Subway in Havering

order at 7:34pm was meant to be here by 8:00pm time then changed to 8:25pm and then went up again too 8:30pm when got here food was cold. wouldn’t order again.

Got a notifcation that my food has been delivered when it hasnt which means the delivery driver dropped it off somewhere else. Ive been looking for this driver for 10 minutes now Absolute joke!!!!!

ordered meal deals and the drinks, crisps and cookies were not delivered.

Food was warm, not hot and the delivery bag is way too big.

Wrong order totally in bag. Name on receipt correct wrong phone number on receipt. No call back, no replacement! Great having an app but don’t resolve poor communications or get corrective action when you need it.

I recently visited Subway during my break from an NHS night shift, and I had an excellent experience. Suhelir, the staff member who served me, was incredibly friendly, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Despite the late hour, he was attentive and provided exceptional customer service, which really made a difference during a busy and tiring night. My 6-inch sandwich was prepared exactly how I wanted, and Suhelir’s positive attitude truly stood out.

Bread tasted stale but I was hungry so ate it anyway. I’ve eaten worse

Food was freezing cold! The so called waffle fries were cold stuck together smashed about and hardly cooked! The garlic bread was not garlicky at all and no taste shocking all together very unhappy

Very bad food. I ordered 2 footlong just now one was tuna and one was veggie and in one footlong there was very less quantity of tuna and in another one there was veggie patties missing just had only salad and sauce do waste your money. Staff behaviour wasn’t good.

This subway has gone down the hill. New trainee staff are incompetent. Customer service is terrible and don’t know how to make the sandwiches and then charge customers the wrong amount. The managers are not providing enough support either and just shouting at trainee staff in front of customers.

Worst experience ever from Subway via Just Eat. I waited over an hour. After an hour, I had to drive to the shop for collection. The driver just left, whilst I arrived, no communication whatsoever or an apology.

No cookies delivered with order. Veggie delite missing certain vegetables and had hardly any veg in it at all, some bites were only bread!

Don’t order from the machine every one else takes priority. Staff rude

The waiting is LONG when you order at the machine and the lady who works there had to be constantly told by her colleague to make sure she puts more than what she was providing in the sandwich. Also, even though she could hear someone asking her to help she absolutely couldn’t be bothered!

Wrong order delivered, please send correct order asap

It's good this time Subway didn't overdo it with the x-spicy chipotle sauce, unlike on the last order that was enough to burn someone's mouth. Your delivery drivers should of been able to read the address properly without having me to call out the window. I have ordered twice within a few days. I do think some discount should be offered for the next order.

My Plant Picante order arrived with none of the fillings advertised. Literally just the plant based filling. This is the 2nd time my order has been incorrect. Really disappointing.

I have been going to subway many times and this branch is my favourite. The staff Jaz and Nanthani are excellent and have great customer service. In all they are the reasoning that I keep coming back and I believe they are the reason this subway is doing great

Collier row subway is in an easso garage the food is disgusting and comes bland with no salad no sauce nothing and ice cold the shop has no number and the driver delivered me a completely wrong order these people are not right never ever again!

Awful salad portion barely any salad

Very tasty and arrived on time, but order wasn’t fully complete, as I order 12 cheesy bites and only got 11. However one missing cheesy bite was nothing to complain about, so what’s one cheesy bite among friends?! However as a paying customer you do expect to get what you paid for!

Instead of giving me tropicana orange juice, they gave me tango orange juice (sparkling). I don’t drink sprakling drinks. There was no note on the delivery receipt that they don’t have the tropicana or anything. The staff should have at least called me to ask me for what I want instead. I want a refund for the juice.
