Nice coffee, though cup sizes are smaller than Costa. Staff are always friendly but a proactive attitude to tidying wouldn’t go amiss. Be nice to pick your drink from a counter that isn’t littered with dirty cups and plates.

Probably not the stores fault but the amount of stupid dog owners who come here with more than one dog and long leashes in such a small place. In my opinion, dogs are unclean and shouldn't be allowed anywhere food is being served. Won't bother with this place again.

It would be great to eat here, but, there's no wheat and gluten free options. Coffee is superb.

I’m always popping into Bewiched , Rothwell just had to mention these last few months the atmosphere is so good , such a lovely vibe , girls are so friendly , nothing is too much trouble. Not only is the coffee amazing but had the best ever salted caramel Hot chocolate made by the lovely Courtney …. It was delicious 😋.

Absolutely love love it here the children love their weekly milkshakes too while I have a skinny latte… lush. Clean comfortable seating areas to enjoy a lovely bacon bap ! The girls that were working in the coffee shop were rude and standoffish when I asked them to remake my milkshake that tasted as if the milk has gone off. It was remade and slammed down onto the counter, still not tasting like the milkshakes that i often get made by a lad called Luke and lady georgette. They made me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t see them smile or give positive customer service to one person during my visit. It felt very false and not like the usual welcoming vibe I am used to.

I received my order after waiting for 30minutes, the store was quite busy at this time, which would not have bothered me if it wasn’t for the rude barista taking my order and then refusing to make me another coffee, after I watched her make it with whole milk upon requesting an alternative milk as apparently they had ran out and I should have been told this when ordering, which I wasn’t. I can understand overlooking something like this, however I would have appreciated some sort of compensation after waiting that long for a coffee I couldn’t drink.

Good place to stop along A14/M6 route. Wide range of cafe drinks including milkshakes, and some toasties, sandwiches and cakes. Comfortable seating, low-key but pretty decor, pleasant staff.

The best coffee we’ve tasted anywhere & certainly better than the big chains that are so popular elsewhere!

A very friendly place with a lovely coffee. Staff always kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I don’t know all their names but Luke and Courtney are always smiling (As are all the staff) Bewiched is open until 5.30 weekdays, unlike others that shut at 5pm and it is fantastic that you are not given a takeaway cup 30 mins before closing time., which happens in other coffee chains. I would have given 5 stars for food as the food is tasty but the gluten free sandwiches have been taken away so I have adjusted it to 4 stars. Thank you Bewiched.

First time I’ve been here, will definitely come more often as the iced coffee I had and the milkshake my little brother had was fantastic. The croissant and panini was also excellent, Cheers see you again a lot more often.

Came in for an iced salted caramel coffee with a friend. It was like water. I deliberately didn't have cream as previous drinks I've had are usually thick and creamy. I am a regular customer at Moulton Park drive through, this was so very disappointing compared to that. Unfortunately it has put my friend and I right off!!

Absolutely amazing little place. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I drink decaf tea with either soya or oat milk. It’s nice to be able to order both. The millionaire shortbread is delicious too !

Our visit to Bewitched was extremely enjoyable. The milkshakes were definitely packed with lots of flavour. There is plenty of seating inside and some outside too. On the opposite side of the road there is a free carpark.

This is the ideal place for a casual coffee in Rothwell. It is not an up-market type of place with posh decor and furnishing that is trying to be something it isn’t, but it is perfectly fine for a coffee and cake at any time of day. Rothwell is not an unattractive place and Bewitched Coffee fits in really well in what was a fairly busy part of town when I was there, but it is right opposite a car park. It is deceptively large and with the bonus of a garden area, which I didn’t get the experience. Perhaps next time. The stand-out feature for me was the staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Plus, the coffee was very well presented. I think I may have found myself the ideal stop-off place when driving down the A14. Well worth the short detour.

Without doubt the best of the Bewitched shops. It’s small but perfectly formed 😊 the staff are so friendly & remember their repeat customers, which is really nice. A special deserved mention to Courtney, the absolute best Barista & a credit to the company, she produces the best coffee with care & always so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Love this Store

This is one of my favourite cafes with delicious coffee and lovely staff. However, I've noticed in the last few weeks that the number of take aways being prepared is causing long delays. The staff are working really hard and doing their best but I think we waited 10 minutes or more to place our orders yesterday. I fear you may lose the custom of people who are just popping in for a 'quick' coffee.

We were served by Alex in the Rothwell Bewitched, he had served us the day before in the Northampton Bewitched. He remembered our drinks which are quite complex, which is a very personal service. If you meet Alex in any of the Bewitched coffee shops, say hi, he is a very pleasant, enthusiastic and accommodating young man.

Delightful Bewitched Coffee is opposite this lovely old building. Behind the building is FREE town parking. Other old buildings to view while you stretch legs. Just off A14 and A6, so a great place to break journey. The staff are helpful, the Millionaires Shortbread very tasty. Thank you ladies.

I went in for breakfast, choosing a latte and a piece of Yoghurt & Cranberry traybake. It was a really good choice. The base was not a plain flapjack style, but had a variety of ingredients, giving a range of textures. Since I was here last, they have opened up to the back, with more space to sit in.

We called in briefly for hot drink whilst on long journey off A14. Far more pleasant than services. Also serves cakes and lunches

An excellent local branded cafe with the feel of a larger brand without the expensive prices of the two leading brands Mega Bucks and Costa Fortune. A lovely staff member who served us in Rothwell was very polite and talkative and made us feel very welcome.

Has amazing drinks and food, allows pets and has really good service. (Their music is delightful too). Its WiFi is easy to sign in to use. (My favourite drink is the new Rollo milkshake, it's fantastic you need to try it!) x
