Terrible Placed an order only to be called to say 2 items are missing that I need to email for a refund.Upon doing that, no refund was given after numerous emails. A good will gesture for me to spend in a voucher next time I spend!! Outrageous!! Took my money quick enough and no money back

Shane is the rudest stuff member I’ve ever come across. I placed an order for my sister’s birthday party and the order was incorrect (wrong base). After calling, Shane refused to issue me a refund. I agreed to be refunded if I gave back the pizza however, he said they couldn’t give me a refund unless the pizza was untouched. How would I have known it was the wrong order unless it was touched in the first place? Do not recommend

I lost the love for a pizza hut for quite a few years , but over the last 3 years I have been pizza hut customer one again and the pizzas are the best. This particular branch always delivers good quality pizzas, never dissapointed

Soggy cold pizza, fell out of box when the old dirty delivery guy open bag, shouting "PIZZA". Not even cut! Didn't bring ice cream when phoned they just didn't care and put phone down ... TBF it's so so bad it's funny

Ordered online as regular customer but never again,too much tomato sauce,soggy and did not follow topping as paid for .Threw it away

Worst branch I’ve ever experienced, on several occasions now they’ve never arrived on time and today hasn’t arrived at all and no form of apology or refund or any compensation what so ever.

I always buy from pizza hut but on this occasion this branch in collier row wanted to charge me an extra 99p for the sauce that normally comes free with it from all other branches. Ill just stick to london branch in future. Real disappointment.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered my over an hour ago, called for an update, the phone was answered by someone call Manej, don't think he could understand what I was asking as he was repeating everything to a member of staff beside him. All he kept saying was, we are busy, so basically you have to wait. He seemed to have alot of energy and attitude over the phone, but when you visit the 'Hut' it's a different story. Training is needed, they have no idea what customer service is. As mentioned by previous reviewers, I will use dominoes from now on.

Food delivered cold not taken from a heat bag called hut spoke with person in charge told to fill n a form for refund. Asked next day to provide pictures of food explained I did not have. Offered e voucher less than pizza order cost and told it would cost me to use it. By Hut hello Domino's lost a local customer.

This hut is unpredictable and the manger is very aggressive and calls customers liers ! Food was reheated and the order was all wrong . On top of this you will be told you should be greatful for his services that are to say the least awful ! Please spend your hard earned earnings elsewhere !!

Avoid at all costs - ordered and waited an hour and a half, didn’t show up but received an email saying it had been delivered. They don’t answer their phone either, rang over 5 times.

1an half hour ago I ordered three pizzas but I didn’t get it yet it’s very late service ,really disgusting I will never order again from them they gave me estimated time 8:15 but now it’s 8:50 m still waiting very poor service

Ordered at 1830 in time for the England game waiting an hour to receive an order cancellation from the shop call them at 1930 so asked why my order was cancelled and then told to reorder which wasn't possible as they had paused uber ordering. Then to be told to wait another 30 before ordering as they're were busy. I've not got 2 disappointed children who have been waiting for pizza and nothing. The shop didn't offer anything to compensate or try to do help 🙄

Messed up order, delivery driver didn't care, shop doesn't answer the phones, if you have an order that is wrong they won't put it right. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Just placed an order of 4 large pizza and 4 cheesy garlic breads for family. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service and food. The pizzas was cold and raw. The vegetables were dry and couldn't chew them. They got the order wrong and when we called up they said they couldn't do anything about it. Will never be ordering from them again. Alex on the phone was not helpful at all and did not cooperate and denied it all.

Awful service wouldn't bring food up to my flat as every other delivery driver does. Rude unfriendly took the food back as I refused to go meet him to where he preferred. I ordered a takeaway to be delivered to my door not to be expected to go collect it!!! No one answers the phone tried calling numerous times and just rings out sent an email and hope I get a response but I'll not be holding my breath judging by there customer service. Probably have to drive over there for a refund. Will never be ordering from here again!

If only Pizza Hut Collier Row took the time to actually cook their pizzas! The bottom is so greasy and sloppy...like a box of mush. Very poor.

WARNING ALERT!!! Please do not order from this branch!! I ordered pizza online for delivery from the Collier Row branch on 11 July 2018. The notification action update on the website stated that the pizza would arrive between 45 - 55 minutes. At 8:30pm after exactly an hour of waiting, I called the branch to enquire about the order. The line was busy and then cut off. I called repeatedly and still couldn't get through. I called the London Road Branch and the customer advisor also tried to get in touch with them and she too couldn't' get through. She helpfully advised that I cancel the order and request a refund, as the payment was pending in my account. At 9pm I called customer service multiple times before eventually getting through to someone. The advisor on the phone was extremely unsympathetic and sarcastically said that if I requested a refund it would be refunded in 15 working days! At this point, it was almost 10pm and I had two small hungry children who I had ordered pizza for as a treat, whilst watching England at the World Cup Semi-finals. The pizza order never arrived and up to now after contacting customer service on two separate occasions since then, I have still have not received a refund. I will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards. Please avoid this branch at all cost!!

Worst pizza im my life pay £20 for chicken pizza no taste. Don't order if you pizza lover.

Ordered over a hour and half ago taken money from my account yet no pizza at all has arrived. The app has been on the last stage of the wheel for 35 mins now. Tried to phone the store and no answer on any of the occasions yet one they just hung up the worst service I've ever had

Worst meat feast pizza I have ever eaten in my life! Had to throw it away! The pizza was super soggy, it’s like they didn’t even try to cook it properly, they just slathered on the meat toppings with little to no cheese with tomato sauce and the moment I picked up a slice to eat, all the toppings and cheese just fell off, I even took a bite out of it and it tasted well undercooked! Waste of money from myself. If there is one Pizza Hut place I would NEVER RECOMMEND you to go too, It’s definitely THIS ONE. You’ll be in for a RUDE AWAKENING if you did order your pizza from here!

Ordered food was waiting for hours but in the end it didn't turn up for some reason, tried to call to see what was going on but they didn't answer, just stick to papa johns or dominoes if u want pizza

After many complaints Cheesy Bites are back on menu! Only Wednesday's and Sunday's, but still... Thank you so much! Btw. Since manager Michael joined this branch, the difference is remarkable! Great job!

A great experience nice customer service

Just ordered pizza expecting it to be gorgeous but they clearly just overloaded it with cheese so much cheese and after 2 slices I felt sick, hardly any chicken and barbeque sauce too which is why I ordered it, chicken wings look like they were cooked a week ago and didn't come with any sauce, really disappointed was my treat for loosing 3 stone and partner wanted to go to dominos but I made him go to Pizza Hut, dominos from now on me thinks !

Awful! Order was incorrect. Hawaiian pizza had next to no cheese on it, neither did the pepperoni feast which is supposed to have extra mozzarella and I was hard pushed to find any pepperoni. Both pizzas were soggy from the amount of tomato sauce, I guess that was in place of the cheese. Waste of money! Avoid!
