Caffe Nero in Uttlesford

Man refused to take my order. Kept saying he couldn’t understand me. Asked for the same thing I always get. Not sure what the point is of hiring staff that don’t speak English? I’ve a perfectly standard RP British accent. Not exactly difficult to understand. Never been treated so disrespectfully. What an awful man.

A nice relaxing branch of Caffè Neros. A bit of a wait but was lucky to get a seat & table, so no biggie. The Latte was nice though I've had better elsewhere & the chicken & Bacon toastie was very good. Would definitely visit again. ☘️

Excellent service and decent panini and drink. Unlike many of their neighbouring food venues at Stansted, Caffè Nero retains the same prices as in their regular high street shops which is certainly better than some of the other extortionate choices.

I Was not actually in Nero at stansted bus station, but a trainee barista came out of the gents toilet next door without washing his hands and proceeded back into Nero to serve coffee. I will not be using Nero again. I work at the airport and Nero was convenient. Disgusting.

It shouldn’t be possible to make coffee this bad, and yet Cafe Nero somehow manage it. Their overpriced latte is a thin, bitter, murky cupful of disappointment. Why? I mean, it’s not hard to make drinkable coffee. Please give it a try, Cafe Nero

Visited at the very beginning of October 2023, the man serving was incredibly rude, rolling his eyes at me, very awful customer service, not experienced hostility like that in a long time, but the products are fine, just very disappointed with the staff.

Poor customer service, two young guys working there today, one with light colores eyes did my order, he clearly doesn’t like his job and shouldn’t be there.

Went to this place because had bad experience at Starbucks etc. Coffee was truly dreadful, nothing like that served in other branches. I suspect that because of the captive audience of travellers through Stanstead the standards have dropped.

Very rude staff!! I’m working in The same environment and l never complain but unfortunately l have to this time. She’s was serving me like she did a huge favore to me….unbelievable

Hay más de 6 cajas para atender y en plena hora punta, solo 2 personas para atender, preparar las bebidas y la comida, la espera ha sido de más de 40 minutos. Necesita más personal.

As always I had a lovely and fast costumer service with a best coffee, their coffe is really amazing and the best in the country.

I can't live without coffee, so once in London I took an expresso coffee at Nero's. It tasted so good! Delicious, if you need a coffee you can take one here. It's near bus stop in Stansted.

The Nero at the bus station Stansted Airport has great service. We use it lots when travelling home and waiting for our bus. The girls and boys are so helpful. They will always split one coffee into two cups. Great team

My husband & I had just come off the airplane from Cyprus & we were waiting for our bus to pick up our car. We went in for drinks at Caffe Nero & the staff were very polite & very pleasant it was a joy to be served with a smile
