Room was cute, the bathroom was small but it had everything we needed. Staff really nice and friendly.

Clean room and fresh smelling, friendly staff,the bathroom have shampoo and body wash this is perfect, I recommend staying at this hotel. My family loved it here. Continue your good work guys.

The bar here is a joke. The staff act like they are at a party for them. It's a bit awkward, really.

Airport has no signage, so hard to find where the hotel is. Breakfast very good and includes live departure screens

The ONLY reason anyone should stay at this hotel is the sheer proximity to the airport. Which is, even at a snails-pace, 12 mins MAX from the room to airport security. Fabulous. Sadly there is no other reason to stay here.

When you leave the airport, to reach the hotel, you go to the right side of the airport, not to the side where the buses are. You reach the hotel by taking the elevator down to the lower level from the back and walking for about 5-6 minutes through a covered road. The rooms were small, not very clean, covered in dust for thought. No slippers. There is no coffee machine.

When you pay quality and not just quantity. The cleanest hotel I ever rent and also,staff is very nice. I couldn't find even 1 bad thing and everything is clean and shining.

Extortive parking pricing.. as if £7 per hour was high enough you are charged 60p extra for convenience and text fees! Ridiculous!

Very convenient hotel for Stansted airport. It's less than 5 minutes on foot (most of the road is also covered by a canopy). The rooms are modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is served starting from dawn (I think from 4 in the morning). Prices a little expensive, but like all hotels attached to airports. Advised! You can also reach it on foot from car rentals about 10/15 minutes on foot. So you can deliver the car the evening before the flight and save some money (even on parking which is not free but you have to pay...)

No doubt the best hotel near the airport. Literally 5 mins walk. I landed from Glasgow and was heading out of the UK from Stansted itself. By mistake, I did a double booking on their website. But the reservation agent, Diana, helped me sort it out without issues. The check-in was smooth, rooms were decent. Stayed here for 2 nights where I could go into the city by train which is 5 mins walk. All the staff are really helpful. The best part is, they serve breakfast from 4am onwards. Yes!! I can have breakfast before I fly back. The most convenient arrangement ever. I would totally book this hotel again the next time I fly to London.

The 25th of April 2024 , I went to the airport ( Stansted) in advance because my flight was the next morning at 6:30 a.m. I thought I could endure the long wait overnight at the airport, but after a couple of hours, I realized it wasn’t for me. So, I searched for the first available hotel nearby and checked in , and i found this one . The lady at the reception was delightful. She had a perfect room available for me.I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the airport. The room was clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The highlight for me was the generous breakfast served at 4 am, which was perfect as I had an early 6:30 am flight. The staff were attentive and the overall experience was excellent. I truly made the right choice and I highly recommend it if you have a flight the next day and also for anyone looking for convenience and comfort near the airport.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A warm welcome after a day of travelling. Even though the restaurant was closed and it was late...11pm...Val was so helpful and arranged for a bowl of delicious homemade carrot and coriander soup for me to enjoy in the bar. A big thank you to Val and the kitchen team. Professional and perfect service!

Overnight stay before a early flight , room was excellent staff all very nice cleanliness excellent, bar prices quite good only 5/10 min under cover walk to airport.

Val and Hussein were great hosts! They have a great rapport, and both were very helpful and welcoming. Service was quick, and the food was good.

Super value for airport stopover. Digital checkin / checkout and digital key was so smooth and a great complimentary hot buffet breakfast. Without exception the waitresses at breakfast at 5.30am where so happy and helpful…a breath of fresh air 🩵

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hilton Hotel at Stansted Airport. In a word, extraordinary. Hygiene at the level close to the airport, staff good, breakfast outstanding

Perfect stay and location for the airport. Walking distance, clean, spacious, modem and a good breakfast selection which included vegetarian sausages which can be a rarity. Highly recommended if you can afford it as its not the cheapest option in the vicinity

We have only stayed few hours as our flight was delayed plus passport control took ages so we reached hotel only after 2am. Check in was quick and smooth as we were so tired and I needed few hours sleep before I would drive back. Rooms are clean and standard is better than in 4 star hotel we stayed in Spain. Our hotel view was on to runway and we stayed on 7th floor so from 6 am it gets noisy but did not bother. The hotel is for people predominantly who use airport so should not be any airport noise complaints. Beds are soft and very comfortable so are pillows. I wish I could stay a bit longer but we needed to go back as soon as we got up. I could hardly wake up my son as he slept very well in this bed. Breakfast is basic English but nicely cooked and your plates are taken away as soon as you finished your food. Nice and comfortable hotel for people who use airport. I definitely will book room again if happens to fly from Stansted and need a stay.

Very convenient hotel for early morning Stansted flights. Staff really friendly and helpful. Karoline(a) on reception was especially lovely and helpful. Brief but nice stay. Short walk to the terminal.

Perfect location. Recommend the meet and greet parking as well. All five minute walk. Check in slow due to Microsoft global issue ( expected) Food superb , pizzas great. Staff brilliant, everything slick , quick and professional. Room lovely , air con not so much. Solid 6.5/10 due to lack of sleep with temperature.

Continent place to stay when playing in the morning. The breakfast was good, had everything from bread, porridge tea & coffee, juices, waffles and many more. The left down was the bedroom. We paid extra for a runway view. But if you are on the 3rd floor and below you’re not really going to have a good view. The beds are comfy 🛏️💤

We stayed just one night before a short transfer to London. The room was very large, clean and well furnished. The only problem was that it was very cold. The thermostat in the room was not working and they handled everything from the reception. After a while, hot air started coming in, but it wasn't enough to warm her up. It was a terrible night from this point of view. I slept little and badly. We didn't insist because the plane was delayed and we couldn't wait to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and plentiful. The price is in line with what is offered. It's just a shame about the really cold climate we had in the room. The staff was always courteous and kind.

Very poor. Popped in before reporting for work on 15th July 2024 at 12 noon. I had a simple question, or so i thought, a price for 1 room, 2 adults on 9th September 2024. It took the receptionist over 10 mins to look, stopping to talk to a customer behind me! Very rude. Receptionist then had to ask the manager, at 1 stage asking if i have on me the card i would be paying with! I was dressed smartly in my airline uniform but made to feel like a homeless tramp stumbling in! I replied "yes" if i like the price of the room. Staff clearly very under trained and lack of knowledge about they're own product. Will book with another hotel. Finally, they said it would be £140 but because i work for an airline, i will get a discount booking through my work probably £128. Well that didn't add up because if i book independently it's only £120?!!

Good hotel if you flight delayed or canceled in some room has view of an airport with tasty breakfast but the price of the hotel is not cheap but still good place to stay overnight

I can't really talk about the Hotel as I didn't sleep there. The Hotel overall seems great and in good shape. However my friends and I had a Flight leaving from stastead at 6:00 am and we were there at 9:30 pm the previous day. We tried to go through security because we wanted to sleep in the airport this however wasn't possible as we had to wait until 2:00 in the morning. We saw the Hotel and the bar and thought this would be a nice place to spend a few hours. So we sat down got some drinks and food and relaxed. At around 12:45 am we tried to get more drinks but we were told the bar was closed and only for hotel guest. So we sat back down to our seats and waited until the Airport opened again. This was until we were rudely disturbed by a member of the hotel staff. He told us that we should leave immediately as he told us before. This surprised us as nobody told us that. The 'manager' of the lobby/bar then kicked us out for no reason.(the place was empty)

Nice staff told me the bar is open 24/7. At around 12:30 I wanted to get a few drinks and a south asian fellow told me the bar closes at 1 am. So I casually remind him of the time but he refused to serve me and asked us to leave.

Staying here at the moment, overnight with 8 days parking, so easy, checking in faultless, very friendly and helpful staff already booked again for August

Not what I expected from an airport hotel. 'Pleasantly surprised. Lots of people in the bar and restaurant taking the time to relax.

We were staying overnight at the hotel and decided to eat dinner in the restaurant .Good menu and we both had the burger and chips which was good..our server was Hussein and nothing was too much trouble for him! He explained the menu and asked if we didn't want any of the fillings, which is unusual but very good. Keep it up Hussein.

Didn’t have great experience staying in Hilton. I booked directly through there web hoping for extra discount, but discount was never applied and I ended paying £9 more than advertised rate. It is a small amount, but left me disappointed. Hilton is just another dishonest business trying to squeeze every single penny out of the customers. The rooms are not great either. Dilapidated and untidy.

Great hotel with very good staff.

I recently had dinner at Hampton by Hilton and was absolutely delighted by the experience. We were served by Hussein and Val, who were both incredibly lovely and attentive. They made my friend and me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We both ordered the fish and chips, which were deliciously cooked and very satisfying. After our meal, we decided to continue our evening at the bar, enjoying a few more drinks. The entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the wonderful service provided by Hussein and Val. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend!

Hello good. We stayed at this hotel the last night in London because we had a flight at 6 in the morning. The truth is that it is very comfortable, the room was very good and it also had the window that overlooked the airport and the planes. In the hall you can have a snack, a drink or go into the restaurant room for dinner. Our experience was very positive. Breakfast opens at 4, although we only had a coffee and a croissant to take away because at that time we had to be at the airport. All the best.

We were absolutely blown away by the superb service we received at this hotel. We were greeted at check-in by the duty manager (Adana) who was friendly, very helpful & personable. After a long day of travel, her service turned our day around for the positive. The rooms are comfortable, climate controlled & clean. You do get a little noise from the airport but, after all, you are staying at an airport! Breakfast is bountiful and full of choice. We would 100% stay here again.

Nice modern and clean room with a good A/C. The bath was spotless and they offered a whole set of towels. Bed was comfortable and clean. I wish the windows opened. Nice breakfast and variety, coffee is alright. Nice staff. Great location next to the terminal. Walking time 5-6 min. I was missing some hygiene stuff in the bathroom, like cups or a shower hat. The body wash, shampoo and hand lotion has a horrible smell of an old men’s aftershave. Do yourself a favour and use your own stuff.

It was a great hotel we went inside and brought our suitcases to our room and ordered food after we ordered food we went to sleep there was a sofa bed and a regular double bed I slept on the sofa bed while the rest of my family slept on the other bed. Overall great hotel.

Perfect location for the airport. Just a 3 minute wait to the terminal. Good service, although the restaurant was busier than normal the night we were there, and we were waiting a long time. However our bill was discounted as a result.

Only negative was the broken shower in our room otherwise it was a perfect stay

A good place to spend the night before an early flight

Been here several times and makes me sad saying that I am seeing a big quality drop the more the time past. I've stayed in the hotel in different occasions, generally mediocre maintance of the room and of the hotel. During my last stay just one elevator out of three was running, causing long queue to move. One of the two fridges in the breakfast was broken as well, missing some cereals and some kind of sweets that used to be there. After 5 days nothing was fixed. The second main problem is the quality of food the restaurant serves. Many frozen- heated dishes, like the fish and chips. If for one evening you try the Raddison's kitchen you're going to see what I am talking about. Same price incredible quality gap. I am writing this review hoping Hampton will get back on the right way. Pros: early morning breakfast, kind staff, reasonable price.

Stayed for a couple of nights, rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast ist very good, the staff are all very helpful and friendly from reception to restaurant and kitchen, in particular Jeanie made us feel welcome and comfortable. Can recommend.

A fantastic option if you land very late or if you are taking off very early. You are next to the airport. The hotel is connected by an external walkway to the terminal. It's not cheap, but it's comfortable. If you include breakfast, you can enjoy a fairly complete buffet very early. In our specific case, they provided us with a very spacious room with a crib for the baby. All perfect.

Although this is an airport hotel, it is not linked by indoor passageway. You have to exit the airport and walk about 8 to 10 mins to reach the hotel. So wear something warm during winter. Hotel is clean, staff service friendly. The room was relatively small. It was just an overnight stay for us to catch a flight the next day. What I like most was their breakfast which was included with each booking. The choice of food was so wide, both hot and continental. You can make your own waffles too. We ate breakfast for a very long time as our flight was in the afternoon and there was no where else to go around the vicinity. We did not eat dinner here buy bought food from the airport instead.

Good accommodation near the airport. The staff is helpful, after arrival we noticed that the temperature control in the room was not working, and they immediately provided us with a new room, which also looked right at the airport and the little one really enjoyed the view. 😊

I regret to say that my recent stay at the Hampton By Hilton London Stansted Airport was unsatisfactory. I was traveling with two young girls, initially planning for them to stay with friends. However, plans changed, and they needed to stay in my room instead. When I approached the hotel staff to amend my reservation and pay for the necessary upgrade, I was met with an unexpected and unwarranted accusation of dishonesty. Despite my willingness to cover the additional costs, the staff member insisted on questioning my integrity, suggesting that I was lying, which was quite insulting. This experience left me feeling deeply disrespected.

The hotel is wonderful! It's a 3-minute WALK from Stansted Airport, which is great because you don't have to pay and wait for a transfer. The service is exceptional and the breakfast is very delicious! The experience was very positive.

We chose this hotel right at the airport. You don't notice anything about the flight operations. The hotel is also pleasantly quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but you won't find a toilet seat and the air conditioning has a hard time removing the moisture from the room after showering, and the windows can't be opened. The breakfast may not be varied but it is sufficient and very good. You can get to central London in about 50 minutes by train. All in all, gladly again

Room was essential, but still comfortable. Very clean. Location is great if you need to be around Stansted airport. Breakfast didn't have a great choice of fresh fruit, but still decent. No hot water in my last stay.

The hotel is in a good location The service is good, the breakfast is also good Unfortunately the rooms need to be revised, the shower was almost falling to pieces and the sink was cracked Not even a bottle of water in the room when we arrived or a power adapter. All very disappointing given the prices 2 ⭐️

Staying here for 6 weeks. Really nice hotel interior. I’m a foodie so the restaurant was my main concern since the location doesn’t invite any other options. The specials are really good and the new summer menu is right up my street. Val was really attentive and nice when serving us and make me feel relaxed. See you next week! 😂

Hotel magnífico para pasar una noche si tu vuelo llega tarde o sale temprano. Desde el aeropuerto se tarda 5 minutos en llegar y está muy bien indicado. Simplemente hay que salir de la terminal e ir hacia la derecha. El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Las cámaras y almohadas son cómodas y te proporcionan un buen sueño. El desayuno es amplio y variado, con productos de calidad, incluso el café es bastante bueno. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar . Volvería sin duda.

First time staying at this hotel the night before an early flight. Checking in process very smooth. Room comfortable with everything you'd need for a short stay. Bar and food service very good. A real bonus at this hotel is full breakfast served from 0400. Special mention to Jeannie at breakfast who was great and a pleasure to talk to. We will return and recommend this hotel.

We stopped at the hotel before our morning journey. Good hotel with nice service. Great food in the hotel restaurant and professional, very helpful staff. Apart from the bathroom, where the floor was not completely clean and an issue with the air conditioning, which did't work properly ( room was very warm), it was a nice stay.

For my first time stay at Hampton by Hilton in London Stansted, I am positively surprised by the efficiency, politeness and warm welcoming. Reception was excellent, straight to the point and cleared within less than 5 minutes while always keeping a smile on. This contrasts with the usual long speeches with overwhelming information, wich in my opinion can be stressful for few. However the cohesiveness and precision for the necessary was on point. I greatly appreciated it. Of course, a quick trip to the restaurant was necessary. I was greeted to my table by Hussein, a great person with a smile on his face, a sense of humour and a personal touch of his personality into his customer approach. I greatly appreciate the friendliness and transparency, as this creates good vibes. I immediately felt compelled to get comfortable and enjoy the meal. I had a special burger, large portion, and a lemon tart for desert. I was aswell greeted by Val. who made sure I was 100% satisfied with my meal but aswell my experience. She had an enormous attention to details wich made my dinning experience totally personal. I was impressed! I can say with certainty that Val and Hussein are an important part of the service I got, topping up the food wich was great. 100% recommend for anyone staying nearby.

The staff at Hampton by Hilton Stansted Airport are really helpful and customer service was brilliant. However, there were 3 individuals that really went above and beyond to ensure the customer service continued during dinner Hussein, Marius and their manager manager Val were amazing very friendly, nothing was too much bother and remained smiling even during the busiest moments. A real credit to the company.

Fantastic location a short walk from Stansted airport terminal. Check-in staff (Roberto) was excellent, so helpful. A true asset to the hotel and a sincere gentleman. Room was a great size, the bath in the bathroom a lovely place to relax after the previous flight. Breakfast was included and such a selection of hot and cold food, pastries and selection of hot and cold drinks. There are other cheaper hotels in the area but for quality, convenience and the free breakfast I would recommend this one and will use again in the future.

Access from the airport is down a series of horrible industrial feeling back alleys. Our room had a cracked sink and cracked walls. We had the noise of four or five rooms taps and toilets flushing all night, and the tiny pillows were filled with something like aerogel that turned into a hard pancake once you put your head on them. We managed 2 hours uncomfortable achey sleep. Update: the coffee at breakfast is stone cold and undrinkable. Asked staff if there was a microwave to try and heat it - 'no try another machine'. They were all the same.

We stayed one night previous to our flight. Perfect location from the airport. Parking at £20 per night and price included breakfast. Staff were friendly and courteous. Restaurant had good vegetarian and vegan options to chose from and taste was really good.

I couldn’t fault this gem of a hotel. A 5 minute walk from the main terminal. It is modern, clean & well maintained. The staff are a welcoming, chatty crew. They are well organised, with some donning festive Christmas wares. Rooms are functional and comfy. I had a great nights sleep. The restaurant area is capacious. The spread of self-serve breakfast foods is excellent. There are dairy alternatives available for vegans. If there is something you would like to order, the staff are happy to listen to your request and accommodate. Hampton by Hilton has a gym too which, for a small hotel, is well equipped. I ran a sweat watching the bbc news while mincing on the cross trainer.

A good place to stay if you need to be close to the terminal. The walk was a bit tough with luggage because of pavings and elevators, but once you get there the hotel has a really welcoming lobby and restaurant area. We were very impressed by the tasty breakfast and all the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it's not as close to the train station as it looks on the map because the station entrances go through the terminal. If you're planning to use the train, add a few extra minutes to reach the platform!

Ni siquiera hablan español. Te hacen pagar 20 libras si quieres entrar en tu habitación, que ya has pagado, antes de las 3PM. Dejan fuera por horas esperando a azafatas, pilotos y acompañantes. Les da todo igual. La prepotencia de su personal de recepción está en línea con la del país. Por eso no caen bien a nadie en Europa. Tras hacerte dar vueltas por la ciudad por horas (que está a más de 40 minutos), no te reciben ni con una botella de agua en la habitación. Todo en la línea de hospitalidad British. Mejor ir a los Marriots que te tratan con respeto y se molestan en aprender los idiomas de sus huéspedes
