This was my first time trying this place and I am extremely happy with the food. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The pizza was amazing. The best I have had.

Top notch, the shop looks great the pizza is to die for simply amazing.

Ordered online. Delivered in 45 mins. Nice and fresh. Chips were a bit meh but chicken burgers, burger and enchiladas were very nice.

been going here since it opened, spent over £1000 and never had an issue, today we had missing items and thought "not a problem, i'll give them a call" they did not care at all, essentially called me a liar, sent me false reciepts when i have proof via the website, email and bank...i suggested their website may have an issue but they could not care less and just hung up....no offer of a refund or to get the food out to me.....speechless.....

Good cheese burger. What you expect. The chips though... Those were some great chips! Just crunchy enough, not too greasy, fluffy on the inside. Smashing!

Only ordered a few times from here because every time we did, I'd end up with an upset stomach. Too scared to try it again.

We just love the Chicken BBQ Pizza at Burgitzza. Every time I can call, order and then pick. They always accept to split the largest pizza in two different styles, so the adults and the children can enjoy their favourite styles in one go. And also the pizza dough is incredibly tasty. Unless you eat your burger in the dark and don't look at the meat you'll be fine. Burger was pink in the mide had a replacement sent for it to be even worse. Shocking they can sent a uncooked meal. Driver was rude because I asked for a replacement. Maybe cook it right in the first place. No

Good delivery food was hot but sloppy and tasteless

Tbh I wouldn't re order. The burgers were hot and not bad. But the chips were awful. Soggy and dry. The bbq chicken wings were great though. All in all I'm 50 50 on this place.

Always top quality and great service

We had pizza and mexican chips yesterday. Pizza was the best we have had for a long time. Mexican chips are lovely Will be getting our food from here from now on

Ordered 2 mega burger boxes. Burgers were very good . Chicken strips a bit small and baked beans pointless. Chips were acceptable and drinks were errrrr canned!We would order again for the burgers alone. Ordered online, order accepted quickly (their chosen prices) and delivered within the 45 minute quoted window.

We have had a few of their Calzones and everytime they have been really good. The service is great and pizzas are always hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

Love. Been using burgitzza since they first opened, always good quality tasty food and so reasonably priced. I've introduced so many people to them who love them too!

Pizzas for me are generally too greasy (Good substitute for a kebab on drunken night out maybe) and the burgers are relatively dry and tasteless (at least the ones I have tried). The worst thing and the reason I write this review has to be the managements customer service, my family member ordered a takeaway from them fairly recently, but unfortunately had to ring up and complain about a hair in her food, she wasn't annoyed and just wanted to politely point out to them that she found said hair in her food, which is a bit gross but can happen even to very decent places so not too condemning, the thing that is however is how he treated her and her complaint like trash, aggressively telling her she is lying and smugly telling her to go elsewhere because they don't need her money nor care as they are getting quite popular, she was taken a back by this truly shameful way to talk to someone especially a paying customer and possibly the worst customer service I have heard of, I'll never eat from there ever again nor will my family members, I suggest and hope others also avoid, because they don't deserve another penny.

I ordered Nachos that were dried up tortillas with a little cheese and bits of dried up mince on top. No salsa or guacamole. The chicken sandwich was a cheap piece of chicken with brown lettuce, no mayonnaise. I also ordered a salad which didn't arrive. The first and last time I'd ordered from here

We had an issue ordering via just eat but when I phoned for a very big order.... over £100 worth.... the gentleman on the phone was so polite and patient. Extremely professional. The food arrived very promptly. And wow it was tasty. My son will only eat burger from here now. The triple burger is a must try.

Use the place quite often, never lets us down, always obviously freshly cooked, with fresh breads/buns and salad. Always happy to return. We’ve taken to getting the small pizzas that are spot on!

Advertised as a proper burger joint, but reality is the burgers are like the bad ones from the worst fish n chip shops. Horrible cheapo meat, probably frozen burgers. Expected a half decent burger. If you want a proper burger go to meating room, berko. If you want to keep it cheap, better to just go mcdonalds.

My husband and I keep ordering food from here and never lets us down. They have a great selection on the menu. The burger variations are good and there are plenty to choose from, same as the sides and so on. Always fresh. The chips are decent like a branded make. Not skinny soggy things. Always arrive on time. Fresh as you like.

I've used Burgitzza lots of times before and the food has been good, but this time a have a voucher for just eats to used, so why not thought I would use here WHAT A MISTAKE not Ubers fault, first I pre order for 3 hours later but delivery can straight away it was ever written on the ticket the time I saw , anyway we was advised to order again by the restaurant driver. but without notice they cancelled the order again the system allows them to contact the customer but no, no-one call, we hadn't noticed till it got nearer the time, we looked at the order seeing it was still cancelled thinking it was a us error so we placed yet again , the was cancelled straight away but had been charged for it ?? so we contacted the restaurant ourselves all we got was a rude man shouting that the equipment wasn't working and they had wasted there time coming out to us first time before ( there fault they didn't read the ticket as I saw the correct time ) we tried to explain but he wasn't interested said he wasn't going to deliver so we will NEVER Use this company again, even outside of UBEREATS we are sick of just bad restaurants hope people will not complain

Spot on. It was really tasty and fresh. The chicken tower burger was same quality as the branded place, and tasty. Hubster liked his platter and finished it all off. Have since ordered from here numerous times and various dishes, very good on the whole and not let down yet! Would definitely order from there again.

Great takeaway, the food we order is always delivered super quickly, we’d love for them to offer more vegan options on their menu without us requesting i.e. vegan cheese, but they are very accommodating when we ask for changes to be made to dishes so we can’t complain!

The food quality is an easy 10 out of 10 and i can say that none of the takeaways in the area deliver as fast as them. Keep up the good work guys

First couple of orders very nice great value for money and good food But always with the dirty brown lettuce Old chips or undercooked soggy chips or just dirty nasty monkey brown chips that were soggy chicken wings overcooked and dry nothing spicy about them at all and always forgetting sources drinks NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AS YOU WILL JUST throw it away

After completing a full on-line registration, browsing about the menu and finalising the order, this restaurant informs you that they will evaluate your request, as if you were applying for a mortgage. They claim that the order will not be final until they "accept" you "request" via email. Past 10 minutes, I phoned the restaurant and my call was not answered, Eventually they emailed me to communicate that the restaurant is now closed, and apologised for the inconvenience. Apologise? Who is paying for the 20 minutes they make me waste? Of course, no offer to compensate...No mercy with business that do not respect their customers.

Delivery was insanely quick, less than twenty minutes. Service was good. Food was just fine.
