Awful pizza, absolutely disgusting; the dough tastes artificial, and if you are not careful, they can overcharge you. Staff are very rude and unfriendly; I would not recommend this pizzaria.

I came here for years as it’s very local Bought 3 large pizzas and was given a margarita where the base was full of mould when I went back I was told it’s just the rust off of the metal bases I asked for a refund during the process they kept trying to convince me that the blue mould spores were simply seasoning will never be coming here again

I ordered food from raynes park travelodge they never deliver and not call me at all when I call them they told me 5 more minutes than they call me around 10:50 and told me they attempted to deliver and call me I said no one called me and they said we can’t do anything if you want to come and collect than they close at 11 pm they simply ripped me off Who ever order from be aware! Just scammers!

If I fancy a pizza this is the place I head for, not only is it local to me it has a 2 for 1 deal, any size which is just amazing value, they are very efficient and the pizza is ready in good time and is really tasty and we'll made and is just as good as the pizza shop chains, this place is definitely worth a visit

A very cozy small place for pasta and stone-baked pizza along Fife road, Kingston. Friendly and accommodating staff. Pasta al dente! Prices affordable. Highly recommended. Will come back soon.

The food was delicious and kept very warm. I chose time for delivery as soon as posible and l didn't wait long. Very good. I' ll order again.

Only complaint is that the potato skins wer empty & dry

Took my money, with 15 minute delivery time displayed on deliveroo. Still no sign of my food after 1+ hour. And not answering my calls about the order.

So disappointed that the prices have risen so sharply here. It was one of the things it had going for it. If getting take away pizza from now on may as well order Pizza Hut or Domino's instead since no longer any real difference in prices. Just had another pizza from here last night 17/09/22 and I noticed that toppings seem to be a lot less. I asked but they denied it. Strangely enough. Ate nothing all day except half pizza. A few hours later had bad diarrhoea again. This has happened before from here a few times over the years. I took immodium and still not good this morning. This place is crossed off my list now after going here for years. Just gone too downhill. Just noticed other reviews. Most saying bad things. For goodness sake WAKE UP !! Do something about your business before it's too late !!

Very nice they have discounts for pizza the staff are very nice the pizza is always gamming in hot they have meat chicken and vegetarian I recommend coming here as always.

The pizza was delivered hot and it was delicious! For some reason some toppings were underneath the cheese but I didn’t mind. Would order again!

Unfortunately the pizza was cold when it arrived. Had minimal toppings and cheese so was all a bit dry and disappointing. Garlic bread was better and seemed fresh while the pizza did not.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve had from Pizza Box.. all of the toppings underneath the cheese for some strange reason, pizza was cold, garlic bread was cold.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and they’ve always done really nice pizzas. I ordered again today and got horrible reception from one of the staff regarding a wrong order. I’d ordered a pizza from them which was supposed to have a tomato base as stated in the description — just eat would not let me change the sauce or select a different one so I assumed it would have come with the tomato sauce as stated. When the pizza arrived, I took a few bites just to have my mouth be set on fire. What I was sent was a base with chilli oil, flakes and seeds — not the tomato base that was stated in the description. Obviously I rang up to query this, being polite I asked if i’d possibly been sent the wrong order and the man dismissed me completely and told me it was right. He told me I ordered salsa base when I did not, I told him several times that the app wouldn’t let me select a sauce so I thought it wild come with the standard tomato base. He then left and went to talk to someone — when he got back he dismissed everything I said or tried to say with an “it’s the right order” cutting me off several times. I then asked if he could help ( I was annoyed by this point ) and he point blank said no and the phone was put down. £24 was wasted because of an error and horrible customer service and I can’t get my money back and they refused to send a different pizza. I don’t think this is fair because It wasn’t my error.

Only thing is when I ordered a meal 4 says I get ice cream with it but when the order actually goes through it doesn't show up on the receipt so I didn't get it

The pizza did not taste the same high quality that it usually tastes. Have been using this pizza shop for years, something was not right with the base today.

Ordinarily I would give this place 5 star for value and quality. But the last 2 times I've bought from here haven't been impressed. Once it was overcooked and it seemed like the guy realised as he pointed something out to his colleague. The second time the toppings were undercooked maybe because it was under the cheese. I guess with this place its great on a good day, and a regrettable purchase on a bad day.

Independent pizza outlet using fresh dough and generous amounts of tomato sauce and cheese. Large range of toppings and crusts. Their deep pan is similar to a Chicago pizza pie or Pizza Hut. Good range of price deals. Also offers salads, wings, pastas and Haagen Daas ice cream.

Been getting pizza from this place for years... They do my favorite pizzas! You've got to get the stuffed crust with pepperoni and bbq base... Definitely my favorite, better than dominos.

The spaghetti ‘bolognaise’ was basically cheesy pasta, with the smallest of meat chunks. Not happy. Also, quanity does not = quality. Potato wedges were good, decent portion as well.

Pizza was amazing! Arrived hot and can tell from the taste that it was made fresh - the cheese crust is perfect. I also got the curly fries with cheese which was much larger than expected!

The little delivery driver threw my food on the floor in front of me and decided to shout at me because I objected. And then to make it worse the food was over cooked and cold, and he forgot my drink. Stay away from this shop...

Delivery driver threw food on floor not placed but threw food on floor and said can't come near because I covid I get it if he placed it on floor but chucking it from 4ft in the air to land on the pavement is horrendous

Would give 0 if possible- just placed an order for collection, used their deal any pizza any size any time to order 4 pizzas. On 3 we paid extra for stuffed crust (£3,£2.50 and £2.50) perfect we thought don't mind paying extra on top for that. Then we get a call "sorry its only thin crust for this deal" yes we know that's why we paid extra on top for the stuffed crust as shown on our order? Which is on their website so why offer the option if it isn't allowed? Nope! They weren't having any of it... They tried to charge us an extra £11 in top from what the website told us it was. (They offer 10% off online orders) came to £33 £7.99 for 1 pizza £21 for 3 pizza 2 x £2.50 stuffed crust (£5) 1 x £3 stuffed crust Total of £36.99 10% off so £36.99 - £3.70 = £33.29 They told us over the phone if we wanted the extra crust (which we already paid £8 extra for as above) it would cost us £44... so they wanted to charge ANOTHER extra £8 and not give us the 10% off!? I actually went to the shop to show them this, their response wasn't apologetic at all just got a "ok we will change the website" I ordered from a different company one of the main pizza ones and got it cheaper in the end. Its a shame I live 5 min walk from this shop but clearly my business isn't good enough for them. Its principle I'm not paying £16 extra for stuffed crust on 3 pizzas lol. Won't be using them as I doubt they will change the website anyway. Just be very wary of them trying to charge extra for things you've already paid for!

Disgusting pizza. And expensive

I've ordered from this place for years and every time I order, it's worse than the last time. I ordered a pizza, wings, coleslaw, ice cream and drink today and I get given the worst ice cream flavour that is more of a sorbet flavour, I get the wrong drink and all the food was so bland, I want a refund on the calories as well as the money! I'm not ordering from here anymore, beyond disappointed.

If you get what ordered your ok. DO NOT COMPLAIN. The boss will ring you and scream at you! And not refund your money Stay away ..they are seriously bonkers!

We visit Pizza Box every time we come to watch our team Southend United play away to AFC Wimbledon. The pizzas are superb, the service is quick and friendly and the prices are great. Couldn’t recommend this place enough 👍🏻

Ordered for delivery at 7pm turned up at 6:10pm when half the people hadn’t arrived so had to re-heat!
