PA CO in Dacorum

Order never got delivered to me and nobody answered the phones to check on the order or give me an update. Just eat has zero customer service, so I went to the restaurant to collect myself - having paid the delivery fee no refund on this was given.

No contact from Paco chased them left msg saying delivered on just eat but no food received place is a joke . £50 order placed 2 hours ago and still no call or food

Ordered a chicken curry - was very flavorful - one of the best Chinese curry’s I’ve had. Food was hot on arrival, always have a good experience from Pa Co

Missing a dish which manager claimed he personally packed himself. I think not -wrong bag maybe? Been ordering here for 10+ years. Never again. Was asked to count the plastic containers received, embarrassing for my guests. Then Manager blamed it on person that took the order. Where's your customer service? Last week we waited over 90 mins for our food. This place has sadly gone downhill.

Chips not. Cooked pork balls rock hard s n s sauce had leaked into the bag. Not quite what I expected from previous times.

No food. Nothing. Can I have my money back please. Tried to call they are shut.

i had to call asking where it was we ordered around 6 and they seemed dispondant by 8 it arrived then by 830 food was over cooked and dry I wouldn't bother again

Salmon teriyaki is my go to. 10/10

Veg gyoza is always crispy, katsu curry is great as usual.

Crispy beef is always delicious and is our all time favourite. Definitely would recommend.

Food is always fantastic. The Thai curry’s are exceptional

Salt and chilli chicken and sweet and sour sauce is always a banger. Staff are always nice.

Piss take 7 odd quid for duck fryed rice and i got a tiny tray of egg fried rice with a few pices of duck . Ur haveing a laugh ent u shambles

Called the restaurant 10 minutes after etd, was told that the order should be here "Any minute" Driver appeared a few minutes later, but the order and address receipt he had were not ours, so he had to leave. Phoned again to be told that they would "Phone the driver to find out what was happening and would call back, but no call. Phoned for a 3rd time after having waited over 30 minutes from etd to be told that the driver was new and couldn't find us. Same driver delivered 15 minutes later.

The food was inedible. it didn’t taste of meat at all. the food was obviously pre made and re-heated as it didn’t taste fresh. the prawn crackers were stale and the beef was plain. the chicken in the rice was unseasoned and undercooked. The chili squid tasted like deep fried chicken and was soft and not chewy at all.

1st time ordering, went to the shop, very friendly, beef in blackbean was very chewy, chicken balls were burnt mostly inedible and so were the prawn crackers (absolutely disgusting taste) and the chow mein tasted like it had a nice swim in the sea. Thank you But never again

Food tastes amazing and is always piping hot on arrival. Delivery driver is very polite and friendly. Lemon chicken is really good. Pork chow mein is succulent, but the noodles are a bit thin, they still have plenty flavour though. The chips with sauce is a great menu addition

Spare ribs were dry, no sauce provided for these as it is by other vendors. Barely any meat on these either. Spring rolls are tiny in the mixed starter. Mains were OK. Overall a bit underwhelming for the price.

Delivery was in the window given, but the quality was appalling. I can honestly say it was inedible. The very last time I order from PaCo. Shame as it used to produce pretty good food a few years ago.

Food came promptly. Friendly on phone and upon delivery. Food arrived hot and everything was very tasty. Reasonable pricing. Would recommend.

Person on the phone got the order wrong then told my husband he was wrong! It's a shame as the food is really nice!!!

Pa Co only used because Canton City was closed .first and last order ,not a great experience food cold and poor quality

2 and a half hours to delivery a small order ? When I rung and asked where it was they said it will be in 20 minutes then when I rung back they said it will be half an hour asked to speak to a manager that just talking gibberish terrible service

Order was 2 hours 30 mins late after seven phone calls I was told I wasn’t even cooked after been told previously it was on route for 39 mins plus poor poor service

First time in the area and decided to check this out. The front of house was lovely and friendly! We ordered the chicken curry with boiled rice, and a egg fried rice - both were delicious! Portion sizes were great too! Recommended!

Over two hour wait for the food, valentines night I understand it’s busy but 0 communication or updates which was frustrating. Food was like warm when it arrived, expected with a delivery that late but the worst bit was the actual quality of the food itself, absolutely not fresh and of the two noodle dishes we ordered it would have been nice to actually contain some noodles instead of just bean sprouts and cabbage. Didn’t finish and won’t order again.

shocking customer service, still currently do not have the food it’s 8:22pm and the food was ordered at 6:35 so nearly 2 hours. called twice & found the two people on the phone to be so unhelpful. to be honest just pathetic attempt to order our food

Without doubt the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. All items were over cooked, beef and duck were completely inedible. £75 for prawn crackers and cold rice.

Sorry but your food was delayed from the first advised time then message saying it was going to be even later still. Yet again it was cold ! We ordered before 5.30 and got our food around 6.50.

Never mind it being late... I was giving these guys a second try as last year they accidentally sent me chicken gyoza instead of vegetable.... who'd have thought the exact same mistake would be make twice.

Although late it was worth waiting for.

Disappointed . Could tell the food was tasty but it was just stone cold . Friday night may not have been the best night to go back to Paco after a long time away using another takeaway.

Such a shame food is amazing as usual but the delivery time poor. Said it had been delivered and then waited another 10-15 minutes to see if they would turn up, called up they said sorry another 15 minutes. Put me off from ordering for a while.

The food was not nice at all. Some of the meats tasted off and the delivery Woman, would not open my gate to deliver the food to me, as she was on her Mobile. NO, definitely not for me.

Absolutely disgusting! Delivery was 45min late, not really an issue as it’s dangerous driving outside. Called 25min before delivery finally arrived and was assured food would be hot. Arrived stone cold, fried bits inedible, rice disgusting, soup was manageable but purely due to hunger! My children have waited patiently for treat food they are spitting out. Delivery lady was lovely but clearly the restaurant lied that our food would be fresh- definitely was cooked hours ago. Do Not Order from here!

Two hours late we shall not be ordering again as ready for bed. Also I tried to cancel my order after I realised it was going to be just 1 hour late and was refused as apparently it was being prepared… for the first time we trialed a new Chinese but so disappointed, especially because I rang up and all they said is “were are busy” sorry but if your that busy then don’t promote on just eat if you cannot manage it.

Friendly staff and I’m absolutely in love with the fish katsu curry don. Tysm!

Called and placed order. 35 mins after they said it could arrive I was still waiting. I called and was told they would deliver it once a driver was available. I asked when that would be and they said they didn’t know, so I cancelled the order. Was so looking forward to the meal. Why tell me a delivery time if you know you can’t make it? Very very poor service.

When I placed my order the delivery time said 30 to 50 minutes wait and then when I checked out the delivery time was estimated to be 80 to 100 minutes but it actually arrived about 125 minutes after I ordered

We waited nearly 2hrs from ordering to receiving it and when it came it was smaller portions and the quality wasn’t how it normally is

Food was inedible. Stone cold and over an hour late. Restaurant was no help at all when we called to check how it was going.

Food was pretty nice if a little cold, the long strip of plastic wrap that ended up being regurgitated by a child, not so much. Whilst being a choking hazard, they gave a £6 refund, take that as you will.
