Starbucks in Kensington and Chelsea

Personale poco cortese. Negano l'accesso al bagno anche se si è presa una consumazione abbondante dispongono di tavoli e posti a sedere. Il servizio dei bagni è obbligatorio. Decisamente sconsigliato.

I went there for a coffee and wanted to use the toilet first and there was a rude lady who shouted where I was going. I said I wanted to use the toilet first and she shouted that it was for private use and when I asked where was the toilet for customers she pointed outside and said the public toilets in the street. It’s disgusting in this day and age for an establishment who serves food not to have rest rooms for customers to use. It should open its toilet to customers or close.

Small area for sitting. Nice Frappè. Staff female who wrote name card as ‘S’ was extremely rude including opening her eyes wide and shouting ‘change, change!’ at me.

I paid for what I ordered with my card.The machine said transaction completed remove card.Service lady claimed that I didn’t pay after giving me my order and then I proceeded to pay again only to see next day on my account overview I paid two times the same thing.Additionally the place doesn’t have a toilet!

Les employées ne sont pas sympas se moquent de nous car nous sommes françaises et que nous avons du mal à nous exprimer en anglais. Très discriminatoire à mon regard. Vous croyiez que je ne comprendrais pas mes chères , mais loupé. Xoxo, have a good xmas. Oui , les français sont polis et respectueux . 😉

Muy buenas opciones de café, pasteles y galletas deliciosas. Nuevos pop caramelo de maíz agua Ethos, ¡muy bien!

The drinks taste the same as any other Starbucks but the tables and seating area needs a serious overhaul! Nobody cleans or wipes them and for the prices that Starbucks charge you at least expect to have a coffee in a clean environment. Not good enough and not on in such a prime location. Better coffee shops locally which don't expect you to clear the tables before you sit down. A shame.

Portabello road is visited by a lot of tourists and the coffee shops and restaurants should therefore set an example it didnt take me long to order but area was untidy and orders were building up staff seemed to be getting panicky. 10mins away from ladbroke grove station just a short walk away. Lots to see on portabello road which is where this coffee shop is located

Smaller than other Starbucks but delicious. The atmosphere is like a family. A warm place to refresh after a walk to Portobello Road, where protection from the cold wind of London. Cute very nice Italian bartender who recommended a super Frappuccino!

Starbucks is Starbucks, but it is always consistent with good coffee and wifi. There is always a good selection of food and cakes, definitely worth a visit.

OK it's a starbucks, so we know what to expect, whether you like them or not - however, these guys deserve a mention for their staff who are so kind and gentle to my (slightly lonely) old neighbour who is a regular

Called for a coffee and found the place to be untidy, dirty tables and staff that just don't get it. Upon being asked for my order, 2 words in and the guy walked away and started a long conversation with the other member of staff. He managed to clear my prepayment card and persisted in trying to sell me coffee beans despite my repeated insistence that I wasn't interested . Paper cups issued for drinking in and the worst mocha I've had in ages.

Typical Starbucks I'm afraid except this one ran out of syrup, didn't make the drinks correctly and took for ever to make the drinks. Oh well?!
