Together with my husband we really like this place - especially for date evening. Lovely and very helpfull staff, we had a little mix up with my order but it was rectified very fast. I came in for lunch and was served by the most politest and engaging waitress Afsana. She ensured we were happy with our meals and didn’t fail to make us laugh. Allthough we were a bit of a pain and made a few changes to our order she wasn’t annoyed by it and continued to provide excellent customer service.

My hubby and I visited this place for the first time yesterday for lunch. We were very impressed. Great menu and so pleased to have some vegan options for myself. We were served by Mia who is a credit to the restaurant, she was very helpful and we will definitely be visiting again when in the area. Great food and great staff.

Service was excellent. Food was great. Sat outside as we had the dog with us and that was no problem. My only disappointment was that you do not sell your pizza dipping salsa by the bottle. It is great and I would love a bottle in my fridge.

Took them half an hour to prepare our starters when it wasn’t even busy. Forgot to bring us one of our drinks. Mains took awfully long, meanwhile a table of over ten people got sat at that time and they got their food before us somehow. Seats are also uncomfortable and really close together.

Awful experience. I booked at table of 5 for my wife’s birthday at 7. By 7.30 we gave up waiting for our table. Most other diners were sending their food back as being cold. Would not recommend

Think overbooked for valentines. We were served relatively quickly, but some were waiting an hour for food. Foods fine, bit overpriced for quality. Quite cramped, tables very close together.

We just had a nice meal at Zizzi Rushden Lakes with our 4 year old. The food was lovely & we were served by Gosia who was amazing and friendly, especially with our little one. It does make a real difference having someone who is very personable not only with us but also our child. Will certainly be back for more food!

First time in zizzi, rushden lakes. What a lovely experience, food absolutely amazing. Especially as we had a few coeliacs. Rhian our waitress was absolutely superb.

Nice food and a very friendly waitress

Quite possibly the worst customer service we have ever experienced!! Decided to go here for the first time for my birthday tonight, young girl took drinks order, bottle of wine, took well over 10 minutes to come to the table. When delivered by another girl she puts the glasses on the table then comes back & slams the wine bucket on the table really hard, stomped off & muttered something rude to her colleague which I saw! I said excuse me is there a problem? She said well you didn’t say thank you so….. “I’ve had a bad day & you were rude not saying thank you” Obviously we did say thank you when she brought the glasses over but maybe she didn’t hear. We are absolutely disgusted to be spoken to this way when coming out for dinner. We ended up walking out & not eating. When we left she was shouting something at us. Very embarrassing behaviour. The manager didn’t even come over & deal with the issue. So rude, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Will never visit again, if I could give 0 stars I would!

Zizzi has really stepped up their game recently. They have a good range of Christmas specials to complement their main menu. The food was delicious and truly satisfying. I usually find it challenging to choose a chain Italian restaurant, as they have historically been average. However, Zizzi has improved significantly, and it’s now at the top of my list.

Busy restaurant and the staff were still relaxed and patient. Service was relaxed but we liked that and felt comfortable and not at all under pressure to leave. We were made very welcome.
