I alway enjoy the food but it should be in a bigger place

Best chinese takeaway bar none .

The food is not the best but since it’s close by so it is convenient. They charge all the customers in cash only which is very surprising. I’ve been to this place for take away a couple of times but yesterday when. I told them I lost my wallet and if they could charge me with card this one time assuming that’s not much I was asking for the lady denied. She went running to the kitchen and asked the chefs to stop preparing my order and asked me to leave and that they can only take cash and nothing else. I even gave them the option to transfer in their bank accounts but I’d say she was very cold and did not wanted to do any cashless transaction.

Love the food and staff. But they really do need to invest in card options for payment, or to extend their services on just eat.

Nice food and staff polite but the delay can be considerable. Order by Just eat and the ETA and even the collection notification means nothing the food ready when ready.

Ordered food, waiting for an hour, check to see where food is and I'm told the order was cancelled. No reason and no communication. Avoid avoid avoid.

No good customer service.anytime I call new wing luck in west drayton the cashier always give mi attitude.and I always do take out or delivery.but anytime I call for delivery only attitude and she cutting off her phone on me .I will never spend my money in new wing luck in life again

Absolutely disgusting food old re heated rubbish

Terrible customer service! Will never order there again. The woman at the counter looks so miserable another woman came out wiping her nose from the kitchen.

Would not recommend, most of the staff are rude and try to rush you. If you go for the all you can eat option which is not that cheap don’t try to order more than 2 items each on starters ( small portions ) you will be greeted with “ you don’t eat all we charge you full price ). Small portions and a long wait between courses. Ended up having to go to bar to ask to be served.

Made my order on just eat to my hotel, delivery was 5 minutes drive, my order was accepted then 1 minute later cancelled so I rang restaurant and they said my post code is to much hassle to get to...

Great takeaway place for fried rice and soup. Love the sweet corn chicken soup

Waited nearly an hour for them to cancel my order as the delivery undercharged me by 50p. Absolutely ridiculous. Great way to lose repeat customers.

I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years, the food here hasn’t disappointed me. The food is fresh and it tastes amazing ! Also, the service here is really good! The prices are decent so it makes a great option for a nice takeaway.

Shame u were a great choice for a take away but suddenly you’ve put all your prices up and sadly we won’t be buying from you aromatic lamb has gone up by £4.00!!! That’s just one of the dishes gone up! I understand prices are going up but that is ridiculously high! One take away costing over £45.00 something we can not afford. Please consider keeping your prices at a good price and you’ll have more customers!

Do not order from here. First my order didn't come so I called up the restaurant they had closed for the night not only that I had called prior to find out where my food was, they said it was on the way. After all that's the food did not come and they tried to say I never ordered.

Excellent food. Well seasoned, hot and tasty. Staff were very accommodating as I use a wheelchair, they brought the food out to me. Kitchen looked clean and staff looked tidy. West Drayton seems however to be becoming more expensive as a whole.

~they cut the phone lines on purpose~ I had ordered some food from here that totalled £28, when the food came I had realised they had gotten the order wrong and sent us the wrong food. When I began calling, the woman on the phone said there was a mix up and our actual order was on the way. The lady then demanded us to pay for THEIR mistake and to cough extra money for the food wrongly fully delivered (which was cheaper than our food!). When asking her why this was the case she began word-vomiting and put the phone down. This restaurant CUTS THEIR PHONE LINES when they are in the wrong, so that you can’t even call in to explain anything. We sent back the order that wasn’t ours and didn’t pay the extra money because it was not our fault! Avoid this place!

Just had a delivery and there was an item missing(crispy chilli beef) so we called the shop. But only to get the woman giggling down the phone saying "What do you want us to do"!!!! Der could please re deliver this item as we're 5 minutes away. She carried on laughing saying that 3 staff members said we got this item. I swore on my kids life I didn't... Why would I call for this item unless I didn't recieve it. They was not willing to re send it. So I said is this all your willing to do she just kept repeating the same thing What can we do!!! So I said never using u again and we're writing this review and also calling Just eat to get a refund. And the other food items were mediocre!! 8/4/2022 .ordered from here last night at 16.50 pm, after 3 phone calls and tell us sorry. We got our food at 21.25pm. Absolutely ridiculous service! Won't be using again

Love, love, love the chilli vegetable chow mein. It’s the best. Lots of generous sized pieces of red chillies for that killer kick!

Been using Wing Luck ever since it first opened but after the terrible service tonight I'll be going elsewhere in future. They sent our order with 2 wrong dishes and no red sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. They then tried to blamed us by saying we ordered wrong!!! They refused to do anything about our order which I eventually threw in the bin in disgust along with their take away menu. Their customer service was absolutely non existent and I'll order food elsewhere in the future.

Pretty bad again, not sure if its a new chef or what but last 3 have been shocking, ended up in the bin, bad curry , burnt batter sent out on prawns, , bad crispy shredded beef all dry an, even prawn crackers were stale last time.

Helpful staff with quick service. I’ve ordered here lots and food is always freshly cooked to order. Reasonably priced too with large portions. If you order on just eat there will be a service charge, bag fee and order fee which adds around £1 to your order, so if you want to avoid that best phone your order through. Always very clean, even when I peek into the kitchen it seems clean and tidy despite the hustle going on.

Waited 2 and a half hours for food to be burnt,recooked and absolutely discusting,rang the shop and was no help at all apoorling and will never eat there again NOW

Got my order wrong so I had to return it, only for them to argue with me. After 20 mins of waiting, I got home and there was STILL missing food from my order, again food was dry, cold and quiet frankly disgusting. I will never use them again!!!

If I could have given Zero, I would! I ordered at 5.30pm and at 8pm was still waiting! At 7pm through Just Eat I got an update of 7.25pm delivery, could get through, constantly engaged, I tried 60 times! They always turn their Just Eat machine off, clearly can't handle or don't want the business, not the first time I've been left like this! I will never use them again, awful service! Got food about 8.15pm!

Always enjoy our meal from New Wing Luck . We order through Just Eat, so we can pay by card. Easy to do so. Each person in our family has a favourite dish. Mine is sweet and sour chicken. Even when we try something new we've enjoyed the dish. Delivery was prompt, within the time scale & driver was polite as usual.

We always use New Wing Luck for our Chinese takeaways. The food and service is always excellent. Our family are jealous because they don't deliver to Iver Heath!

Haven't been to wing luck for a while, bought King prawn chowmien, it's was as dry as sticks, that dry found it hard to swollow, won't be going again

Called the resturant to place an order Took 9 minutes as I was kept being placed on hold.While talking to the lady on the phone.I then asked the wait time she stated 1 hour.1 hour 45 mins later my dinner arrives. Had peas in the chicken curry when it said no peas as had food allergy and also it had carrots in the curry again not on your menu description reported to the food standards agency as severe food cross contimination..After going on the food standard agency website it’s been made aware of your establishment only a rating 3 out of that’s why you don’t have the sticker in the window for the public. To view. Drastic measures are still needed . And will be reported .Delivery driver not following social distancing guidelines and they don’t take cards only cash which is also not good and you make customers spend a certain amount for delivering when they wait much longer than other local Chinese restaurants in the area.If you can’t manage the demand of a delivery service and can’t handle complaints and learn to apologise and most importantly follow food Hygiene standards and also social distancing and as a paramedic I’m fully aware of these guidelines which you didn’t display at once.Go Sing is re opening soon which is the best Chinese in west Drayton and there service is impeccable .

.. What happened to our fantastic local here?.. Yep got it. Its changed hands recently and you cannot compare the quality of the food with the previous owners!.. It doesnt come close now that it has changed hands!.. The person on the end of the phone could not compete with English languge and what a task.. The food was disgusting, sweet and sour was literly like drinking a small bowl of vinigar and batter was well undercooked .. In the bin it went!.. Credit to the previous owners wherever you are and never again with these newbies!.. DONT GO THERE!..

Rude staff after we called to say there was a hair in our food!!!

What joke this place is. Ordered of just eat stating delivery free then get e mail not even a call saying cancelled order. When I call them they say over 3 mile £3 deliver charge. get stuffed going report them false advertising and just eat should take of there list. What con artists

Bad attitude & service. I ordered through Just Eat and selected collect. It reverted to delivery and I sent a note that I would collect the order. When I arrived a young Chinese guy with an English accent said 'we didn't process the order, I tried to call you 3 times so why didn't you answer phone and we are not Just Eat'. I explained to him I'd been collecting someone from the airport and you should have processed the order in good faith as per Just Eat's rules. Very rude and will never go near again. Keep up that attitude and business will soon start dropping!

We use this restaurant quite often when we just can't be asked to cook. We always get a takeaway from here and have never been disappointed.

They don't except card payment. Gave me wrong change and one if my orders wrong.

Ordered over £30 pounds food on eat app and was declined saying delivery was not possible unless paid extra 3 pound cheeky buggers. The site said free delivery they don’t even tell you they cancelled order.

If i could give this place a 0 I would. If you want greasy, horrible slop filled with MSG come here. Our food went straight in the bin after one mouthful, never again.

While working in the area, this takeaway was around the corner from my hotel so I popped in for some nibbles. Chose something different to my normal menu just for a change, I chose the Roast Duck chiness style and a portion of chicken fried rice. It took a few minutes for it to be cooked and returned to my hotel room. Well I must say that the duck was lovely in the red sauce and on a bed of bean sprouts, while the chicken fried rice was nice but could of done with a little more chicken as the description states. Otherwise I really enjoyed my tea, thanks 😊

This ia the only takeaway we will uaed for delivery in West Drayton. Having tried all the others. Always great delivery time, hot and tasty food with friendly people.

Good food just really bad customer service. Takes my order to an address 3.3miles away then tells me it’s 4 pound delivery charge because it’s far away and no longer free like it’s stated on just eat. I am then put onto the owner or manager and he try’s to lie and say it’s stated on just eat if over 3 miles its 4 pound this is however not the case. If ordering collect. I will not be buying again.

I wished to eat some Chinese taste, and it was a new listing on just eat site. I like to try new restaurants, so I placed my order, one of them was bamboo shoots, then few others. Price is reasonable, rather cheaper, so I had a few choices. I feel they have just a very few choice for vegetarians, nothing in "monk" style, (meatfree, made from soya). On just eat site they showed no delivery fee. However, when I placed my order, few minutes later I got a call. Because I could not pick up, they emailed me, that they could not reach me so my order is on hold. I called them back, what's happened. I am out of the 3 miles free delivery radius, so if I want my meal, it costs me £3 giving to the driver... OK. Delivery was quite punctual, just 3-4 minutes late. Food was pipe hot, but most of the food was tasteless. I ordered 1 bamboo shoots, but almost every other meal was full with it, so if I knew it earlier, I would not have to pay for it separately. Mini Peking Spring rolls were really 'mini', black bean sauce was very watery and taste was strange, I have never had this taste of black bean sauce in any Chinese food... Only the chowein was tasty, but it is something that difficult to make wrong... Pancake roll was not too big, but fresh, crispy, unfortunately filled with lots of bamboo shoots again, and dome mince... I throw it away, because I'm vegetarian. Also, unfortunately it was not noted on just eat site. Many restaurants show 'H' (hot) and 'V' (vegetarian) next to meals, here was not pointed out, so I had to find it myself. Because I ordered a few meals it was enough for next day, but because of the tasteless it wasn't the best. I got a small bag of prawn crackers for free (also useless for vegetarians)

Want to taste Chinese. Try New Wing Luck. Parking available next door. Good for take away.

don't no where the other people are eating I have a takeaway from wing luck every Saturday , I work Saturday every week book my meal 6.30 its there in 30 minutes to quick iam not even home to much to eat for me and the missus I then reheat for sunday and is still good maybe the wingers are wingers I run my own business its the norm for wingers to wing ! they have nothing better do do go to mac donalds then ,or cook your on food problerly not capable , bad attitude they are Chinese in England ,do do do sorry cannot do homer out of the simpsons go get a life look at the names of the wingers ,wing luck do there best job I would not .like to do there job and no I do not get free food iam just a punter

The WORST chinese is the UK! The staff suffer from bad attitude, never eat from there even if they paid you!!!
