So can’t believe this place has not closed down yet. They have such bad reviews. Wouldn’t order again , they deliver cold pizza, missing sides ,like coleslaw etc etc . Say they going to bring sides and don’t turn up . Get orders mixed up like toppings. I think 🤔 people order from this shop as they are cheap and give you sides but, trust me you better paying a bit more and getting nice quality food. 😏

Ordered a takeaway, burger and chip, from had to get wings to get free delivery ( fine) the burger had no cheese in it and the wings I couldn’t eat, you wouldn’t feed to dogs. When I called to complain I received a mouth full and he hung up on me. I’m a loyal customer and I was told, that “I don’t need customers like you” . I had to bin the wings as they looked like yesterday’s wings and were uneditable. Very disappointed and avoid

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Worst customer service avoid at all costs, I ordered 2x 15’ pizzas, they took over 3 hours to come and when I called to ask where my food was they told me to F off or wait. When I received my food I got both deep pan despite having ordered thin base, I also was missing 2 toppings they chose to add mushrooms with out me telling them to. When I called the shop they argued with me for half an hour before hanging the phone on my face and I was left with 2 large stone cold greasy pizzas with the wrong toppings and the wrong base. Rude staff and no solution

i bought yesterday chicken wings and they was not fresh ,the chicken was cooked before one day maybe and they make hot and delivery i am never not buy again from this place

Have enjoyed their wings up until yesterday when the cook on them wasn't the same and yet again they got my order wrong!!! Needless to say we will not be ordering from them ever again. Disappointing.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!! The food was marked as delivered before receiving the order. The food was cold and all squished to the side. A complete mess. It had lots of black bits which makes me question if he dropped the pizza on the floor. I called the shop and the said they can't come back and deliver me a fresh one so they'll just give me a discount when I order from there next time. So I asked for them to collect the pizza and get a refund but they refused. The were extremely unpleasant.

*Don’t waste your money* Absolutely ridiculous ordered food from way before closing times and made me wait the whole night and still didn’t even cancel my order. Imagine the restaurant is officially closed as it’s passed 11 but yet on the app it says delivering! Shameful if you closed earlier you should have stated it on the app then I would have ordered from somewhere else! Useless!

Ordered pizza from here, good value for money but the quality of food isn’t the greatest. You get what you pay for, but it’s not a bad thing, I’d still recommend this place. It’s just not for me.

I orded here multiple time but last night i got this i phoned them they said there is nothing they can do and i wasn't allowed a refund either they said it was my fault then they retracted it and said it was the drivers fault really disappointed with the customer service

Shocking takeaway! Food was late. When arrived, they gave breast pieces of fried chicken when I clearly told them not to. When I called them they said I was not specific? No coleslaw or dips provided. I called again and they said that they are TIRED?! And there’s nothing they can do?

The food was burnt. I ordered Large Chicken Doner and Chips it came like this. I called them and asked them to resolve it politely. Guess what they said? It’s not burnt, we put extra so, we can’t do anything.

WORST PLACE EVER !!! If I could I would put a - start in this place . Let me start of by saying that the customer service is bad, they were super late and food was horrible my wedges was burnt, cheese on garlic bread when not asked , large pizza looked like a small one, asked for extra cheese on pizza dint have it. Wings was horrible tasted off and I also got a mixed donner kebab which was ok eveen tho it was hard but not the best , ordered 2 sauce with it and it all exploded in the bag , I had to clean it all of the bottle of coke. 😡😡 not happy what so ever !!

Ordered All in one meal arrived 25mins earlier delivered by mr singh who called to make sure he delivered to the right address so kind of him. The food was also pIping hot and delicious. Thank you o lala pizza.

We got some donner kebab today it was not nice at all kebab smell look like he used left over kebab my children don't like it all we couldn't eat smell old kebab. I don't recommend anyone get it from there.

My order arrived over 1 hour late and then when it eventually arrived the pizza was cold. Not to mention the coleslaw i bought along with the meal deal was literally out of the box and all over the bag. I told they can not do nothing and its “NORMAL”. I been waiting for my delivery 1 hour and when I call them they keep saying 2 minutes 1 minute not good not happy whit the service.

To be honest this place was better when the old owner was there I saw the business booming which made me thought this is a busy place so food must be good. Then they changed ownership and since then it's not the same. Food wise it's not bad chicken is a bit greasy but other than that its ok.

Today: Ordered medium seafood pizza with prawns and BBQ wings. Absolutely the worst ever pizza and wings I ever had. Pizza was so salty and greasy so I only managed to eat half of just one slice- a BIG waste on a Friday evening. Don't get me started on the wings....which were terribly coated with one wierdly tasting sauce. And so much sticky mess with burns scraped into the takeaway. I placed an order based on the fact that it had over 900 reviews. Just too bad that these may be fake. Big lesson learnt.

So this take way time ago was good but now is very bad the staff who is working there is rude.i was ordering chiken wings no spicy in barbecue souse but they give very spicy .pizza is bad also. at all don't know how to do it.

We have been a customer here ever since O La Lah opened several years ago by both walking in and using there delivery service. The food is always cooked fresh and delivered piping hot and is always delicious and the menu is huge!!! Plus all the staff including the drivers are helpful and friendly and always have a smile...... Excellent 😁😁😁😁
