Portobello uno: Realmente indignante tener tan mal personal. Las chicas son groseras y desagradables para los clientes. Hablan entre ellos mientras los clientes esperan para hacer el pedido. ¡Cambia tu personal!

¡Miserable personal! nunca antes me había sentido tan inoportuno en un lugar como ese y confía en mí intenté ser amable , 3 empleados trabajando cuando llegué y estaban viendo pasar el mundo lo cual está bien pero durante como 3 minutos nadie dijo nada y cuando vino el rubio me miró como ‘¿qué haces aquí?’ ¿Ni siquiera hola o puedo ayudar? dijo, preparó el café y me dio el croissant como si estuviera haciendo un gran favor y simplemente se colocó allí y me ignoró completamente. Deberían empezar a considerar cambiar los nombres de este lugar para ‘’no disfrutar del Jugo’’

Han sido dos veces y son inútiles. Una vez dijeron que se quedaron sin jugo. En otra ocasión cerraron temprano. Son perezosos en este lugar.

Prices outrageous now. Gluten free bread is £1.40 addition and the sandwiches are now £9.20. Thieves. The floor was filthy, tables had not been cleaned. Staff messed up my order.

The nasty server added some kind of weird oil in my fresh juice and snapped really bad,when i questioned what was she doing ,made the juice and very fast threw it in a filthy blender to add oil on top of it ,somebody needs to illuminate me about what was she doing ?

5 people behind the counter yet it took them 15 minutes to make a carrot/apple/ginger juice. They don't tell you when you place an order that's how long the wait will be. I thought Joe the Juice was a "fast food" place. Their business model is flawed if it takes you 15 minutes to produce one juice!

The music is so loud it’s uncomfortable to sit in the place for more than a few minutes, impossible to have a conversation. I’m pretty sure they do it on purpose to ensure people leave soon after receiving their order, even though they argue on their website that it’s to hide the noise of blenders, blender noise is way better that music that is too loud. It’s such a shame as their avocado sandwiches are very nice.
