The most amazing Starbucks I’ve ever been too, the location is lovely and the store itself has so much character to it, my drink was made perfect by the friendly and helpful staff! The lady helped me pick out a coffee and she was so knowledgeable about coffee, it was so nice to actually talk to someone who not only knows everything about what they are selling but so passionate too! The store was clean and tidy, couldn’t fault it! I really enjoyed my coffee and reading my book here, made me feel like I was sitting at home! Will definitely be back when I’m in Saffron Walden next!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bosporus Kebap Takeaway! This place is a hidden gem for anyone who appreciates authentic Turkish cuisine. The food was incredibly delicious—freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. From the juicy kebabs to the perfectly seasoned rice and fresh salads, every bite tasted like it came straight from a home kitchen in Turkey. The cleanliness of the restaurant also stood out to me. The kitchen looked spotless, the staff followed hygiene protocols diligently, and the entire environment gave off a welcoming and professional vibe. What really made my visit special was the warm and friendly service. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about providing a great experience. If you’re craving high-quality Turkish food that’s both authentic and satisfying, I can’t recommend Bosporus Kebap Takeaway enough. I will definitely be coming back!

Such a great service, the barista had such empathy when I was struggling with the cintactless payment today.i am 72 years old. She was so kind and supportive, if I could give her a commendation I would. I was embarrassed but she made it easy for me.

I ordered s donor kebab with extra chillies and extra cabbage. I got no cabbage, salad or chillies in my kebab and 1 small pot of salad!!!!! That’s not extra, that’s what I should had on my kebab. I phoned to complain and they told me a donor kebab doesn’t come with any salad!!!! First time I’ve ever ordered a donor and not had salad as a given. Disgusting service. 🤬

Man refused to take my order. Kept saying he couldn’t understand me. Asked for the same thing I always get. Not sure what the point is of hiring staff that don’t speak English? I’ve a perfectly standard RP British accent. Not exactly difficult to understand. Never been treated so disrespectfully. What an awful man.

Used the lucky Star for years now, I can't fault the food its great 👍 here's the but, almost without fail they manage to forget at least one item every single time we order add the fact it cost as much to feed 4 from there as it would to eat out in chain restaurant, makes me think that will be the time last I use them for a while there is at least another 2 Chinese takeaways available in Dunmow, Licky Star Chinese Review your prices and raise your game, you've Disappointed and caused this review

Pleasantly surprised by how much nicer their coffee was compared to so many other Costas, especially at motorway services. Friendly service, no complaints about speed of service it was fine for a Friday 2pm, kind enough to refill our water bottles for free too. Thanks a lot!

Probably the worst costa coffee in the uk, miserable staff and they just don't care about your drink, they are supposed to be baristas that make coffee your way but don't,

We arrived to find that the staff appeared to be overwhelmed, so I walked through to the main pub, where I asked the other staff if we could order tea and cake. Once the staff arrived we were swiftly given the cake options, and asked for tea for two and a soft drink. We had to wait for about 15 mins for our drinks, after the cake had already been deposited on our table. It took several prompts, to be told that they had a rush on, and they were waiting for drinks. The actual cake was very tasty, but the occasion would have been so much 8mproved if the drinks had arrived at the same time..
