Excellent taste service was really awesome every time I get better pizza and the boys were really cool. Perfect pizza in perfect location.

The assistant radhika was very helpful and very kind. The manager was lovely. It is a wonderful place to go. get nice pizza. The Customer Service there is 100% positive. It is my favourite place to go to at the weekend.

The pizza was amazing taste with proper topped. And store staff are very helpful to me great service and they picked the call in few seconds it’s a great time

We came here for my son's birthday and its the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. The salad was disgusting, nasty awful taste to it I'm sure it was off or not washed, the pasta spirals tasted like a man's ejection fluid. Absolutely gross. The pizza was meh, my son enjoyed but his margarita had hardly any cheese on it, which is one of 2 main ingredients of that pizza. Didn't enjoy the layout, it's very small, cramped and dark and it smells unclean. The bathrooms women's and disabled smelt like they hadn't been cleaned and just looked worn out, they need revamp. I think it's a franchise owner by people who really don't care for taste and are just banking on the name but Its sad as I used to love pizza hut as a kid but this one in Enfield was the worst I've been too in my 37 years. Will not return.

Tried to place an order via phone for delivery. Was kept on the phone for almost 10 minutes, constantly being put on hold and struggling to understand what the guy taking the order was saying; English was not his first language. After all of that, was told that they no longer do cash on delivery. He came over so unprofessional that I was not comfortable giving him my card details and decided to buy elsewhere.

food is delivered quickly and the pizzas offered are the flavours I like to eat, friendly staff. I use the deals that are offered on the website when I order.

Just had a delivery from this store. Waited 50 mins for delivery. Pizza was barely warm and looked like the morning after the night before pizza. As part of a deal also had cheese triangles. These were also cold. Not a great dining experience to be honest.

I have placed an order early today and I have to admit I am disgusted and disappointed with the service. After 1 hour and 30 minutes time waiting for delivery after several times calling the venue they have told me that they can not contact the driver , that the delivery is out and I just have to wait. I did ask to talk with a manager but they were all busy , telling them that I am happy to wait after them I’ve been told that might have to wait too long. Absolutely disgusting

I was attempting to add this review to the Ponders End branch but there wasn't an option for it, so I've now created one especially for them. There are actually 2 outlets in Enfield and I wouldn't want the Enfield Town branch tainted by my comments. I was always taught to say something nice between the negatives, but I can't for this branch. I ordered 2 pizzas and a side from this sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant, 2.5 hours and 2 further calls later it arrived. The app gave an estimated arrival time of 55 -65 mins, I called them after 90 mins to be told my order was with the driver and should have arrived but they would make me a new order and promised an additional side and drink, this would be with me in 20 minutes. I called them again after 50 mins to be told the food was with their driver!!! 10 minutes later he turned up. I received the 2 pizzas (soggy) and 2 sides (1 overcooked, the other undercooked) but no drink. The only reason I didn't blow a gasket was because my family were dying from starvation and too weak to complain. I ordered the same thing a few weeks ago and that also took ages to arrive. Pizza hut had better get to grips with this branch before it messes up their name as a franchise in the area. I think I'll steer clear of them for a while.

Never order from this branch. They are rude and Grimey. Kevin a member of staff pretended to be a manager and he had no customer service skills and was so rude. Wouldn't give me his name. Eventually spoke to a real manager who offered me another pizza but was scared they would spit in it. I could hear ghetto Kevin shouting in the background, The pizza is always late and cold.. This time it looked like vomit. never again!

The pizza hut has a buffet going on in the lunch time till 3 pm. The buffet is actually great value for money. You get different kinds of pizzas, salads, pasta and also ice cream. The service is ok. The place also serves beer and wine.

Multiple orders for delivery were messed up. The delivery boy had the appearance of a 14 year old and the attitude of a thug. Waited almost 40 minutes for chicken wings. Paid before hand otherwise I'd had left after 15 minutes. Lots of apologizing but no improvement.

Food came after an hour and 20 minutes. It was disgusting cold and resembly an absolute mess. Not worth the money or time. Wouldn't serve this to my worst enemy. Steer clear.

Do not order a delivery from this Pizza Hut if you want a decent weekend takeaway. After waiting an hour for our food to arrive we tried phoning the branch several times to find out where our food was only for the line to be engaged or to be put on hold. It finally arrived 20 minutes later but our excitement to eat at last turned to disappointment when we discovered that it was nearly all burnt. We then spent a further 10 minutes trying to call the branch to complain before giving up and eating the burnt food. 30 minutes later we get through on the phone only to be told by the manager that we needed to speak to customer services. At this point we simply wanted a refund however customer services were less than helpful arguing that the branch were responsible for issuing a refund. Their solutions were for us to wait for more pizzas to be delivered, return them ourselves and get a refund or receive a £20 gift card ( less than what we paid for the original delivery) not that we wished to order again. They claim to aim to deliver within 35 minutes which is obviously setting an unrealistic expectation so I reiterate, do not order from them.

This place is not clean. We come here for quick pizza after a movie night . Not enough staffs,salad bar is horrible. Ice cream station even worse.Sitting almost 2hours waiting for my orders and got told my order is run out . Outrageous the service,surprised still open for business. Never come to eat here again for sure

My friend treated me to pizza on Friday lunch time. The pizza's looked great and both pizza's were very tasty. Good value. Will try again.

I haven't ordered a takeaway from Pizza Hut in years. I got annoyed with them for removing my favourite pizza - super supreme years ago (it's back now) - and increasing the prices every five minutes (or so it felt). But....i'm giving my usual place a miss for political/ethical reasons and decided to give this place a go. And I'm really pleased I did. I ordered online which was quick and easy. They had a deal of 50% off if you spent over £20 - easy to do these days just ordering one pizza! I went for my favourite topping (going back 30 years now) of super supreme. I opted for stuffed crust.....the one in little bites sprinkled with garlic powder.....big mistake. If you like oozing cheese opt for regular stuffed crust. This version has miniscule bits of cheese in each little blob of dough. My pizza arrived within 30 minutes, was piping hot and loaded with toppings. Other than my disappointment at the lack of cheese in this crust (I'll know for next time) my pizza was scrumptious! The salad was meh....just ok. The sachet of dressing didn't really coat all of the leaves so it ends up a bit dry. I'd definitely order from here again.

Please do not order from this Pizza Hut branch. Their pizzas are disgusting, either under cooked or burnt. They are hacked into uneven slices with some areas completely devoid of any topping. Delivery time is shocking and last time I ordered items were missing. I phoned to complain and they were aware of the problem as the driver had forgotten to give them to me. Apparently, he was going to come straight back. 40 minutes later he turned up with our side orders. They dont care if you are given uneatable food, or if your side orders are delivered 45 minutes after the pizza. They are angry that you dare complain and some if their delivery guys have a real "attitude". Be warned

Please, anyone who isnt yet vomiting and alive, stay away from this travesty of a so called Pizza Hut, 1 hour and 50 mins wait for a cold cheap looking horrible tasting, vomit inducing excuse for something that did not resemble food. It actually made me and my wife ill instantly and looked worse than a £1 frozen pizza from a pound store and no disrespect to pound stores as they have stella customer respect and support compared to this cowboy effort. They have zero customer respect and will place you on hold immediately and for over 5 mins if you have the energy left in you to dial them up after consuming more than a slice of this mess. If other reviews havent put you off yet then you must eat just about any muck out there and have a stomach of steel. Let this be a warning and public service...stay away from this vile place
