Luna Cafe Knightsbridge in Kensington and Chelsea

لا انصح احد بالذهاب الي هذا المحل فهو اسوأ محل دخلته موظفين قليلين الادب لايستقبلون الضيف بأحترام بل بقله ادب وبعنجهيه. كان قاب قوسين او ادني ان تصير معركه بالمحل والسبب عنجهيه واسلوب وقله ادب الموظف وخاصه المصري ابو لحيه. ولولا اطفالي الصغار الذين كانوا معي كان حدث مالايحمد عقباه. وانظروا الي كثره التعليقات السلبيه الموجوده هنا عنه، وعدم اهتمام اداره او اصحاب المحل بالرد عليها.

We came here after visiting the V&A; museum, but it was not worth spending any money/time here. The coffee is disgusting (super bitter and almost cold). The staff is rude and ignorant.

This place is quite nice! But the staff is rude and barely speak English! They get mad at us because we ask them to repeat themselves. Definitely not visiting this one ever again!

علشان اكون عادلة المحل قهوته السعودية والتمر والكيكات كمان كلها ممتازة. ممتازة جدا. لكن الاسعار غير طبيعية ويزيد من الازمة ان دلة القهوة مع التمر اللي تكلف 25£ تفتحها تلاقيها نص دلة (يعني ماهي مليانة كمان). والكيكة الوحدة 9£. علشان كذا قلت انه للاسف من الكافيهات اللي تعتقد بالفكرة الخاطئة ان الخليجيين كلهم أغنياء ومستغنين عن فلوسهم. وهذا مو صحيح فينا ناس طلبة ودخلهم متوسط. وفينا ناس مبسوطة بس تعبت على فلوسها. لكن حتى لو كنت انا مرتاحة ماليا، لما اطلب دلة ابغى دلة صدق: كاملة مو نص دلة! هي هذي اللي اكلت معي وحسيتها استغلال. كخليجية بدأت اتضايق من الفكرة السائدة اللي تشوفنا "البقرة الحلوب" واتضايق من اننا نروج لها بقبولنا وسكوتنا. مش معقول انك تبغى تروح وتعزم احد وتكرمه بدون ماتحس انك تداري وضعك المالي علشان حته قهوة وكيك صايرة بقيمة وجبة عشاء في مطعم بلندن. في النهاية ما راح نعجز عن دلة قهوة عربي في البيت ، واللي جاي سياحه مرده ديرته وانواع القهوة.

جربت القهوه ألعربيه حقتهم ماتسوي وخايسه وفوق هذا أسعارهم نار وتعامل الموظفين فيه جدا سيء والاسعار تفرق يعني طاوله يحاسبها بثلاثين ونفس الطلب بطاولة ثانيه ب خمس وسبعين جنيه فرق شاسع انصحكم بعدم تجربته .

Nunca he escrito una crítica tan lejos, pero me siento que tuve que después de haber experimentado este lugar. Ayer después de una noche maravillosa en el Victoria & Albert Museum mi amiga y yo nos detuvimos a este lugar para un postre, que fue el peor opción. Un miembro del personal, un chico con gafas, nos sirvieron y era muy evidente que no estábamos bienvenido porque no nos árabe. Los chicos ignoraron totalmente nosotros cuando nos sentamos, él hizo para atender a los clientes, por supuesto árabe. Tuve que llamar al él muchas veces por la factura y cuando venía fue muy desagradable y descorteses con nosotros. Este lugar es el más racistas en el mundo. Evitar!

Este lugar es una deliciosa paz en Knightsbridge, debes probar el queso torta es una paz de arte en el sentido del gusto!! Después de tener la cale deben tener el café árabe "Gahwa" que

I asked for an american coffee to go and i received an espresso in a short paper cup even if i asked them twice what i wanted.

Después de un largo paseo por Harrods, llegaron al otro lado de la Luna, en nuestro camino de regreso a nuestro hotel. Parecía muy elegante, con vistas a través de la ventana, así que paramos, a pesar de estar completamente vacío.

We chose to stop to this café because it was close to harrod and quiet and I was tired. I saw the prices so I was aware it was expensive, and for these prices I'd expect a decent hot chocolate (so disgusting I didn't drink 1/4 of it ... and I paid 3.80£.) The cake was ok but didn't worth the 4.50£ I paid total 9.55 for a disgusting water hot chocolate and a defrozst cake, inclluding 1.25 for charge (I mean, he brang the coffee to the table)Just don"t go there. Harrods cake are 1 pound more expensive and i'm sure they taste better !!ARNAQUE ARNAQUE ARNAQUE

We stopped here on our way to Harrods as we needed a drink. We should have realised something was wrong as there was only one other customer. We asked for a pot of tea and decided to have a fruit scone. We made the fatal mistake of not seeing the price before ordering. The tea was fine but the scone had been heated in the microwave and nearly bounced back off the plate. When the bill came the scone was £4.95, the tea £3.50 + a service charge. When I made comment about the horrible scone, the waiter said he had told the boss about them but nothing had been done. DO NOT GO THERE.

We called in here for coffee and cake after a visit to the nearby V&A.Staff were very friendly, and service was quick and efficient (possibly helped by how empty the place was). The coffee was good, and my wife said the tea was fine. Cakes looked very pretty, but were more style than substance, looking good but not tasting that wonderful.Prices were a little expensive, but then they do have to pay Knightsbridge rents. There are a few outdoor seats in a slightly cramped area out the front.Okay, but nothing to tempt me back.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I WAS GREETED BY A WAITER WITH THE WORDS "CAN YOU AFFORD TO EAT HERE""..................!.???? A COURSE IN CHARM SCHOOL WOULD HELP THIS WAITER OR A P45 if he was my employee, but do we need any more unemployed foreigners in this country.Even though I was not dressed in fashionable designer mode for the occasion, my dress code was presentable and clean and tidy. This does not make me a vagrant looking for a free cup of coffee.Now I can see why you were able to get seating in the cafe, if the other 27 covers were greeted with the same immortal words.

The berries cheesecake is great, the arabic coffee is doesn't taste good id prefer other coffee shops in the area for the arabic coffee.Great location and friendly staff. The arabic coffee is overpriced compared to other western coffee selection.

The Luna Cafe was quiet when we decided to rest our weary legs and enjoy a coffee 'on the street' on such a warm day. The waiter served us promptly and courteously and the coffee was great. My only criticism is that the cafe imposes a 15% service charge in small print on the bill, and in much larger print you'll find the words 'Tips gratuities at customers discretion' (sic). I find this deliberately misleading and sure enough, like an idiot I fell for it, leaving a tip for the waiter and later seeing that I'd paid twice. This is as close to fraudulent as you can get.

We called in to Luna Cafe for a coffee and a break on a busy shopping trip. The decor was restful and the cafe and toilets were spotlessly clean. The young waiters were friendly and we left feeling refreshed. Lovely!
