Extremely rude guy customer services zero . Food is sometimes old reheated food . Not worth the money and his arrogance. Don’t wast your money

Myself and my wife only ate half and I was sick everywhere. my wife was in and out of the toilet STAY CLEAR.it was like eating hot grease

The man taking orders on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic, asked for some dishes that were clearly written on the menu for him to say they don’t have it and if you want that to go elsewhere What a shame as it looks like a lovely local Chinese in a perfect location definitely won’t be ordering.

Disappointed is an understatement. Food is barely edible. I have no idea what garbage they throw into the food but this place needs closing down. If any of the food actually has a taste then that taste is basically dog poo. Was bad for three days after eating here. And the man who works there is vile. He is soooooo rude and he messed with my food because I’d asked if I could have salt on my chips. Tried to make me look like a fool in-front of other customers because I’d asked for some flavour. Something he has yet to discover. Then shouts “who is the salt fanatic” when my order was ready. He’d put salt in a tub for me and clearly spat inside it. I never used it and had to throw the rice away after finding a ball of what can only be described as chewed white rice that was different to the rest. The man had issues and should be investigated.

Been going here infrequently for a few years, Price wise it’s what you’d expect to pay for a Chinese takeaway, and the food isn’t bad. Have found the pork balls to be greasy and the sweet and sour sauce is like gloop but it’s tasty enough and always plenty there in the foil containers. It’s been here since forever so must be doing something right, expect to wait 15-20 minutes for it to be cooked and it is cash only to my knowledge. Do see the local Chinese people coming and going with food which is always a good thing!

Well. He was rude... tried to pay with card .. not seeing the Cash only sign. Big Tap on sign... & Don’t dare ask a question the responses are outrageous. It’s amazing that this place is still trading. Worth a visit for comedy value only. I brought some food that needs a crow bar to get out the tub.

Just spent £20 for a curry, kung pow chicken and fried rice. The kung pow chicken was tasteless and the chicken tasted gummy.

The person from the counter/cashier is too rude. Will never go back to, reasonably priced and taste is ok but his attitude ruins it all.

Everything deep fat fried, tasteless, watery, the pork special would not appeal to rodents. Quite frankly,the worst I have attempted to eat. Stay clear.

Had the special chow mien and vegetables with spicy sauce. Both excellent! The owner Mr Lee was nice and friendly. Service was quick. Brilliant! Highly recommended.

Crispy pork with rice the price and quantity of food is reasonable the taste is good and the staff is nice

I use this place when I get fed up of nearby hotel food. Good, well cooked, tasty food. Will cook food how you want it cooked.

The best take away place in london! Im from the Philippines but so far they serve the best lechon kawali i have ever tasted. Owners are very nice and friendly too!

At first looks a good portion (small size ordered) but when you start eating the quality is poor. Egg fried rice- where was the egg? Rice stodgy, but some people like it that way but please add some egg Sweet & sour chicken - not as expected for Hong Kong style but the chicken was like string/chewy, several pieces I had to leave on the plate because it was to much trouble to fight with. Not sure how many times it had been reheated or was the chicken just left to dry out in the hotplate. Your guess. Don't waste your money, better value to pop in to Co-op along the road a use your own micro wave at home!

This was the worse Chinese food I've ever eaten. I ordered a small order of steamed mixed vegetables, beef chow mein and kung po prawns. I couldn't even finish the food it was so terrible. I decided to just pick out the meat from the beef chow mein since I couldn't even eat the vegetables. Later on the same night I begin having stomach cramps and diarrhea. I had to take a 10 hour plane ride the next morning while dealing with nausea, headache, sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and a general since of malaise. Please don't eat here. Avoid this place at all cost. I'm still sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea more than 24 hours later.

Bog standard Chinese take away - order by numbers - nothing special - nothing like a real Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong or China. Food is full of sodium glutamate.

Yo vengo aquí con bastante regularidad. Sirven el mejor cerdo crujiente y arroz. Es normalmente servido con una salsa de soja ligeramente dulce pero tienen otras salsas que abastecen a otras nacionalidades. El cerdo es muy crujiente y sabrosa. Me alojo en un hotel cercano y las sobras sabor agradable al día siguiente

Food is quite good the price is ok. The Owner seems to be chatty and knows everyone which can be more relaxing when you know your going to get what you ordered. Would use this place more often

Fuimos a esta chino para comer un bocado después del trabajo. Fuimos para el aperitivo de rollo de primavera de vegetales y los Singapur fideos. Los aperitivos de rollo de primavera era agradable, unos pocos en la bolsa y sabroso. Sin embargo los Singapur fideos fueron decepcionantes. Principalmente fideos, muy poco carne y gambas y bastante simple. Me gusta mis Singapur fideos con un poco de una patada, pero éstas eran planas. Precio era razonable, pero eso es todo.

Had a chicken and mushroom set box. The bits of chicken were tiny and the food tasted very average. Was cooked quickly, was fairly cheap and was filling. Wouldn't go back if I was in the area.

Tuve unas gambas en bróculi llevar que estaba bien atrae frito y muy sabroso. saludable también! Había otros platos interesantes tales como cerdo crujientes y comida tailandesa. No estoy seguro si utilizan el GMS pero yo estaba a tope un poco cuando nos fuimos a la cama.

Ordered my usual takeaway from the local Chinese Swans which I have used for over 20years. Food (chicken balls) where burnt and chicken noodles had no chicken (I'd paid for chicken) so I complained and was told to get lost. I was calm as I've eaten here for years and was told "I don't know you get lost or come show me your face". Horrified as the suggestion was when they know your a regular they do your food right as I hadn't gone in myself he didn't care what the food was like. Won't be going there again, their loss as I was a very loyal customer. Binned the burnt food and ordered a takeaway from a more customer friendly establishment where they don't force you to eat burnt food. Disgusting. Alternative Chinese in Hayes (cheaper as well)

My wife asked me to get her Chinese and I went out and found this gem, local to my apartment.Service was very good, no long wait for food and it was excellent, my wife was not keen on the Sweet and Sour sauce, although i liked it. The BBQ Spare ribs were fall of the bone tender and the Special Fried Rice was cooked perfectly for me.

I thought the portions were very small for the price - but the food was good enough and there is a fridge in your room - so you can save the left overs to snack on later. I had a mixed fried rice and hot and sour soup, but they had lots to offer.

Good portions and excellent prices. Large fried rice cost about £5 but check their web site. All the usual food on offer and they will provide plates, forks and spoons if you ask. Great if you are staying in a local hotel nr the airport and fancy a night in with a chinese.
