staff seem fairly inexperienced (but that's an issue everywhere at the moment). Overall a nice place.

The wife and I had a lovely experience, the food were great, and you’re guaranteed to walk away full. As they say, happy wife, happy life.

Went yesterday (28th) and the service was just awful. The first person who seated us (young male) was pleasant and attentive but finished his shift. The person who took over (tall female) was not friendly and was not at all attentive. We had to chase for our drinks which came a considerable time after our food. Food was not great either. When we queried where one of the kids pizza’s was we saw another table be served with a kids pizza whilst they waited for the rest and one of our three kids had to wait 5 mins for the food to arrive after everyone else’s food. All of the pizza’s were undercooked when they did arrive. Finally, when it came to the bill we had to wait over 10 minutes for the card machine (despite there only being three occupied tables in the entire restaurant). After several failed attempts for her to bring it over we just went up and paid at the till.

Stopped for a quick lunch whilst shopping. The restaurant was at full capacity but where seated and greeted by Alicia I think? A very friendly, professional and attentive Italian young lady from Milan. We couldn’t fault the service she gave us. Was a great lunch. The manager popped over and we told her how good the service was. I don’t usually do reviews, but felt this time we needed to reflect the experience. Well done team!

We tried the truffle pizza (#10 on the menu) and the pesto pizza (#3), and both were absolutely delicious! The flavours were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. Highly recommend!

Having been a Franco fan for many years, I can honestly say todays pizzas were the best we’ve had since the pizza oven temperature had to be lowered a few years ago and the crispy black blisters became a thing of the past. Thanks especially to Cynthia and Vincent for such skilled attention to detail, presentation and delicious pizzas. BR

Horrible service, we went with my family this Sunday and we order two starters and 3 pizzas, we waited for an hour but they didn't bring anything. We reminded them about our order and even after 10 minutes they didn't bring us anything. After a couple of minutes they came with just the 2 out of the 3 pizzas we ordered.They didn't bring the starters. After 15 minutes they brought the other pizza together with only one of the two starters. We will never going back again to this restaurant for lunch!!Waiting for 1 and a half hour for just an average pizza and eating the starter the same time with the pizzas..

Confusion over Pizzas, but quickly sorted. More confusion on the wine. But did get 2 for 1 through Banquet, and a good chat so overall not a bad experience.

The tiramisu is SO GOOD! It’s also alcohol-free so I was able to enjoy it with my Muslim friends :) Johnny and Richard were very friendly which was the cherry on top to our girls night 🫶🏽❤️

Really yummy pizza, good value and the service was great. The £5 pizza january deal was super! Nice atmosphere, friendly and a very happy place.

The food was spectacular. Queue times were a bit long but that was because the café was very busy. The garlic was very tangy 😐 but the pizza itself was quite nice 🙂. The staff are super friendly towards kids 👍, especially Yusif 🙂 and I would highly recommend this restaurant to any other parents taking their kids out for dinner.

Richard was really warm and welcoming from the start of our arrival. He helped us figure out the Franco Manco app in order to get our £5 pizza.

Such a wonderful experience! With my mom visiting my sister at Kingston and we decided to stop here for our first UK dinner! We came for our work Christmas meal on 12th December. We were on a limited budget and this was accommodated with a buffet for 23 guests. We were given two long tables on the upstairs level and it was a lovely festive atmosphere. Natasha, Nina and their colleague (apologies I can't recall her name!) made us feel very welcome and it was a joyful and relaxing evening, just what we needed. Rose (Kingston Street Pastors)

Look at my pizza! It was so beautifully made! We ordered pizza no.8 and no.4. They were served very fresh and hot and smelled so amazing when served. I was literally mouth watering. They were perfectly made and so packed with flavour. They were one of the best pizzas I ever had in London. Sourdough was definitely making the difference as well. The service was just on point that were friendly, cheerful, but not too much or not too little. We had a wonderful time there. Oh, forgot to mention, the smoked beef platter was lovely as well.

A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Kingston! We were warmly greeted and were lucky to be seated quickly, even as a party of nine on a weekend. The service was friendly, though a bit slow at times. While we weren’t initially offered a kids’ menu despite having children with us, we spotted it and requested one. The menu has plenty of options, including a great selection for vegetarians, and the pizza is fresh and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The pizza was extremely disappointing ,probably the worst I’ve ever had. The service was equally poor, with the front-of-house staff clearly in need of extensive training. Overall, a terrible experience.
