Visited 9th April 2025 for lunch’. We were served by Gosia, who was fabulous. Really attentive, and also very friendly and funny. We had the super zucca salad and would completely recommend and will have again.

The service Lara provided was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and attentive. Will definitely be coming back.

From the moment we sat down, Lara made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had a great sense of timing—always appearing just when we needed something. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made our experience all the more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Lara again. Five stars!

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely meal at Zizzi Rushden Lakes, the mozzarella garlic bread with chilli was absolutely delicious. Our server was a wonderful young lady called Lily. Lily was attentive, friendly and polite. She is a real credit to Zizzi, Rushden Lakes and we hope to see her again when we return.

Had a lovely evening on Friday 4th April 2025 went with friends can’t speak highly enough of GOSIA she went above and beyond to make our whole evening very enjoyable. We have been served by GOSIA in the past and she always makes the whole evening such an enjoyable occasion. Thank you GOSIA we will be back.

Another lovely experience here. Gosia is so friendly and helpful every time we come. The kids’ menu has plenty of choice, and the food always goes down well with kids and adults! Thanks to the staff for great service and the manager too for her help!

A fab dining experience. It was a busy Saturday night and even though we hadn't booked we were quickly seen to a table and our order was prompt. Food was tasty. Great service by Lois. Would recommend.

The service at the rushden lakes Zizzi was exceptional, the service from Mia was outstanding. She recommended a dish called Casareccia Pollo Piccante and I was highly impressed with the suggestion. I’d definitely go here again

Came for dinner expecting a quick meal, I decided to just stay longer and order more The food has been so much better as of recent and the team delivering it just have more passion about the brand and the product From what would’ve been 1 course turned into 4 courses and several rounds of drinks Best part is not the only one, TGI and Nandos were empty in comparison Will definitely be coming back well done to the headchef and femal manager running the team today.

I recently dined at Zizzi and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was on point, thanks to Mia, who provided excellent service throughout my meal. I also tried the Sticky Pig pizza, and it was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of the evening. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our meal at Zizzi this afternoon. The food was great and the friendly service by Aaston, our waiter, was excellent. The primitivo wine by the glass was exceptionally good.

Good atmosphere and Lily was a lovely, friendly server. We queried our pizza as we ordered a classic base but seemed to be a thinner base, they said it was a new chef. We had to eat our icecream with folks as they casually said they had run out of spoons….we found this quite bizarre!

Gosia was a fantastic and funny waitress, she made us feel very welcome and treated my mum like a queen on mothers day. Also the manager Rhian was handling the pressure of the busy day extremely well and got us sorted with a table and recommended a great wine for my mum, would definitely come again and I recommend to anyone especially families who want a lovely meal out together.

Went in for a meal tonight. Was busy as expected, it being Mother’s Day, but the food and service was excellent. Gosia our waitress was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely improved our experience, thank you 👍

I came in for lunch and was served by the most politest and engaging waitress Afsana. She ensured we were happy with our meals and didn’t fail to make us laugh. Allthough we were a bit of a pain and made a few changes to our order she wasn’t annoyed by it and continued to provide excellent customer service.
