The best restaurants in East Midlands

We popped in for a quick latte & snack before sofa shopping. Friendly staff & the lady that poured our lattes excellent service well done, actually got a full cup of latte 👏.

Unfortunately unlike most pubs this one does not allow dogs inside only outside which means they are missing out to a lot of revenue in this area. Would have loved food there but it was too cold to eat outside. Menu looked nice though.

This is a sincere honesty review: the pork belly very salty over seasoned. The chop platter combo was written as £29: 99 min 2 as written on the menu card . Unfortunately it’s meant per person it’s not for sharing as stated on the menu pls ba aware so you don’t fall the trick of over paying. The time frame from ordering to table was good . The waiters not helpful at all. Will not recommend this place.

The food was delicious and great service. The restaurant is nicely decorated.

Came for a meal with friends and used the car park. All of the input screens in the restaurant for the car registration number were covered with sheets of white paper. I asked twice how to log my car registration and was told the system was 'out of order' and the cameras weren't working that day therefore it was okay. I have just received a £100 parking fine. A quick Google shows this has happened before at this restaurant. A nice little scam it seems!! Beware if you park here.

Great local pub to watch sports , see live bands, and have some great food. They also have a great selection of real craft beers and spirits.

Good atmosphere and friendly vibe.

Food is fabulous. Can really recommend the steak sandwhich and the fishfinger sandwhich. Everything made onsite even the veggie crisps. Great prices too

Great place ,walking distance from town centre. Rooms clean tidy but signs of age in places. Bed very comfortable aircon excellent and needed as rooms can get very warm no window to open. Very quiet and peaceful Breakfast standard not exceptional. Parking easy and safe. Staff very pleasant helpful and courteous. Would call again if in the area, but I'd rather go to town for breakfast.

Very good experience as a whole. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Food and drink are excellent. We went for the quiz which was fun. The only problem I had, the staff removing the dishes from the table asked if we were finished, I said NO I am still eating. Not only did she ignore me and take them anyway, she took one I was still eating from. I didn't want to make a scene, there wasn't much left, but I thought it was very rude

Lovely experience tonight. Great food and great service from Daniel 🙂. Will definitely visit again soon.
