Ordered a crepe and milkshake as I was craving something sweet after a long day at work and the young guy that served me was absolutely amazing, lovely customer service. Would definitely recommend. ( I believe his name was Zaki).

Great new dessert place. All our desserts were excellent and the staff are really friendly.

Well where do I start, the staff were young, inexperienced in customer service, and arguing amongst themselves.. We were the only people in the shop and it took 30 mins for a Sundae and a pancake.. Served to us.. With no cutlery.. Highly unlikely to revisit this establishment again.

Shocking didn’t receive my order at all says delivered ringing restaurant to no answer !!!!

I ordered on Uber eats and the delivery was delayed, contacted restaurant about the order and the guy who picked up my call was rude and uninterested to attend my call.! Disappointed..!!

Order never delivered. Restaurant called 40 mins after placing order to say that driver’s car had broken down & we have to cancel order but as it was accepted we can’t do that & now can’t get refund at all. Over £26 gone with no way of getting it back & no food.

the dessert completely damaged

I love getting my dessert from here, but a little disappointed today. I ordered 2days ago the exact same order and received 2 little tubs of ice cream with it but unfortunately it was missed in my order today.

never had some of the stuff we ordered. called me and told me to cancel on the app, then marked it as delivered. took a while and few emails to get money back but just eat sorted it out event

Tried twice to order from here, the order goes through on just eat then 20mins later they cancel it! Waste of time and dont even contact me directly to explain why etc

Got 2 orders wrong. One should have had caramel sauce but had chocolate. Other had white chocolate sauce when only milk chocolate was requested. Ice cream was like soup and waffles were cold. Third time in a row they’ve messed up my order. Will not order from the again. I’ll stick to creams

Food was terrible and my crepe was rock hard

£15 on a couple of milkshake's for delivery…… Hour and a half later no milkshake….. = Sadness

the doughnuts here used to be amazing but this time they were just covered in peanuts and had practically no chocolate on at least half of the doughnuts. really disappointing honestly because I used to love this place but doubt I'll order again due to worsening quality 😕

Ordered delivery a few times now & always comes quickly, looks tidy, nice packaging & of course tastes great!

ordered takeaway as i was craving something sweet and this was my closest option. tbh would’ve rather drove the extra 5 mins to creams. crepes weren’t really sweet and tasted rubbery, cookie dough was well overcooked, could barely put a spoon in there. overall not worth the price unfortunately :(

This is the first time trying this dessert shop and it was worth trying somewhere new, will definitely come back!

They sent the wrong drink, milkshake was horrible, the food tasted stale and delivery was 30mins late after saying was on the way.

they left out a cookie dough and took over 1 hour

Food arrived nearly one hour late.

Placed an order at 8.26pm and the order was accepted, at 9.06pm i got a call stating they had no gelato, so everything we ordered was not available. Why bother accepting the order knowing you don’t have gelato. Absolutely ridiculous and will never order again

I had to clean up the mess all by myself which I thought was awful especially I had my little one with me to look after. No staff could bother to offer and help as to be honest it was not my job to clean there as a customer. So truly speaking this was my first and last visit.

The food was not good at all. Ice cream had melted and all spilt in the bag. The strawberries tasted fizzy as if they were gone off. Not nice at all

I ordered at 20.25, delivery was quoted as 21.20, still hadn’t been delivered by 21.45!! Although the app said it had??Called to ask what was happening, after hearing them talking about my order they hung up and then changed the delivery time on the app to 22.05. Tried to call again for some time no reply??? Said it was delivered again at 22.10, it wasn’t!! Tried to call again, still no response!!! Now trying to cancel the order, but can’t if they don’t answer?? Arrived at 22.25, dont want it!!!

Had ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough with extra toppings and let me tell you it was heaven. Very flavourful, chocolate was very nice and the cookie dough was baked to perfection!

Was very happy with the service. Ordered something very specific and I wasn't sure if they'd pay attention to the notes in my order, but they did. Nobody around where I live does strawberry shortcake waffle, but they customized my order pretty close!

The biscoff waffle is delicious but I still wish there was more strawberry pieces rather than five pieces. The more there is the better.

One of the orders wasn’t what we ordered we wanted a crepè and we ended up getting a waffle

when my crepe that i ordered with MILK chocolate sauce arrived to my dismay it had WHITE chocolate sauce on it which i am allergic to. not angry just disappointed.. food was lush otherwise and the donuts were unreal.. before u say it NO i did not eat the donut with white chocolate on it. lovely lady called us to notify us that the coffee machine was broken, and offered us something else instead, impressed with the customer service.

Worst cookie dough ever. Came cold. About 20p worth of icecream. Charged me £2.25 for a 70p water bottle with a loose lid indicating that it was filled back up with tap water. A employee there named Fatima provided us with the worst customer service and to add the icing to the cake gave dirty looks

Recently discovered this place and didn’t know such a gem exists in such a proximity to me. Wish the guys nothing but great success. Knowing how challenging it can be for an independent business to succeed during these extremely testing times, it is truly commendable what they’ve taken on to bring their locals a fantastic dessert shop. I know customers can be very hard to please and even the littlest thing can make customers leave a bad review, this can not be as forgiving to an independent business because they simply to not have the financial backing of the massive chains who can support their franchises. So I strongly advise the locals and anyone else to get behind independents like this and others because the high street is dying as we know it, so even if you have a slightly bad experience here please please give them a chance to sort out whatever issue you have and i’m sure they will be delighted to sort it out. I’ve seen too many local businesses fail due to the ongoing challenges faced by smaller businesses and pleasing customers is ever so difficult while they also navigate through difficult times so sometimes some customers can expect something for nothing. But when you are doing this please think for once the amount of effort, investment and time these guys and many similar establishments have put it into their businesses to bring their local area something vibrant and different.

This place is great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and really generous portions, and priced so reasonably! We will be back.

Cold, ice cream melted already

Nice waffle and doughnuts but sadly by the time we got the desserts the ice-cream which came with the waffle had melted.

It was my first time here, and I was very happy with the waffles - they've nailed the crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture. They offer a variety of toppings to choose from; I enjoyed chocolate sauce and crumbled oreos :) Service was great and the place has a lovely atmosphere. Solid five stars for a relaxed waffle spot.

Odd place, beautifully decorated, I'm sure their product is good. When a customer walks in, you'd think someone would want to serve them, but despite eye contact, I was ignored. Won't bother trying again.

After coming here a few times I can confidently say the desserts are always made with the same high standards that leave you wanting more. This and the way the staff are so welcoming and friendly make this my go to for desserts in and around Hemel.

The food here is amazing. The waffles with the chocolate chips inside are insanely good and are my favorite. The cheesecake along with waffles are a must. This place is on my bucket list each time we visit hemel. I wish we lived closer.

I order from here for my parents every week and they love it. I am working my way through the milkshake flavours. Lotus Biscoff is currently my favourite but they have all been delicious.

I Ordered two sundaes, neither contained the chocolate brownie gelato or cookie dough gelato despite paying extra for them. Wouldn’t waste your money unless you want an over priced mr whippy

Felt like the desserts arrived cold. Really bad customer service called 8 times and still couldn’t get in touch with anyone in the shop.

A dessert lounge we highly recommend!!!! Yet again we had a delightful experience at this beautifully decorated and clean dessert lounge! A lovely atmosphere with a friendly service from the staff, they were very attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed the selection of desserts which were presented beautifully to us! Quick and easy to order, the staff were swift with the desserts, thank you 😊!!!!

If I could give this place 0, I would. Came here with family, after a lovely dinner and thought that as this place was near and looked nice we could try it. I have been here once before and it was a nice place with a good welcome. We walked in and the place was completely empty. Here's me thinking that's good as we would have great service... I was utterly wrong. 1. No one seated us, we were expected to get up and get out own menus when there were staff just standing around on phones doing nothing. 2. No one brought tissues, or welcomed us or came to take our order. Had to go up and order. We ordered quite a lot: Bubblicious Sundae - 6.95 Brownie volcano Sundae - 6.95 Strawberry mocktail - 4.95 Mango mocktail - 4.95 Berry delight waffle 7.95 3. Our order was made up by two children who are secondary aged under 16. Both who attend my younger siblings secondary school. They were not being supervised by the 'adult' staff, who were on their phones. 4. Our order arrived - well the Bubblicious Sundae, Strawberry mocktail and Mango mocktail. However, the Sundae (prepared by the underage young boy) which was half melted and dripping down the sides, was missing the bubble gum gelato, strawberry sauce and the white chocolate chunks... Both mocktails were missing the ice and the lemon and mint in the strawberry one (which was in the description and also how I had it last time I visited). 5. I asked for tissues. Where I was then given dirty tissues. To which I then got up and asked to cancel the order and for a refund. The only good thing about this place is that they didn't make it hard to refund. I will definitely not ever be visiting again. And I would recommend everyone to steer clear away. No manners, awful service and child labour.

Not bad shakes and desserts but on 2 occasions I have ordered late at night and the first time the order never turned up so had to go without and got a refund from just eat but second time it didn't turn up and after calling the restaurant 4 times it didn't arrive till 1 in the morning when I ordered before 11 and was inedible. Couldn't even get a refund, never using just eat or getting a delivery from these again, I was told the driver attempted to deliver, but he didn't because I was waiting in my kitchen near the front door and this reminded me of the last time it happened, I was furiously gutted with nothing else open and £22 out of pocket and time wasted waiting and bo refund I'm owed for this. I still haven't got a refund but would like a response or I may have to cone and get it at some point because this was not on.

Second time in the same year order didn't arrive and can't get refund got delivered 3 hour later when I was asleep paid £22 to be messed around and can't get my.miney back never using just eat again.
