The best restaurants in Dacorum East of England

Ordered as coffee. Took 18 mins to get my coffee, and when I finally got my coffee, it was luke warm , a waste of time

Came here on an offer (great value) to celebrate three family birthdays. Will visit again it’s always excellent and worth the trip.

Unfriendly greeting when we walked in. We looked at a table . “It’s reserved” the young man said. We moved towards another. “So is that.” He didn’t tell us where we could sit and have something to eat. We found a table, went to get menus. At the bar, the same unfriendly young man ignored us and served a couple who had just got to the bar. An unhappy young woman served us. She did not smile at any point. We were beginning to think we were just a nuisance. We had the soup. It arrived with a spoon and butter but no knife. We were told we could get knives at the counter. The soup was delicious. Mine was hot, my friends’ were tepid. The kitchen has not grasped the concept of croutons. They are supposed to be crunchy and floating on top of the soup. Ours had been drowned some time earlier and were soggy and gloopy. Poorly trained staff. We won’t be back.

If I could rate this place minus stars I would. I wonder if they take themselves seriously as a food chain due to their consistency to disappoint and ruin a meal. Uber eats order this time didnt have an item that was worth the money and driver seemed to be confused too, unable to find the address. Never complained about a food place before but felt the need to warn people to save money here.

Decent chicken shish kebab and I believe is underrated

Staff seem like they couldn’t care less, I was waiting at the bar to order and the lady serving me thought it appropriate to finish her lengthy conversation with another staff member before actually doing her job. Food is fine, a little pricey for what it is.

Appalling service today, daughter was told she could select any treats from certain section behind counter to get the 2for£4 gift she had, she was then charged £10 for the 2 cakes and small hot chocolate when she questioned it apparently one of the cakes picked didn’t count despite her picking from the section she was told to by staff. What absolute an absolute rip off and joke

The last three orders I have made to Hemel Domonos have delivered the wrong food. I have used Dominos for years, probably once a month or so, and I've not had many problems until recently. My last order included two toppings that I specifically asked to be removed, and missing the stuffed crust. No apology, and they asked for the pizza back when I got the replacement delivered. Not using Dominos again.

Very very very good food However, as others have said: they're a bit slow.

Frequently used Indian Spice over the last couple of years and always been great. Unfortunately the last order was not good, food very bland, Balti was unedible with oil separation. I can only assume this place has recently been taken over as the staff were all different compared to all the visits from last year.

If you like Indian cuisine that the food is just great!!!!

Very good, happy with the meal - Very nice! Service was great by Sarah - Tip given... Will come again. In all a successful Sunday Lunch.

Best pizza from Berkhamsted to Hemel Hampstead.I drive all the way from Berkhamsted to here to have it,and also the price is so good for such a large pizza it is my new favorite. Go you'll not regret it.
