Subway in Dacorum

I always go to this subway I’m a local Coustomer.I went to shop today and bought a steak sandwich with double cheese and drink she worked alone today on Tuesday 12/07/2022 at 17:19 she putt too little steak I said to her put extra steak and cheese I will pay extra I told her please can you put me more sauce she told me no I can’t. I told her Why you annoying me? I want large drink and sauce and steak cheese I paid you but you didn’t give me!! she spoke very rude to me!! She said don’t order to me while you are on your phone?? I was surprised?!She said to me don’t come here anymore!!?? I understood she want to make a problem, I said I’m very rush you give me my food I need to go, she did keep my food and discuss and argue to me I took one glass large for my drink she did hit my hand and threw the scanner at me she shuts on me I said to her what do you do?you don’t give my food and hit me?! What a customer service is that, Even she didn’t want to give me my drink, all because I was talking to my phone, I had to call the police at the end. I don’t go to this subway anymore and I don’t know how subway give a job to this girl. She was so rude and very bad customer service.

Absolutely atrocious the worst customer service I have ever experienced !! I am currently On business in the area so visited subway today 5th august and stood waiting for at least 5 minutes whilst staff stood in the back no one came out to check that they had customers or to check that the two customers already seated and eating were ok or wanted anything else !… not an absolute sole in sight ….that is until the phone started to ring and then out came the most miserable looking member of staff completely ignoring me and went straight to answer the phone even though I had already been stood there way before the phone started ringing!!! There she spent her time arguing about a delivery not once acknowledging me… I waited a few minutes and another member of staff came in to start work and instead of serving me again completely ignored me and stood by the other member of staff who was still stood there on the phone continuing to argue about a delivery … how very professional ??!!! After a further 5 minutes of waiting and being ignored I walked out taking my business for myself and 6 colleagues elsewhere!!! Absolutely appalling and wouldn’t know what good customer service was if it hit them in the face and I will be making an official complaint to the head office !!! Disgusting treatment to be completely ignored …The staff here need training in customer service!!! If I could put 0 instead of 1 out of 5 stars believe me I would and even that they would not be worthy of!!! Atrocious ……avoid!!!

Picked up a sub, before meeting up with some friends for a small reunion. Staff were pleasant, but the service was slow. Nothing to complain about - but nothing to praise.

Cannot go wrong with a subway, fast service, good fresh food, and a great selection for all types of eaters.

Absolute appalling service, kept getting order wrong, staff do no not speak good English, food more or less thrown in bag, staff need some serious training, especially on how to speak to customers! Please sort asap before you lose more business, thank you :-)

Only went because they had the deal for £1 thought I would give it a go. Quick service, clean & tidy. The food was ok & I may re-visit

I can't fault nor praise this Subway shop. I got my food really quickly and it was both hot and tasty, however the service wasn't anything special, the table was wobbly and the general feel of the place wasn't anything to make me want to return again. It served its purpose, a light bite to eat when in a rush for a small price!

Ok so this was my local subway I now after 2 occasions of hair in my food and rudeness from one female staff member have not stepped foot back in. The manager is friendly however disappointing is the staff in his absence, for the second time I had hair in my food, took the food back to get a refund not even an apology from the rudest attitude pitiful excuse for a person who is there to serve public. She rudely put £1 back in my hand and when I laughed and said what is this she said there was no hair in my drink or cookie so she said the £1 was for my sub. When I demanded to speak to the manager she rudely told me she was only staff member in ( cos she must be Wonder Woman serving at same time as opening and baking bread and cookies) she tried her best to hide her badge from me so as to not give me her name. I have never witnessed such bad service as I did here and as much as I would love a subway I refuse to part with my hard earned cash to pay for wages for a fool like her and for hair in my food with no apology

nao achei nada que me agradasse no subway. talvez eu estivesse pedindo lanche no lugar errado. O atendendo pega tudo com a pinica no dedo, com medo de encher o pao. Caro e não compensa.

Called in for breakfast, a 6" bacon sub and a drink. Husband ordered coffee and it was prepared with milk. I asked for it to be changed as he only drinks black coffee and was told no, as the server had "already wasted a cup earlier". Very poor customer service. Tweeted Subway but guess what, no response .....

Called in whilst passing-Hubby had chipotle chicken and son had steak and cheese subrolls. Helpful staff,fresh ingredients and great price at £3 with drink!

Pas mal de choix, les sandwich sont bon et bien garnis. Un maximum de possibilités. Même les cookies sont bon.

If you're looking for a place that doesn't immediately want to slather your bread with Butter, give Subway a shot. Predominantly a consistent product, I get pretty much the same sandwich, no matter where I am in the world and it's relatively the same price. Nice place for a quick grab and go sandwich.

Take a look at the advertised product and the real item. This is miss representation at its best. Service was brash too.

i asked for a veggie patty meal with cheese and when i sat down i ate it can you imagen it was just lettuce. i went to the guy who served me and i said have you missed out my filling he said no this is a veggie patty just salad. i said this is not salad its just lettuce and a veggie patty is not salad. he argued and refused to understand so in the end i got a refund . then i re ordered and paid 70p extra with another staff member

Not a very clean resturant, but the food tasted ok. Staff were polite. I am just not a big fan of Subway, so probably not the best person to review it, but my children love it.

Check out the bacon roll and a drink for a bargain price of £2, there is even a choice of bread and additional sauce - great for a quick breakfast

Exactly what you would expect from a Subway, super fresh ingredients, a good quantity of filling given and most importantly - very, very tasty. My favorite sub is the foot-long chicken and ham with salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn and onion) on the Italian bread.
