Rooms definitely outdated and do not match the photos on the site. Bathroom was dirty. Bed uncomfortable and squeaky.

Comfortable hotel 5 minutes from the airport. Very practical for morning flights

So convenient for the airport, couldn't be closer. Walk out the front door and a covered walkway takes you to the terminal - just 4 min walk! Modern property with large rooms, all very nice and clean. Room has a kettle, bathroom has a nice shower. Did not hear one bit of aircraft noise during our one night stay. Staff ( Kay and Fay) on reception were super helpful and friendly. Car parking is around £25 per Restaurant mains are all around £17 and there is a Starbucks on site. Highly recommended

We came here after a previous bad experience at the Radisson and we're glad we did. A short walk from the terminal with a lift to take you down to ground level. Very friendly staff at reception and in the large bar area. Lots of choice for food and drink and not outrageously expensive for the location. The room was compact, but it had everything you needed. The only minus points were that the body wash was almost empty and one of the rolled up towels in the bath was damp and smelly.

7 minutes walk from Stansted terminal, perfect for a totif flight! Room around €110 per night, not too expensive for London. Clean, luxurious and comfortable. Very complete breakfast.

The cheapest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Really disappointed

My flight was cancelled so my stay at the hotel was arranged by the airport. With mass cancellations the hotel seemed to do a very good job getting rooms arranged. I wasn't aware that breakfast ended by 10 on a weekday and so just missed out on it but one staff member, Jeanie, was really kind to make me up a tray of food despite this. She provided a really nice range of a dry up, toast, and yoghurt with fruit and didn't rush me out. I was also able to get a coffee. Rooms are nice as was the restaurant, in line with other hampton hotels I have stayed at

We've stayed here numerous times and it is always wonderful. The staff are what makes this place...you feel like you've known them for years. It's the only place to stay¡!! Looking forward to seeing you all again.

I am working in emirates lounge staying in hotel for around a month never had a great experience food is utter garbage for what they are charging. Free breakfast is not upto the standard i see egg shells everyday on my scrambled egg. The worst part is if at all you need to speak with reception for any concerns it takes ages, on my checkin i have to wait for 2hours to sort the payment. If you want headache and get pissed off come here.

Not only is the hotel getting old, the rooms are also really poorly cleaned. Even after changing rooms we remained very disappointed. Since it was already very late, we didn't exchange again. The sofa bed still had the bed linen used by the guest before... Hair and dirt everywhere on the carpet and in the bathroom... We won't be coming back again.

The hotel is good, very close to the airport, about 5 minutes walk. There is parking on site from the hotel for £22 per day. Breakfast is good and complete. The reception staff is pleasant and friendly. The rooms are good and clean. Registration was quick. One minus that I didn’t like is that it’s not convenient to wash your hands in the sink in the room because the tap is very short. And there was no hot water in the shower, although it was only on the 3rd floor.

the hotel tried to fraudulently charge me on booking weeks after my reservation was canceled on booking with a fictitious night. luckily I hadn't registered my bank card. the hotel never answered me.

Stayed on 17th December and had a nice room. Here again 28th December and have been given a horrible room. Breakfast was mediocre last time so I am not expecting anything better tomorrow. I think when I get up in the dark to go to the toilet in the night I am going to smack my face on the wall which is right next to my bed.I got told the hotel was fully booked because Thomson had cancelled two flights ✈️ . We have been Hilton Honours members for years but it obviously doesn't count for much 🙄.......disappointed!

This is the second time I am staying at this hotel and I am very happy with my experience! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the service is excellent! The rooms are a nice size and they were clean! The breakfast is brilliant, you can even make your own waffles! The location for the airport is very convenient! Definitely recommend!

Clean, beautiful and spacious room, no issue at all with noise at night. Unfortunately the breakfast was dire. I felt a bit concerned when I saw supposedly clean plates with bits of food on them but chalked it up to other customers making a mess, but then noticed a lot of the food seemed very old - the eggs were like sandpaper, the cheese was dried out on the platters and the coffee was weird tasting and unpleasant even for a standard hotel coffee machine. Unfortunate end to an otherwise good stay.

Had a wonderful 1 night here after missing our flight ✈️. The hotel is within the airport yard and with a mostly covered walkway to the main airport entrance

If you are looking for a hotel for a short business trip and end up in Stansted, you are in good hands here. The rooms are quiet. The prices are very good compared to London. Breakfast sufficient. Restaurant very good. However, more attention should be paid to cleanliness. Since this is a very important criterion, I deducted 2 stars from the room for this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Refuse to transfer to the same hotel brand at a different airport due to flight cancellations out of your own control. Even when you say you’re happy to pay the extra fee. Only option is to lose your money. Its tough. No help whatsoever. All they care about is taking your money! Never using again

I love this Hotel, it is the fourth stay I have had when I come for work and I can only say that the rooms are clean, perfectly soundproof. It is a very functional hotel with wonderful breakfasts, but this time I had a rather unfriendly girl at the reception which is not normal for this hotel. When I checked in I asked her for some water and she refused because I was not a Hilton member, when I was I am, but even if I weren't, they don't seem like ways to me.

Very nice hotel a few minutes walk from the airport. It is very well soundproofed. The single bed is large and very comfortable, the room very well equipped, clean. Bathroom is great. The breakfast is very complete. Magnificent hotel to spend the night before taking the plane or in case of late arrival and to have a good time in London.

2nd stay, room freezing cold, had to huddle under thin duvet, heating came on early morning, but a cold room at £100 a night is unacceptable, desk tried to sort it out but all too late at 11pm. Offered a sparkling water and a light snack voucher in compensation...awfull.

Great location and a lovely friendly place to stay. Very quick walk to the airport. Breakfast was to a very high standard and all the staff were very helpful. Evening food and drink very nice but a bit pricey but it's all part of the holiday thing. An enjoyable and stress free start to our holiday and we will be back

Ive booked this Hotel for a night cos i had been arrived pretty late to London Stansted. Already at the entrance ive felt pretty much welcome due to the fantastic service and friendly staff. Its been a great atmosphere. The room was clean and quiet at night. Almost nothing to worry about. The lockings of the room are a bit old school tho. Id definitely book book this hotel again.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place - having stayed at far too many airport hotels I feel qualified to say this one is a standout. Ladies - take note - the rooms have PROPER hairdryers, which is just so unusual that I have to give it specific mention and photo! If you have the time, definitely stay in the morning for breakfast, it’s a fab selection. The whole staff team are just lovely, so friendly and cannot do enough for guests.

Had a great stay at the Hampton - room was clean and well thought out, great view of the runway but still nice and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great, made better even by Jeanie - what a credit to the hotel she is. We had a lovely chat and set off to the airport with a smile on our faces this morning. Perfect stay.

The bar here is a joke. The staff act like they are at a party for them. It's a bit awkward, really.

Airport has no signage, so hard to find where the hotel is. Breakfast very good and includes live departure screens

The ONLY reason anyone should stay at this hotel is the sheer proximity to the airport. Which is, even at a snails-pace, 12 mins MAX from the room to airport security. Fabulous. Sadly there is no other reason to stay here.

When you leave the airport, to reach the hotel, you go to the right side of the airport, not to the side where the buses are. You reach the hotel by taking the elevator down to the lower level from the back and walking for about 5-6 minutes through a covered road. The rooms were small, not very clean, covered in dust for thought. No slippers. There is no coffee machine.

When you pay quality and not just quantity. The cleanest hotel I ever rent and also,staff is very nice. I couldn't find even 1 bad thing and everything is clean and shining.

Extortive parking pricing.. as if £7 per hour was high enough you are charged 60p extra for convenience and text fees! Ridiculous!

Perfect if you have to stay at a stopover

Very convenient hotel for Stansted airport. It's less than 5 minutes on foot (most of the road is also covered by a canopy). The rooms are modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is served starting from dawn (I think from 4 in the morning). Prices a little expensive, but like all hotels attached to airports. Advised! You can also reach it on foot from car rentals about 10/15 minutes on foot. So you can deliver the car the evening before the flight and save some money (even on parking which is not free but you have to pay...)

No doubt the best hotel near the airport. Literally 5 mins walk. I landed from Glasgow and was heading out of the UK from Stansted itself. By mistake, I did a double booking on their website. But the reservation agent, Diana, helped me sort it out without issues. The check-in was smooth, rooms were decent. Stayed here for 2 nights where I could go into the city by train which is 5 mins walk. All the staff are really helpful. The best part is, they serve breakfast from 4am onwards. Yes!! I can have breakfast before I fly back. The most convenient arrangement ever. I would totally book this hotel again the next time I fly to London.

The 25th of April 2024 , I went to the airport ( Stansted) in advance because my flight was the next morning at 6:30 a.m. I thought I could endure the long wait overnight at the airport, but after a couple of hours, I realized it wasn’t for me. So, I searched for the first available hotel nearby and checked in , and i found this one . The lady at the reception was delightful. She had a perfect room available for me.I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the airport. The room was clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The highlight for me was the generous breakfast served at 4 am, which was perfect as I had an early 6:30 am flight. The staff were attentive and the overall experience was excellent. I truly made the right choice and I highly recommend it if you have a flight the next day and also for anyone looking for convenience and comfort near the airport.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A warm welcome after a day of travelling. Even though the restaurant was closed and it was late...11pm...Val was so helpful and arranged for a bowl of delicious homemade carrot and coriander soup for me to enjoy in the bar. A big thank you to Val and the kitchen team. Professional and perfect service!

Overnight stay before a early flight , room was excellent staff all very nice cleanliness excellent, bar prices quite good only 5/10 min under cover walk to airport.

Val and Hussein were great hosts! They have a great rapport, and both were very helpful and welcoming. Service was quick, and the food was good.

Super value for airport stopover. Digital checkin / checkout and digital key was so smooth and a great complimentary hot buffet breakfast. Without exception the waitresses at breakfast at 5.30am where so happy and helpful…a breath of fresh air 🩵

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hilton Hotel at Stansted Airport. In a word, extraordinary. Hygiene at the level close to the airport, staff good, breakfast outstanding

Perfect stay and location for the airport. Walking distance, clean, spacious, modem and a good breakfast selection which included vegetarian sausages which can be a rarity. Highly recommended if you can afford it as its not the cheapest option in the vicinity

We have only stayed few hours as our flight was delayed plus passport control took ages so we reached hotel only after 2am. Check in was quick and smooth as we were so tired and I needed few hours sleep before I would drive back. Rooms are clean and standard is better than in 4 star hotel we stayed in Spain. Our hotel view was on to runway and we stayed on 7th floor so from 6 am it gets noisy but did not bother. The hotel is for people predominantly who use airport so should not be any airport noise complaints. Beds are soft and very comfortable so are pillows. I wish I could stay a bit longer but we needed to go back as soon as we got up. I could hardly wake up my son as he slept very well in this bed. Breakfast is basic English but nicely cooked and your plates are taken away as soon as you finished your food. Nice and comfortable hotel for people who use airport. I definitely will book room again if happens to fly from Stansted and need a stay.

Perfect location. Recommend the meet and greet parking as well. All five minute walk. Check in slow due to Microsoft global issue ( expected) Food superb , pizzas great. Staff brilliant, everything slick , quick and professional. Room lovely , air con not so much. Solid 6.5/10 due to lack of sleep with temperature.

Continent place to stay when playing in the morning. The breakfast was good, had everything from bread, porridge tea & coffee, juices, waffles and many more. The left down was the bedroom. We paid extra for a runway view. But if you are on the 3rd floor and below you’re not really going to have a good view. The beds are comfy 🛏️💤

We stayed just one night before a short transfer to London. The room was very large, clean and well furnished. The only problem was that it was very cold. The thermostat in the room was not working and they handled everything from the reception. After a while, hot air started coming in, but it wasn't enough to warm her up. It was a terrible night from this point of view. I slept little and badly. We didn't insist because the plane was delayed and we couldn't wait to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and plentiful. The price is in line with what is offered. It's just a shame about the really cold climate we had in the room. The staff was always courteous and kind.

Very poor. Popped in before reporting for work on 15th July 2024 at 12 noon. I had a simple question, or so i thought, a price for 1 room, 2 adults on 9th September 2024. It took the receptionist over 10 mins to look, stopping to talk to a customer behind me! Very rude. Receptionist then had to ask the manager, at 1 stage asking if i have on me the card i would be paying with! I was dressed smartly in my airline uniform but made to feel like a homeless tramp stumbling in! I replied "yes" if i like the price of the room. Staff clearly very under trained and lack of knowledge about they're own product. Will book with another hotel. Finally, they said it would be £140 but because i work for an airline, i will get a discount booking through my work probably £128. Well that didn't add up because if i book independently it's only £120?!!

Good hotel if you flight delayed or canceled in some room has view of an airport with tasty breakfast but the price of the hotel is not cheap but still good place to stay overnight

Staying here at the moment, overnight with 8 days parking, so easy, checking in faultless, very friendly and helpful staff already booked again for August

Nice staff told me the bar is open 24/7. At around 12:30 I wanted to get a few drinks and a south asian fellow told me the bar closes at 1 am. So I casually remind him of the time but he refused to serve me and asked us to leave.

I can't really talk about the Hotel as I didn't sleep there. The Hotel overall seems great and in good shape. However my friends and I had a Flight leaving from stastead at 6:00 am and we were there at 9:30 pm the previous day. We tried to go through security because we wanted to sleep in the airport this however wasn't possible as we had to wait until 2:00 in the morning. We saw the Hotel and the bar and thought this would be a nice place to spend a few hours. So we sat down got some drinks and food and relaxed. At around 12:45 am we tried to get more drinks but we were told the bar was closed and only for hotel guest. So we sat back down to our seats and waited until the Airport opened again. This was until we were rudely disturbed by a member of the hotel staff. He told us that we should leave immediately as he told us before. This surprised us as nobody told us that. The 'manager' of the lobby/bar then kicked us out for no reason.(the place was empty)

Not what I expected from an airport hotel. 'Pleasantly surprised. Lots of people in the bar and restaurant taking the time to relax.

We were staying overnight at the hotel and decided to eat dinner in the restaurant .Good menu and we both had the burger and chips which was good..our server was Hussein and nothing was too much trouble for him! He explained the menu and asked if we didn't want any of the fillings, which is unusual but very good. Keep it up Hussein.

Great hotel with very good staff.

Didn’t have great experience staying in Hilton. I booked directly through there web hoping for extra discount, but discount was never applied and I ended paying £9 more than advertised rate. It is a small amount, but left me disappointed. Hilton is just another dishonest business trying to squeeze every single penny out of the customers. The rooms are not great either. Dilapidated and untidy.

A first class booking,..courteous staff, great selection of food and drinks, clean throughout, made fir another great Sry here.

I recently had dinner at Hampton by Hilton and was absolutely delighted by the experience. We were served by Hussein and Val, who were both incredibly lovely and attentive. They made my friend and me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We both ordered the fish and chips, which were deliciously cooked and very satisfying. After our meal, we decided to continue our evening at the bar, enjoying a few more drinks. The entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the wonderful service provided by Hussein and Val. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, right next to the airport. About 1 hour by train to London, public transport in London is currently very unreliable, so we wanted to spend the night right next to the departure airport.

Hello good. We stayed at this hotel the last night in London because we had a flight at 6 in the morning. The truth is that it is very comfortable, the room was very good and it also had the window that overlooked the airport and the planes. In the hall you can have a snack, a drink or go into the restaurant room for dinner. Our experience was very positive. Breakfast opens at 4, although we only had a coffee and a croissant to take away because at that time we had to be at the airport. All the best.

We were absolutely blown away by the superb service we received at this hotel. We were greeted at check-in by the duty manager (Adana) who was friendly, very helpful & personable. After a long day of travel, her service turned our day around for the positive. The rooms are comfortable, climate controlled & clean. You do get a little noise from the airport but, after all, you are staying at an airport! Breakfast is bountiful and full of choice. We would 100% stay here again.

Nice modern and clean room with a good A/C. The bath was spotless and they offered a whole set of towels. Bed was comfortable and clean. I wish the windows opened. Nice breakfast and variety, coffee is alright. Nice staff. Great location next to the terminal. Walking time 5-6 min. I was missing some hygiene stuff in the bathroom, like cups or a shower hat. The body wash, shampoo and hand lotion has a horrible smell of an old men’s aftershave. Do yourself a favour and use your own stuff.

It was a great hotel we went inside and brought our suitcases to our room and ordered food after we ordered food we went to sleep there was a sofa bed and a regular double bed I slept on the sofa bed while the rest of my family slept on the other bed. Overall great hotel.

Perfect location for the airport. Just a 3 minute wait to the terminal. Good service, although the restaurant was busier than normal the night we were there, and we were waiting a long time. However our bill was discounted as a result.

A good place to spend the night before an early flight

Been here several times and makes me sad saying that I am seeing a big quality drop the more the time past. I've stayed in the hotel in different occasions, generally mediocre maintance of the room and of the hotel. During my last stay just one elevator out of three was running, causing long queue to move. One of the two fridges in the breakfast was broken as well, missing some cereals and some kind of sweets that used to be there. After 5 days nothing was fixed. The second main problem is the quality of food the restaurant serves. Many frozen- heated dishes, like the fish and chips. If for one evening you try the Raddison's kitchen you're going to see what I am talking about. Same price incredible quality gap. I am writing this review hoping Hampton will get back on the right way. Pros: early morning breakfast, kind staff, reasonable price.

A fantastic option if you land very late or if you are taking off very early. You are next to the airport. The hotel is connected by an external walkway to the terminal. It's not cheap, but it's comfortable. If you include breakfast, you can enjoy a fairly complete buffet very early. In our specific case, they provided us with a very spacious room with a crib for the baby. All perfect.

Although this is an airport hotel, it is not linked by indoor passageway. You have to exit the airport and walk about 8 to 10 mins to reach the hotel. So wear something warm during winter. Hotel is clean, staff service friendly. The room was relatively small. It was just an overnight stay for us to catch a flight the next day. What I like most was their breakfast which was included with each booking. The choice of food was so wide, both hot and continental. You can make your own waffles too. We ate breakfast for a very long time as our flight was in the afternoon and there was no where else to go around the vicinity. We did not eat dinner here buy bought food from the airport instead.

I regret to say that my recent stay at the Hampton By Hilton London Stansted Airport was unsatisfactory. I was traveling with two young girls, initially planning for them to stay with friends. However, plans changed, and they needed to stay in my room instead. When I approached the hotel staff to amend my reservation and pay for the necessary upgrade, I was met with an unexpected and unwarranted accusation of dishonesty. Despite my willingness to cover the additional costs, the staff member insisted on questioning my integrity, suggesting that I was lying, which was quite insulting. This experience left me feeling deeply disrespected.

Good accommodation near the airport. The staff is helpful, after arrival we noticed that the temperature control in the room was not working, and they immediately provided us with a new room, which also looked right at the airport and the little one really enjoyed the view. 😊

Room was essential, but still comfortable. Very clean. Location is great if you need to be around Stansted airport. Breakfast didn't have a great choice of fresh fruit, but still decent. No hot water in my last stay.

We chose this hotel right at the airport. You don't notice anything about the flight operations. The hotel is also pleasantly quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but you won't find a toilet seat and the air conditioning has a hard time removing the moisture from the room after showering, and the windows can't be opened. The breakfast may not be varied but it is sufficient and very good. You can get to central London in about 50 minutes by train. All in all, gladly again

The hotel is wonderful! It's a 3-minute WALK from Stansted Airport, which is great because you don't have to pay and wait for a transfer. The service is exceptional and the breakfast is very delicious! The experience was very positive.

The hotel is in a good location The service is good, the breakfast is also good Unfortunately the rooms need to be revised, the shower was almost falling to pieces and the sink was cracked Not even a bottle of water in the room when we arrived or a power adapter. All very disappointing given the prices 2 ⭐️
