Came in for a meal with some friends and I must say we was all very impressed with not just the food but or so the staff was very friendly and helpful our waitress was Sarah and she just helped us from start to finish. So we will most definitely be coming back
Terrible customer service. Placed an order through UberEats which they accepted, however called me to say some items were out of stock. I understood this wasn’t their fault but asked for the order to be cancelled. 10 minutes later the order is still live on my app, I call the store who say they are “unable to cancel orders” and to contact support. I contact support who confirm restaurants can cancel orders and phone back, he then spends 5 mins pretending to cancel the order and saying it’s done. Another 10 mins go by and the order is still active, I call again and he says he’ll cancel it. Still no cancellation.
Don’t order from here!
This garden is no longer Wyevale. Owned .It has changed overpriced no good customer care or welcome even. Much money has been spent on everything BUT the toilets are still DIsgusting.
I also visited last September and was astounded that only choice for Lunch was Carvery. There was nothing to inform us of this fact until I had queued at the counter so all we could have apart from this was very limited . There should have been some indication on entering and certainly from staff member who found us a table.
I visited once again today and still they still persist in not supplying water in a glass.

I found this place as Canton City in Tring was shut. I was pleasantly surprised as the food was really good but I was even more surprised to find a tiny stone in my sweet and sour chicken. It’s a shame really, the lady serving us was really nice and food was great … just needs a little improvement on hygiene.
So disappointed. Popped in for a takeaway coffee. £3.44 for a decaf soya cappuccino and a half full cup. Waited 15 mins as 3 staff served one customer. Will now use our independent coffee shops where the customer is valued and the coffee doesn’t cost so much
I always go to this subway I’m a local Coustomer.I went to shop today and bought a steak sandwich with double cheese and drink she worked alone today on Tuesday 12/07/2022 at 17:19 she putt too little steak I said to her put extra steak and cheese I will pay extra I told her please can you put me more sauce she told me no I can’t. I told her Why you annoying me? I want large drink and sauce and steak cheese I paid you but you didn’t give me!! she spoke very rude to me!! She said don’t order to me while you are on your phone?? I was surprised?!She said to me don’t come here anymore!!?? I understood she want to make a problem, I said I’m very rush you give me my food I need to go, she did keep my food and discuss and argue to me I took one glass large for my drink she did hit my hand and threw the scanner at me she shuts on me I said to her what do you do?you don’t give my food and hit me?! What a customer service is that,
Even she didn’t want to give me my drink, all because I was talking to my phone,
I had to call the police at the end.
I don’t go to this subway anymore and I don’t know how subway give a job to this girl. She was so rude and very bad customer service.

Waited 20mins was told no ham for eggs Benedict, then no bacon?? There is a food hall downstairs?? Fries turned up no wraps?? Won’t be returning food cold
Went for our weekly mid week lunch this week and Christmas lunch last week, as always the food was excellent along with the staff who were friendly and attentive. We were joined by friends for Christmas lunch, this was a first for them and they will be back. Keep it up. Thank you.
AVOID!! Ordered 3 pizzas and dips, only half our order arrived as the delivery driver had given our pizza away and gave us the wrong pizza. Dips missing too. Also missing some of the additional toppings to one pizza.
We called up to complain and was told they would remake the missing pizza and send immediately. They then call us back over half hour later to ask again what we were missing! So they had no urgency to remake the pizza. We asked to cancel the order and they promised a refund.
Nearly a week later no refund processed. Called up yesterday and was told the manager would call back within an hour. No call back. I think they have no intentions of resolving and are hoping we will just give up.
