The best restaurants in East Midlands

The food in restaurant was good , with very good service , the room we had was the superking suite, & the bed was comfy. The problem was the room was freezing , both the heated towel rail in bathroom & the radiator in bedroom was not working. No matter what way I turned the knobs either left or right nothing worked. The duvet on the bed is very thin so some heating would have been good And as for the auto light coming on in bathroom. Really not great when you need a wee in night & bright light comes on and wakes your other half. At this price point it needs to be far better & more upmarket for such high cost per night

We were here for a snack lunch- 3 adults and 2 children. Great choice of fresh food- we had bacon rolls and coffee/apple juice then ice cream - mint choc chip. Staff friendly and helpful. Food fresh and tasty. Best I've had in Sutton on sea.

Went at 6.30 pm Sunday quite but service was great 👍 food was excellent prawn puri to start followed by lovely fish curry +red leicester nan .didn't want it to end !

Loved our meal here. Steak was delicious! Best one we have had for a very long time. Very accommodating for us & our 9 month old daughter & collie. Great place for a bit of grub and a pint after a long days walking in the peaks. Manager was lovely too! Thank you! We will be back when we’re in the area again :)

Another excellent visit to our favourite Mansfield pub, travelled from Leeds to see family. Always a pleasant reception, great food at affordable prices. Jess, Dan and Cash lovely hospitality, be back soon thanks.

Brilliant pub, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere

Had a lovely meal at Rosa's, we were in a big group and they got all orders right and on time. Food was fresh, delicious and service was great. The toilets need a bit of attention but it was a Friday night and very busy. Definitely recommend and will go again

Noche especial de comida de dos platos con Dan Hadfield, Gary Barlow noche de homenaje. ¿Qué puedo decir que tuvimos una gran noche. La comida y el servicio era genial y Dan era brillante, nos divertimos mucho.

We called in for a quick drink and small bites whilst visiting Castleton to do a treasure hunt. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food and drinks were amazing. We had vegan rolls, loaded fries, a salmon and feta salad and desserts of gluten free brownies and jam scone. Would recommend and visit again. Delicious.

Stay here often for work, food and service never disappoints. Consistent staff members which is always a plus who are very attentive without being too “efficient”.
