They lied to UberEats telling them that I cancelled my order when I did no such thing! Now I’m fighting with Uber to get my money back because they lied! Edit: thankfully UberEats saw my evidence as valid as my proof was clear and honest. So I will be refunded, but honestly what a horrible business practices.

Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible place to make an order for delivery through Uber eats no one picked up my phone calls and my waffle never came waiting for almost 2 hours just for a waffles and nothing absolute joke.

Great new dessert place. All our desserts were excellent and the staff are really friendly.

Overall a very disappointing experience in all honesty. The hot chocolate we ordered literally tasted like hot water with flavouring and the ice cream we had literally had pieces of ice inside couldn't even eat it properly. The only decent thing was the stuffed waffle. Customer service was below average we were literally the only customers in the shop and had to wait few mins for our order to be taken as well as getting cutlery. I wouldn't go back again purely because quality doesn't justify the price & there's plenty of other better spots with better service & quality.

The crepe was rock hard and inedible. Not sure what happened to it as had one from there before and it’s been fine. It went in the bin.

I ordered a crepe by accident instead of a waffle with I normally do which is lovely and soft. The crepe I received was stone cold, had a texture like rubber / was hard in places and was inedible. The cheese cake was also sour in taste. Really disappointed.

I waited over an hour for the deserts to be delivered and they never arrived. Resturant not answering my calls either.

The waffles felt fresh, soft and spongy, good quality ingredients, not too sugary, perfect balance. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered at 9.30pm and food was delivered over around 11.15pm. It was so late that waffles were completely cold and it really ruined the evening.

Absolutely terrible service couldn’t even let me know that they won’t be delivering my order just let it get to 11pm and left it. £20 order lost, terrible customer service always dead in there ran by uneducated kids 🤬😡

If 0 was an option I’d leave that. Last time I ordered from these guys they sent the complete wrong stuff just basic options and all cold. This time it’s been 2 hours and I can’t get through on the phone so it’s obviously not coming. Don’t trust them.

The delivery time was 2020-2040 left restaurant at 2020 and arrived 2045. Food stone cold, would have been fine if it was warm.

pistachio milkshake was gorgeous but the waffle was nasty. I'm used to dessert places using proper chocolate sauce, like melted milk chocolate but the waffle was drenched in that thin dark coloured sauce that comes on a bottle from the supermarket. I threw most of it away

My order still has not arrived the service has been shocking I have called 5 times and been told 5 minutes every time absolutely shocking. My daughter had to go to bed without her dessert 1 hour 10mins late still no dessert

Ordered a dessert for my children. Kept being told 5 minutes. The manager of the store then told me the driver had been pulled over by the police and would be 5 minutes. 35 minutes later still not dessert. My children have had to go to bed and were very upset with me. Absolute joke of a service. To finalise they then would no longer answer the phone.

Delivery didn’t arrive. Money taken. No response from restaurant who have closed without delivering our food. 2 hours we waited!!!!

Ordered food via just eat showed up late half the order missing cheesecake smashed and said they would send out again nothing showed up for over an hour and half and won’t answer phone !

Order was very late so too late to eat for me now so wasted food

The delivery was arrived later than the expected time delivery, the waffle dessert was absolutely present really well which had me surprised despite how long I had waited. But other than that it has been enjoyable. Communication to the staff member on the phone has been good on clarifying the situation on to why there has been a delay on delivery. Thank you for the dessert ! Will definitely consider !

My order kept getting delayed, I phoned & they said it was five minutes away, it’s now been an hour an a half and it’s not arrived, but they’ve marked it as delivered on the website. Have complained through Justeat and will expect a full refund.

Food wasn’t delivered. Either driver has stolen it or the order was cancelled without notification. Terrible service, but expected with Just Eat, continuously unreliable drivers, and next to no customer service.

Well where do I start, the staff were young, inexperienced in customer service, and arguing amongst themselves.. We were the only people in the shop and it took 30 mins for a Sundae and a pancake.. Served to us.. With no cutlery.. Highly unlikely to revisit this establishment again.

Ordered £30 party sharing box was tiny. I also ordered fudge cake for £6 and it a really good size, felt like you got more of your moneys worth with the fudge cake than the so called sharing box!!! Definitely not worth £30 AND NOT WORTH WAITING 2 HOU

This was to be a celebratory meal as my son got married today overseas and I couldn't be there. Almost 3 hrs since I ordered and was told 90mins ago that I was next, driver 5mins away. Requested money back but that will probably be ignored too, just like their phone!! Absolutely shocking service.

I ordered on Uber eats and the delivery was delayed, contacted restaurant about the order and the guy who picked up my call was rude and uninterested to attend my call.! Disappointed..!!

Order never delivered. Restaurant called 40 mins after placing order to say that driver’s car had broken down & we have to cancel order but as it was accepted we can’t do that & now can’t get refund at all. Over £26 gone with no way of getting it back & no food.

the dessert completely damaged

I love getting my dessert from here, but a little disappointed today. I ordered 2days ago the exact same order and received 2 little tubs of ice cream with it but unfortunately it was missed in my order today.

never had some of the stuff we ordered. called me and told me to cancel on the app, then marked it as delivered. took a while and few emails to get money back but just eat sorted it out event

Tried twice to order from here, the order goes through on just eat then 20mins later they cancel it! Waste of time and dont even contact me directly to explain why etc

Got 2 orders wrong. One should have had caramel sauce but had chocolate. Other had white chocolate sauce when only milk chocolate was requested. Ice cream was like soup and waffles were cold. Third time in a row they’ve messed up my order. Will not order from the again. I’ll stick to creams

the doughnuts here used to be amazing but this time they were just covered in peanuts and had practically no chocolate on at least half of the doughnuts. really disappointing honestly because I used to love this place but doubt I'll order again due to worsening quality 😕

Ordered delivery a few times now & always comes quickly, looks tidy, nice packaging & of course tastes great!

ordered takeaway as i was craving something sweet and this was my closest option. tbh would’ve rather drove the extra 5 mins to creams. crepes weren’t really sweet and tasted rubbery, cookie dough was well overcooked, could barely put a spoon in there. overall not worth the price unfortunately :(

Placed an order at 8.26pm and the order was accepted, at 9.06pm i got a call stating they had no gelato, so everything we ordered was not available. Why bother accepting the order knowing you don’t have gelato. Absolutely ridiculous and will never order again

Lovely desserts, odd that they don't have decaf coffee.

I had to clean up the mess all by myself which I thought was awful especially I had my little one with me to look after. No staff could bother to offer and help as to be honest it was not my job to clean there as a customer. So truly speaking this was my first and last visit.

I ordered at 20.25, delivery was quoted as 21.20, still hadn’t been delivered by 21.45!! Although the app said it had??Called to ask what was happening, after hearing them talking about my order they hung up and then changed the delivery time on the app to 22.05. Tried to call again for some time no reply??? Said it was delivered again at 22.10, it wasn’t!! Tried to call again, still no response!!! Now trying to cancel the order, but can’t if they don’t answer?? Arrived at 22.25, dont want it!!!

Had ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough with extra toppings and let me tell you it was heaven. Very flavourful, chocolate was very nice and the cookie dough was baked to perfection!

Was very happy with the service. Ordered something very specific and I wasn't sure if they'd pay attention to the notes in my order, but they did. Nobody around where I live does strawberry shortcake waffle, but they customized my order pretty close!

The biscoff waffle is delicious but I still wish there was more strawberry pieces rather than five pieces. The more there is the better.

when my crepe that i ordered with MILK chocolate sauce arrived to my dismay it had WHITE chocolate sauce on it which i am allergic to. not angry just disappointed.. food was lush otherwise and the donuts were unreal.. before u say it NO i did not eat the donut with white chocolate on it. lovely lady called us to notify us that the coffee machine was broken, and offered us something else instead, impressed with the customer service.

Worst cookie dough ever. Came cold. About 20p worth of icecream. Charged me £2.25 for a 70p water bottle with a loose lid indicating that it was filled back up with tap water. A employee there named Fatima provided us with the worst customer service and to add the icing to the cake gave dirty looks

Recently discovered this place and didn’t know such a gem exists in such a proximity to me. Wish the guys nothing but great success. Knowing how challenging it can be for an independent business to succeed during these extremely testing times, it is truly commendable what they’ve taken on to bring their locals a fantastic dessert shop. I know customers can be very hard to please and even the littlest thing can make customers leave a bad review, this can not be as forgiving to an independent business because they simply to not have the financial backing of the massive chains who can support their franchises. So I strongly advise the locals and anyone else to get behind independents like this and others because the high street is dying as we know it, so even if you have a slightly bad experience here please please give them a chance to sort out whatever issue you have and i’m sure they will be delighted to sort it out. I’ve seen too many local businesses fail due to the ongoing challenges faced by smaller businesses and pleasing customers is ever so difficult while they also navigate through difficult times so sometimes some customers can expect something for nothing. But when you are doing this please think for once the amount of effort, investment and time these guys and many similar establishments have put it into their businesses to bring their local area something vibrant and different.
