Myself and my husband had the Sunday Carvery and I can honestly say it was amazing - the cauliflower cheese was the best I’ve ever had!! Highly recommended

Went here with my family and wasn’t disappointed. Excellent food, nice owner and friendly atmosphere.. would definitely go again

Flagstaff A very basic but good food and resenable price

Ordered a breakfast baguette 2 sausages in. And 2 bacon. Doesn't even fit the baguette. You get the same in the cob which is fine.

We’ve visited for the 2nd time in a week for a Sunday roast. Great atmosphere, cosy and warm with their wood burner. The service was excellent they were polite and welcoming - the food was homely and portions were perfect! The gravy is to die for. Beef, Turkey and Lamb were had all our family loved it. A gem of place to be on any day! Recommend to all.

Nice enough but a little expensive for the standard/quality received. 2 Sunday carveries and 3 kids meals set me back almost £70 for what was a pretty mediocre dining experience. A regular glass of (flat) coke cost £2.50! (More than the cost of a 2ltr bottle) The staff did their best to accommodate us although they seemed very overwhelmed at times. On the whole I think the owners have delusions of grandeur when setting the prices. I get that times are tough but this is not a high end restaurant. Don't think I'll go out of my way to visit again, shame.

I visited this retail outlet on 1/08/24 @ 10:10am and was very pleased with the service. The member of staff was cheerful and showed me the sausage before proceeding with my order. She also explained that the coffee was ethically (FairTrade) sourced and it tasted great! The sausage bap was also delicious - the best I've tasted in years. So, well done to the member of staff and thank you for a delicious breakfast. Thank you.

I only had desert and a cocktail. The banana caramel desert was lovely. Everything is a bit expensive and I'm not sure why the room service menu seems to have a different and better looking choice of food. Wish they had an online menu.

On a 3-4 hour journey to Alton towers and needed somewhere for food before heading home. This pub was an excellent find. Catered for gluten free with its own menu and even willing to customise my son’s fussy needs. Amazing service and food was excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you

Worst personal ever, worst food. To much oily and I found hair in their food. Please stay away from them. When I call the restaurant to tell they where very rude
