DO NOT use your card online to order from these people. It may not be directly related to them, it could be through their payment partner "My Food Basket" but every time i have ordered from them, approximately a month later there is unknown payments on my card. I tested this by only ordering from here, with 1 card that was never used before. Surprise surprise attempted payments on my card started happening. My partner also ordered from here and she had some suspicious payments made on her account, these are usually food and takeaway related however the most recent one is a holiday for £2400. Luckily the payment bounced. The restaurant is either stealing your details when you input them on the website or their payment partner "my food basket" is stealing and attempting to use your card data. Makes you wonder why they don't use "Just Eat, Deliveroo or UberEats".. maybe because they like stealing your card details.

Frozen chips used to be chip shop one's. Stale pitta. Portions are small !!!! Even if ask for large or have a kebab for 2

I ordered from here as they were highly recommended to me by a neighbour who always has prompt service and hot pizza. The order stated it would arrive at 19.45. At 19.56 I called to question where my pizza was. At 20.03 I called again to cancel my order. I feel this was appalling service and I wont be ordering from here again. Why oh why didn't i read the reviews. I could kick myself as they don't have a great reputation. I also felt annoyed at the lady on the phone calling me darling, sweetie and my lovely. Not any of those, I was a customer.

I ordered 3 pizza and it's second time when is was burn. Only 3 star. Doesn't matter if food is good if you are burn.

We ordered a mixed kebab for 2 and 2 x 9 inch pizzas. The kebabs were dry and tough and the 2 pizzas were both so greasy that the grease soaked through the cardboard pizza boxes and didnt taste very nice at all I only ate 1 slice .

Just had our first home delivery of fish & chips. Excellent service, food was piping hot and delivery way ahead of the advisory time. Third meal we have had from Spot On and they have all been excellent. Perfectly happy with the entire experience from shop service, to home delivery and the range of food on offer.

Best pizza I've ever had and great value too!!

Absolutely awful. Food took 90 minutes to arrive. When we opened it there was a complete meal missing and the rest was stone cold. Called them and they said they would bring the meal. Fifty minutes later a driver turned up without the meal and gave us £4.60 back. The missing meal was actually more than that! Phoned them straight away and they said the next time we could have the order free. When we phoned they said they remembered us but were unwilling to honour their offer. Disgraceful customer service. Will never use again and will advise all friends and family to avoid at all costs.

Your standard takeaway pizza and kebab place. It's everything you'd expect but I've never had a disappointing pizza from here
