The manager shivesh was very helpful with my order and was very polite . Made a large order today and was served very quickly and the food was 10/10 . Top service . Will be back here again .

they tell you to order online . so i did . what a joke 1 hour and 20 mins wait for one pizza . 5 drivers cancelled. i phoned the restaurant 4 times and no answer each time .. ridiculous

I placed a big order for my daughters 3rd Birthday for home delivery, and the service I received over the phone was outstanding. I dealt with a gentlemen called Shivesh who took my order and didn't charge be for 2 large pizzas, he also gave us 4 portions of free wedges and x2 big boxes of garlic sauces to last us until the year, again free of charge. He really made the process so easy and honestly the pizza was amazing! Oh and he didn't charge for delivery either... I definitely will be ordering from here again, it's the small wins. Shivesh you are fantastic at your Job and thank you for making all the kids happy with the extra free Pizza's!

Could not have had a worse experience with this Branch of Pizza Hut. Ordered a Pizza, and my pregnant wife of 7 months BIT INTO A PIN !!!!!!! 📌 📌📌📌 We called to Complain - the manager could not care less. Despite repeat requsts, didnt even come to look into the matter himself. Talk about not caring at all for your customers. All about the 💲. Do yourself a favour and NEVER EVER order from this place again. Unless you want to end up in a HOSPITAL with your mouth all scratched up ! Absolutely appalled.

I ordered a vegetable supreme pizza for my grandparents who are vegetarian and a meat feast pizza for myself. They added meat onto the vegetable pizza!!! These people have never got my order right . It’s not nice as they were expecting pizza and could t eat it due to meat on it!!! Not the first time they got my order wrong

I was a notified that my pizza was delivered when it wasn’t, causing me to call the store multiple times with no answer. The driver obviously just wanted to make it look like it had been delivered quicker than it actually was. 15 minutes later I received the food and it was cold and chewy. Unimpressed

We never get the pizza we order correct. Ordered the spicy goat - comes with honey sauce and didn’t get that and they put mountains of jalapeño on it which are not included in the pizza. It was meant to be some sort of pepper pearl thing - I hate jalapeño. Make matters worse they wouldn’t answer the phone so a whole pizza gone to waste.

Have been returning to this Pizza Hut for over a year now and has been consistent. Orders are made in great time, pizza is always piping hot and are very generous with the toppings as you can see. Keep it up guys 👍

Young girl who answered the phone had a right attitude and when I asked to speak to the manager he couldn't even be bothered to come to the phone. Left me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. Called back and he said he was to busy to talk. Bunch of helmets

Been using for a few months now when visiting family member who has been unwell and loves pizza as a treat. Pizzas have always been really good, full toppings and been nice and hot. Quick service and all staff have been efficient and very friendly.

I had a problem with my order, however I spoke to a smiley face Shivesh who provided a customer way beyond what he needed to. Strongly recommend ordering from here.

I have used this Hut for years. This is largely because i like the food from Pizza Hut and I have lived where I live now for quite some time. So when I want a delivery and I want Pizza Hut, i have alternative. The food is always nice. The problem is that out of maybe 50 orders over the years, less than 10% have gone without issue. Either the online system fails to deliver the order to the shop. Or the shop lose the order. Or the shop are shut but don’t tell the online system. Or then shop are just incompetently slow. In order food for delivery often and I use many different services and restaurants. Every other restaurant has an excellent track record. I would say at least a 95% smooth success rate for all others. But Pizza Hut via Ardleigh Green are shocking. This could be Pizza Hit Nationally or maybe just Ardleigh Green, either way - shockingly poor.

Ordered 10 large pizzas for pickup and it took maybe 10 or 15 minutes longer than expected to prepare but the guys were really good and gave us some free drinks to thank us for our patience. The pizzas themselves were great - no issues with what was ordered, toppings as expected and the mac'n'cheese pizza was a hit!

I bought pizza from the store and i had a great service from the manager Shivesh and i will definitely go again.

I question the hygiene and standards of this pizza hut. The guys here are not conforming to any level of food safety or hygiene practices. I was observing their behaviour and dress code and handling of orders whilst I was waiting for my collection order. I certainly won't be coming back. Very questionable management and handling of food.

Missing items. Delivery driver just said not her problem and call restaurant. Called restaurant.... very rude and unhelpful. Said wasnt going to get missing items and told to call just eat and sort it out with them!!!

Went to collect my order paid online for lunch at work. Upon arrival got my food and thought this came with a dip for each pizza, turns out despite having a space for dips on the box, you have to pay £0.55p per pot what wasn’t the problem as I didn’t have my purse and only had change they do not except cash so can’t not even buy dip if I wanted too as it didn’t have a card payment. Pizza was really dry without sauce.

Ordered food 15 minutes before they shut through their app, money was taken but no confirmation email and no food, also been trying to phone them for nearly an hour, with the restaurant just hanging up.

Ordered a delivery that turned up within the expected time however it came with an added extra that wasn’t requested an inch and a half long screw imbedded in it!!! Not impressed spoke to the guy at the restaurant and he has promised a replacement pizza which has yet to arrive think they need a visit from the Food standards officers!!! Ordered here twice never again wrong order and pizza was handed to me folded and squashed, and teach time they have not cut the pizzas so prepare to cut it yourself, place is just a joke!

Had fantastic customer service from Pizza Hut at Ardleigh Green. I made an enquiry the day before regarding an order for my daughter's pool party at the sports centre. I spoke to a guy called Sultan not sure if he is the manager but he was extremely helpful and gave me lots of tips and advice. I really want to say thank you and the pizzas arrived early for the party. Wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

It’s a shame I had to select a star! You deserve nothing than to be shut down! Made an order through just eat, phoned the shop to inform them one of the toppings we cannot eat due to an allergy. ”the pizza is already in the oven, we cannot do anything” was what we got told! These clearly don’t care if we ended up In hospital for an allergy! Takes our money and wouldn’t do anything about it! Hangs the phone up and won’t answer!! I’d strongly avoid these lot! Since the change of management, this place is hopeless, I used to always go here Bill new my order and would have it ready, this bunch of clowns in there now have no idea food is either burnt or cold or missing, staff don’t care, apparently the young lad there is the manager and the older larger guy is just the help. Not sure I believe that!!! The customer service is totally unacceptable now. You have had the last £ out of me. I will be visiting domino’s from now on. If the actual manger sees this I hope he will change the staff back as the old mangers were much better!!!

I ordered a pizza on a Thursday night, waited an hour and still no pizza. I called the shop to ask where my pizza was. The bloke said “oh he is there outside” (oh by the way this pizza place is a mile away from my address) Hmm 20 mins later i call them again to say that “he” is not there outside. The guy on the phone and i quote said “i don’t know, the uber driver disappeared boss” Are you joking me!! I asked for refund he said “call customer service” and then terminated call. Basically moral of story is, this pizza hut is run by clowns. Do not order from here, ever! Honestly I should of seen the reviews. Also why can’t i give 0 stars.

Still the best pizza on the high street and look for 50% off pizza if you spend £50 or more. Its a no brainer. Buy £51 pounds worth of pizza and sides and get it for £25.00 Great deal.

Tried ordering online, email was sent to me and gave me a reference number and a phone number to place my order. Manager answered , dodnt bother to take order instead he said after 10 we can't do take aways. I got so annoyed because he failed to realise that I'm only ordering a pizza and it's become a mission for me. Instead of helping me he lied, I said stop making up things because it's not 10. Its 9.40. I will not be ordering again. Pizza hut needs to make ordering system better. Staff needs to be trained not to make up lies and when customer get frustrated they become rude instead. No wonder why all pizza hut branches are closing.

20/02/22 The manager at Ardleighgreen pizza hut is very rude you can't even go in and order a pizza you have to do it online and when you do it online they always get it wrong or something missing or it turns up 45 minutes late go to domino’s

Useless delivery service, still waiting for pizza after 1 hour and 40 minutes and I called and they gave excuse for traffic. This happened last time we ordered. No apology after last time it was delayed. if you do order give it 2 hours before you expect to eat. Ridiculous service.

Ordered a deal for £24.99, 2 large pizzas 2 sides and 1.5l bottle of drink.......both pizza's are burnt, wouldn't feed it to the dog and they didn't give me the drink, with the excuse when phoning them being "it's not on the recipt, and it's not my problem". Customer service is a joke! Avoid!

Absolutely horrible treatment, order not fulfilled. Ice cream not in stock but they didn't even bother to let you know nor refund the money. Pizza came burnt and definitely not what u would expect from hut. So extremely dossapointed with PIZZA HUT & THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I ordered 2 x large pizza and side on my birthday recently and selected delivery time around 8.00 pm. Started calling them after 8.30 but no answer and called them at least 10 times but no answer. Delivery guy turned up at 9.30 pm no apology just a words "We are very busy" return the order. Agree with many reviews here that this is the worst pizza delivery venue and management should be change ASAP.

I will never order from here again. We have ordered from here for several weeks, each week it takes longer to arrive. We ordered at 18. 44 it is now 21. 09 . We have 2 hungry children and each time we phone the phone is either engaged or constantly ringing. Very, very poor service.

All in all, very friendly staff, great pizza quality, and fast turn around time. Would give them more stars if I could, and would definitely recommend the whole walk in experience.

I think they forgot to cook the pizzas! Worst pizza I have ever had and if it was my first ever order, I would never be ordering again. The pizzas were both hardly cooked and still stodgy, i only eat the toppings as the dough was not edible.

Over the last year things have been getting slower... tonight cements me not using them again. Waiting 1hr 45 for our order, called and told on way... Waited another 15 mins n told not even put in oven yet. That's 2 hours gone by and hasn't even been started yet. Still, good news is they said if I waited another 30 mins they would put it on now or I could cancel it... No apology, no credit for delay just offer to cancel. #PoorService

can't follow an order correctly and lie about a free pizza to 'make things right'. Ordered a month ago and my order was wrong. Promptly phoned the store who gave me two options. Wait 40 minutes for a fresh pizza or pick the jalapeños off, as there was more food ordered and waiting 40 mins meant somebody would be starving or the rest would be cold, we picked the jalapeños off. As a gesture of goodwill we was promised a free large pizza by the manager who recorded our address in the office with our next order. Fair enough, we accepted that. Phoning the store today and enquiring about our free pizza, we was told there is nothing recorded and they don't offer 'with the next order' only on the same day?? The jalapeños ruined the pizza as the juice and spices leaked all over it and now trying to redeem the promised offer, there's no record Waited over an hour tonight (ordered at 9:42, now 10:46 and still not here) for a large pizza, some wings and cheese triangles. The shop is literally 6 minutes by car. Very unimpressed. The stores meant to close at 11pm and its now 10 to 11? Guessing the pizzas coming tomorrow. Make sure you order 4 hours before you actually want the food, might be on time then. Useless

worse service, offer off 2 large pizzas & classic side for £20, however when ordered ,they wanted £22.00!! what more they are not delivering and i have to collect also. last time i will ever go there..............

Order was already 30minutes late. Called them to be told its out on delivery. Called again 35 minutes later to be told... They sent their best driver out and he couldn't find the address. The phone number on the system was changed to drop two digits so they couldn't call. Other half checked his account and the number was approved. We know it was right before as we've been called by them previously. Woman in the phone was a snobby person who quite frankly irritated me. She said maybe if we had delievered to you before... Well the hubby ordered a pizza last week so.... Maybe their best driver needs some map skills. Now it's too late to eat and I'm feeling very Hangry. Avoid if you want to eat

I have ordered pizzas from ardleigh green store for years then I was diagnosed with celiac disease and found only one pizza I can eat is the gluten free base, they have been accommodating until today went to order my food exactly what I've ordered before only to be told its double the price even when the same offer is on. I spoke to the most useless manager even though she can see previous orders still wouldn't do it. SHAME ON YOU PIZZA HUT ARDLEIGH GREEN

Had ordered vegetable italian pizza and cheesy garlic tear & share topper. Arrived after an hour - Both pizza and garlic bread were cold. I mistakenly clicked double olives but on pizza there was barely any other vegetables apart from olives. It was literally black in colour because of olives! We ordered italian base but got pan pizza. It's not a big deal with olives but the base is also wrong. Garlic Bread topper was absolutely uncooked inside - all the dough was soggy and not baked at all. I would check my order at the time of delivery from next time! Very bad experience. Used to be very good in the past but quality has gone down.
