Bewiched Coffee in Kettering

Love bewitched coffee! I go every weekend for a quality cappuccino before we go butchers and it'd always a lovely start to our Saturday. Staff are so friendly xx

Very good place for drinks and really friendly and polite staff

Stopped in for coffee and a cake, and it was good. The drinks were all pleasant, and everyone enjoyed their cakes. Staff were friendly and brought the drinks to the table as the person who ordered was a wheelchair user.

First visit here. Nicest Vanilla Oat Latte I've had in ages. Friendly staff.

Always good coffee clean and friendly staff much better option than the national chains. When out and about try bewitched coffee you won't be disappointed.

I know it’s Kettering, but the atmosphere was flat and to be faced with “I don’t know!” With a blank face when asking if they offered discount like the other stores when using a reusable cup when ordering.

Gorgeous coffee and good service, but so many tables on a busy day means it's very noisy. Gorgeous coffee and a toastie thar was piping hot.

Great little coffee shop - part of a local and tiny chain of 8 shops locally. They are all bright, light modern and comfortable. Chairs are comfy with plenty of armchairs and good WiFi. The coffee is good but sadly still can’t make a cappuccino (they are always lattes) the cakes are great and the sandwiches are local too. Well worth going to and they are open later than most places at the weekends too which is a bonus in a town centre that closes by 4 usually. Disability access is limited. Definite lip to the door but this is manageable. However toilets (including one labelled as disability suitable) are all up a series o steps and then a further narrower set of steps.

Today Sally and I visited Bewitched for the very first time. Inside was well decorated, a pleasant temperature and the venue was staffed by friendly attentive people. Sally was welcome inside and was one of a few dogs present. We sat with a group of friends outside, in the glorious sunshine, on the tables and chairs thoughtfully provided. The can of soft drink that I purchased was the coldest I have ever had in Kettering (very refreshing.) I was also offered a cup (with ice) so I didn't appear too uncouth drinking from the can!

Absolutely love this place!! The staff are so welcoming, great coffee and the service is efficient and friendly, would absolutely recommend!!

Good service, but coffee quality was very bad.

There was nothing vegan to eat except a falafel salad bowl so we left. It is 2023, not 1983, bring the menu up to date please.

i ordered a rolo hot chocolate for myself and an oreo hot chocolate for someone else and both tasted the exact same but not like rolos or oreos, only good thing was that they tasted pretty nice

Best teacake ever and “Luke” our server is a credit to bewitched. If only all coffee shops staff were as polite and helpful as bewitched.

Service was fantastic, served by Luke. Best tea cake by far, crispy and lots of butter. Will definitely be coming here again ☕️

Bewiched Kettering is a lovely place to go for coffee, great atmosphere and the assistant manager Jordan is a lovely lad who always accommodates for our needs! 10/10and Anne Marie served us today and never doesn’t have a smile 😋

One of my favourite coffee shops. Lost a couple of points now due to the continued use of the same music. As a regular the chosen "unoffensive" tracks get repetitive. There any many local artists who I am sure could provide something for free that would add some variety.

being my favorite coffee shop in town l come here at least 2/3 times a week they offer the best coffee and staff are really friendly and helpful, also with a good food selection toasties/paninis etc with lovely cakes

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely coffee and cake. Quick to help older patrons with delivery to their table without asking, that is exceptional these days. A credit to your company.

Went here for a milkshake yesterday which was delicious. Served in a paper cup though and paper straw which was a bit of a pain. Metal cup and straw would have been nicer. I've heard they do decent coffee here too.

Always come here, best coffee shop in Kettering. The staff are always amazing.. and looking after me. Emily & Ruben I see most mornings.. incredibly hard working individuals.. wouldn’t be the same without them.

Staff very freindly and helpful I attended in the week with a baby and I'm visualy impaired and they bought my drink and food to the table. I would recomend any one to attend as the staff and manager go above and beyond with what they need todo

My daughter and I had milkshakes. They were horrible. She only had a few sips. All for over £9. Can't comment on their coffees. They might be nice but the milkshakes most certainly are not.

Love bewitched, me and my partner and family have been coming to Kettering, Corby & Rothwell for many years and hope to continue although they have decided to take Mint syrup of the list which is what I have, large skinny mint Mocha/ Late, I spoke to the lovely Richard yesterday at Kettering as they still have some Mint syrup left and he has promised he will look into it as my second best coffee shop is Cafe Nero if there is not a bewitched. The staff are lovely in all shops and believe you me we have been in a few Bewitched coffee shops and would like to continue for many more years 😊

Make a REALLY nice soy latte!! They always remember my order and are super friendly. There’s a really nice ambience, both for families, couples, dog owners, youngsters etc.

The mocha’s are absolutely stunning. Wish there was a shop in derby but love visiting everytime I’m home. The customer service is excellent.

I take my grandchildren in for Milkshake, Hot chocolate, and a large coffee for me. Staff are fabulous and the kids love it.

Good coffee better cake's than Costa across the road. But no air conditioning inside and a bit smelly as well 🤮Since this review, they have improved loads

Wonderful coffee shop best tasting coffee in town

My favourite coffee shop. All drinks are good but prices have gone up 😔. Had a problem with being charged twice for my drinks but they sorted the issue without fuss. I would chose this place over Costa any day. Just an update, they have refurbished the store so looks all clean and nice but they now use a machine for milk shakes rather than hand blended. Unfortunately, the taste is not so good. More like McDonald's ones now 😢

Oh dear, what a waste of money the new refurbishment is. No comfy chairs with anybody with a bad back. Maybe they can squeeze a few more people in at the expense of cosiness. Will not bother to go back.

Good coffee and nicely served but the surroundings are looking a little tired now and some refurbishment is needed. There are quite a few coffee outlets in Kettering now but this still does the best coffee.

Large bewitched, unfortunately a few disappointments. Staff not collecting old cups etc off tables leaving limited spaces to sit. The staff area behind the counter has spills down the cupboards, not cleaned in a while...no oat milk in today but I guess that's not their fault.. First thing I noticed when walking in though was the windows were all steamed up, inside, at the top sitting area there's mould visible on ceiling corners so management really need to address this. It's not a healthy place to sit breathing in mould spores 😅 I also don't like the bare brick showing. Could use some pictures on walls or fake plants on tables maybe It's a shame because I think bewitched is cute (I love the Corby store) but management need to invest more into keeping it tidy and revamped.

Fairly quick accurate service. Music a little loud for hearing someone else talk across a table but that may have been my hearing!! Overall a pleasant experience.

POLITE STAFF, GOOD FOOD, VARIED SELECTION.

Not Starbucks, reflected in the more reasonable price, but a nice place to have coffee.

Inattentive service - had to repeat order. Poor acoustics. Food nice though. Overall ok.

We go often for a coffee, but this time there was a young girl with a barking dog that drove us crazy! I asked the staff to say something to her as there is a printed dog policy on the door, but they didn't say anything. We left with the dog's barking reverberating in our ears.

As visitors to the town, passing through we settled on this place for some brunch. Our outside table was the wobbliest ever and the electric dryer in the men's toilet was hopeless. These faults I could have overlooked except that my flat white coffee was poor too. Disappointing.

Imo the best coffee in kettering. Always my first choice for coffee if i fancy a treat. I only get takeaway though as once i ordered food, was given a number to display on my table and then when a member of staff bought me my food she said "your meant to collect your food"... so why have i got a number to display on my table? And why didnt you mention collecting my food at the counter when i ordered? So yer all in all worth the money for a tasty coffee at a good price but wont really miss it if it goes. Shame coz i have the same attitude when visiting rushden lakes store and they have always been 5* for me. Taints your view of a company when one staff member (possibly one of the owners ive been told) acts like a complete taint themselves.

I visited yesterday morning and I must say the most pleasant coffee experience I’ve endured I had an oat mocha and a lovely warmed up croissant, Emily served me and it was the most refreshing experience and an amazing way to start my day. Thank you I’ll definitely be coming more often for my morning coffees! Especially if they taste that good!

Very disappointing the interior was dirty and tired and the tea came in a dirty pot and was bit very nice. A generous two stars purely for the lovely staff.

I used to be a very regular customer, admittedly I haven't been for a while, but I ate in recently and wasn't overly impressed. Out hot drinks weren't very warm, mine was very milky and weak. Also not disabled friendly, there is a step to get in which may be a struggle for wheelchair users, but then the toilets are up several steps.

Okay, I love it, but one day I got a chocolate twist and a chocolate milkshake. I found eight hairs on the chocolate twist and the milkshake also had hair in it. After that I ended up sick. It is great, but I will never forget that day because that was simply disgusting. Edit: Okay, I'm here again. This time I'm with my nan and my mum. My mum and nan have coffee with coconut milk, and a carrot cake, I have a Nutella tiffin and a milkshake. I'm very happy with it today.

Must admit Im not the most loyal customer as in attend every week when passing, but when I do pop in for my latte or flat white, service is all ways with a smile, never pushy with the side orders unlike some chains ie Costalota, and they do have an excellent selection of the coffees plus smoothies and shakes. 5*

You make a lovely mocha coffee - just the right balance between coffee and hot chocolate. Yummee

Try the Lotus Biscoff milk shake! Certainly sets you up for the day, and possibly gives you a sugar boost for the next one as well. Vegan sausage rolls as well and very nice coffee!

Updated 29/3/22 Well almost a year on and we're still going for a coffee twice weekly, only difference is my friend had a major stoke and is unable to communicate very well, not a problem at Bewitched Kettering, the staff are patient with him when it's his turn order, which is just awesome, keep the excellent work up. For me, this is the best place in Northamptonshire to have a coffee hands down,

Great Coffee shop. Staff are friendly and the coffee is always great. If you're in Kettering and need a caffeine injection and a bite to eat this is the place.

A very friendly and caring coffee shop. I was with my young son and the barista offered to bring my drink/food to our table, meaning I didn’t have to leave him to collect from the counter. Little things like that make a big difference. Thank you
