Subway in Dacorum

The quality of the food and customer service at this establishment has generally been satisfactory. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered several issues. The food was poorly presented and messy, and the staff member on duty demonstrated a lack of concern for the quality of the product they were providing.

I was delivered the wrong length of sub

the restaurant gave the wrong order to the driver. the lady I spoke to was not very helpful i trying to resolve and was telling me i needed to call him to tell him to come back! I didnt have his number so when he arrived with the wrong order, annoyed at the restaurant he kindly went back to the restaurant and swapped them for me.

I had an awesome dining experience on a Friday evening. Despite being the only one working in the store, an attentive Asian lady provided delicious food and excellent customer service, making the experience truly memorable.

Absolutely bloody awful 😞. I ordered a 12" chicken sub, I've seen more meat on a stick , the bread was very stale , what chicken I did get didn't taste quite right + when the employee cut the roll in half , they used a dirty knife 😠. I will never use this subway again

This branch is not good. The server is not good. She didn’t let us to eat by saying I already cleaned and I can’t clean it again and it was 25 mins before closing

food was stone cold and the cheese bites were FROZEN and soggy inside disgusting.

I was delivered a 6 inch but ordered and paid for a foot long.

Wrong food sent and what was sent was made by them throwing the ingredients in put all 4 slices of cheese on one side

First of all I used to have Italian Herbs and Cheese bread which wasn't available. After I ask the Lady to replace the Salami with Pepperoni in my classic BMT sandwich witch was refused. The last ten years or so every other shop they did replaced it to me without any hassle. I expected much more costumer friendly service from the subway store people.

The food was so badly made. The wrap I ordered had was ment to have hot hash browns and bacon but the food was so cold I had to heat them my self. The till had hardly no fillings and was poorly made. The two boxes of hash brown was that cold I chucked them in the bin. Very disappointed. I would strongly suggest to order somewhere else.

Ordered it online, order was cold and missing certain additional ingredients (ones that were paid for) tried to get back in touch, but they were closed 30 minutes before the closure time stated - would never recommend them or order from there again! AND it was super expensive

took over an hour to come. delivery drivers need to learn how to follow a satnav.

Meal said delivered when not(not even left outside) could not call them as googled number for them does not connect. Had to go there and staff just said regular del driver but cannot connect and to contact just eat- have done so but return message said will reply in a couple of days? Awaiting a refund…hopefully, otherwise £15 spent on nothing!!

Do people listen when I ask for no tomatoes when I say no tomatoes it means don’t put them in that hard is it

Delicious food, and it arrived on time

They toasted my baguette even though I did not want it toasted ! Warm tuna is a no go.

The bread was so dry and hard on the ends and the tub of sweet chilli had totally split all over the bag and onto my cookies. Plus the cheese bites were stone cold. Not enjoyable at all sadly

Delivery didn't arrive, delivered to the wrong address clearly, lazy delivery driver couldn't be bothered to check house numbers, somebody else has gotten my food

Usually really good but today my driver didn't turn up with any food and it said delievered!

All three of the subs we ordered looked like someone had made them wearing boxing gloves. 2 out of 3 of the subs were incorrect, one missing key ingredients and the other had wrong ingredients. Awful attempt by Subway here. Paying a premium price for a substandard product is not the one. Won’t be ordering from here again. The driver was quick and friendly so can’t fault him at all.

I ordered 3 x double chocolate cookies and I received 3 chocolate chunk cookies. Not a big deal but not what I ordered.

Food took over 1h15 to arrive and was cold upon arrival.

What an absolute shambles! “Have your sub your way” what a joke! Having frequented this particular subway very often I was dumbfounded to be told they would not serve me my usual sub, as it was from an old menu. I have bee. Served the same sub on numerous occasions after it leaving the menu so why now all of a sudden is it an issue when all the ingredients are still ready available. The server was rude and unapologetic and tried to palm me off by saying they haven’t served it on over a year when conveniently I managed to order it at least 3 times last month from the same shop. Absolutely no customer service care what so ever. Shameful!

My food was delayed 5 times. Arrived over an hour after I ordered it. The food was cold. My delivery man was lovely though. Not his fault. But very unhappy with the service from Just eat/Subway due to the awful wait time and change of delivery time. The quality of food was also very poor.

Delivery driver was amazing, very kind. I live in a difficult place and he called me to make sure I knew he was on his way, very happy with my delivery service

Lovely food great service, the only thing I would say was that I didn’t get much tuna in the subs Otherwise everything was great.

I've ordered from Subway loads of times with no problems. Not this time. I didn't receive my drink and one of the salads had very little salad. I paid nearly £6.00 for not even half a box of salad. Not happy.

Food delivered on time. But we ordered 2 subways and the bread was mixed up so the order was incorrect. Also the bread was a bit stale for both...maybe because we ordered it late in the day (later afternoon).

They forgot a sub (as always). When ringing up about the sub, started arguing with me saying they packed the sub and something must've happened with the driver. They claimed to check cctv and confirmed they had packed it so had to ask just eat for a refund as they wouldn't send another sub. Terrible service

Great service, only thing was I ordered a tropicana pure orange juice with my meal, but got given a fizzy tango instead.

PITIFUL! I really don't get it. Of all the Subway branches in my local area and there are many, this is the worst and has been since the day it opened. Last time I went it was a sub with hardly any filling and this time a pathetically small salad which lots of onion and hardly any leaves.Why is it this branch that is consistently poor? I won't be visiting it again. My recommendation is to go to a different subway branch.

Everything was as ordered and delicious

I believe due to the shortage of petrol their is an issue with drivers and traffic in the area so I have taken that into consideration but it shouldn't say its gonna be really quick then come half an hour or more late. Especially when working in a busy store it's hard to find the right moments to grab something to eat so the timing is a little inaccurate.

They forgot my cookie with with meal

Shocking service arrived 15 mins before closing to be told they was already closed. When I showed the guy the time he said he didn’t care we are closed! Poor service!

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS, received our order with items missing, called to complain but the manager was rude and did not care, said she spoke to the person who made our order and they said they done it correct so the driver must have done it, why would the driver untie the bag, take the chicken & cheese out of a toasted sub, remove the spinach & cheese from the meat ball salad, and take the bag of cookies then tie the bag back up? She was rude, unhelpful & arrogant & put the phone done in us, thankfully she gave us her name & contract managers name before putting phone down. This place is the pits, would give 0 starts if it let me

Usually Subway filling is spilling out. This subway was barely filled. Disappointing. 2 tiny peices of lettuce and 4 pieces of cucumber spread on a foot long.similar with all other fillings.
