KFC Coalville - Thornborough Road in North West Leicestershire

I don't usually send bad reviews but on this occasion, Chicken was dry,chips pale undercooked and thrown into bag. Over priced for what it was

Food isn't consistent. Staff are lovely but the food can be hot or cold.

Completely the wrong order sent. Didn’t even resemble what we ordered. Contacted the guy whose order it was and he said he’d call me back if he got my order. He got the order he should have so it must have printed 2 orders for him and allocated my order details. Shocking service.

Driver has not delivered items yet app updated to say delivery had been made. Kfc won’t help and just eat not contactable Externally disappointed

After I explained I didn't want to pay £18 for a bargain bucket consisting of just legs and wings and I was given a fair share of peices of breast and everything was piping hot too ! Was very nice thanks

Food not delivered to my address even though a code should be given so where did it go ? Rang KFC and they were not bothered saying it was the delivery companies responsibility . Had no food in the house so went hungry. Rubbish

Pepsi can shoved on mini fillet burger in bag. condensation from can all over burger so it was wet through. obviously staff don't care to do that. it was un eatable as it was soaking wet. chips were cold. MAYO from burger all over the box. can't even

This is about the 4th time in a row of ordering from here via just eat and every time we have had at least one item, usually more, missing from our order. It's disappointing when this is a treat for our family and someone doesn't end up with what they asked for.

Food was awful, ordered 2 x sweet chilli wrap meal, no slaw with it, wrong sauce was supercharger, fries soggy cold and old looking, no flavour, usually go to Ashby de la zouch, won’t be going to Coalville again.it’s convenient fir us but always poor food and dirty environment. Shocking.

It's a KFC. The chips were woeful but the chicken was fresh and tasty. Not the speediest of drive thru experiences even though it wasn't that busy.

I ordered at 21:30 store closes at 22:30 food arrived at 23:00 cold, spilling out of the container, missing items and bags soaking wet and disintegrating.

We had one 3 piece boneless fillet meal and one 3 piece original meal and it cost £20.36...what! Couldn't believe the price certainly won't be visiting KFC again I'll be going Macdonald's!

Wrong items sent. Was told whilst ordering it would be delivered at 1830 and didn’t turn up til 1852

If you want to catch diseases go there toilet zero hygiene and water to wash hand not more than second other thank that staff are amazing

The time just kept slipping and slipping. Food was cold when it arrived and the driver was rude, did not even speak to me just kept talking on his phone. Just Eat have lost me as a customer as a result, absolutely appalling

the chicken was just driping in grease southern fried chicken should be crispy on the skin wrapped it in paper towels to dry it out then the skin stuck to the towel that tells you everything absolutely dire

Unhygienic, terrible service, awful food & tiny portions - avoid this KFC at all costs! Every single time we go to this KFC in Coalville there is an issue - HAIR in food, items missing, incorrect items, drive thru staff in unsanitary filthy clothes - the list is never ending. The lunchtime staff at the window are awful, it's like banging your head against a brick wall.

Could argue to say it was on time with the time it sated delivery would be once the order was placed (before the order was placed it stated 15-20) however took an hour from the order to delivery. Most the food was warm enough however the. Chips was cold

This is our local KFC, excellent quality of food, good friendly service.

My order has arrived on time, but with an item off the menu (1.5L Pepsi Max) The delivery driver was unsure what to do, and has taken a picture of the delivery receipt for proof. An honest mistake, but a refund would be required. Thank you.

The staff were rude, the service 0/10, toilets dirty… Just avoid this kfc

Delivery time changed so much that it came an hour after ordering and was almost cold, no napkins and drinks had sweated in the same bag as the food so the boxes were falling apart when it arrived, disappointed

Every time we order from here there's always something missing of the delivery. Ring up and they won't send the items back out, only give you a code for you to pop in or you have to get a refund through just eat. Won't be ordering again.

I WATCHED FROM THE WINDOW THE DRIVER DELIVER MY FOOD TO THE WRONG HOUSE!

Driver clearly did not read the instructions given on the order as he drove past my HGV truck twice and only came to me when I used my horn to get his attention. Then got aggy with me saying he was trying to call me, but he was calling the wrong number. Lucky I was looking out for him. Food a little old considering it came from 1/2 mile down the road and was with me 16 mins after ordering. Otherwise fine

Pop corn was in the bottom of the bag. Rob of that. Chips where not the same value, some where 29 some where 40. The chicken stripes where are missing. I Havnt been to the bottom of the box.

Simple to order, fast delivery - food well packed and tasty

Prices have gone up, quality of food poor, chips soft & soggy oily, chicken not great as greasy, best part was corn on cob. Standard has seriously dropped 😡

You’re typical KFC, food was pretty good, staff were friendly, and it was pretty clean.

Hardly any fries! KFC should be embarrassed charging what they do for such a small amount. Box was also crushed. Chicken was ok. Can of Pepsi max was in with the hot food meaning it was warm to drink. Overall pretty poor

Friendly staff, would have gave a 5 for food, but chips have skin on, so I always mark KFC down on this as all branches seem to do the same for some reason, unlike other fast food retailers

Deleted my last review, which was a positive review. However, since the last review, it would seem that they have gone downhill. The drive-through speaker was so loud that it made the children jump 🤬 I asked for a large zinger tower meal with an extra piece of chicken but received a medium-sized meal without the extra piece of chicken but been charged for it. We didn't realise until we arrived home, and they hadn't put the receipt in the box, and we paid cash, so we can't prove that we had been there. Definitely will not be going back again. If you read this review, then when you order, please check that you aren't being ripped off like me. 🤬🤬🤬

most of the food was cold plus food feel out the box into the bag as box was not put together right . not happy at all was expecting it to be hot not cold. dont think i will be ordering again from KFC.

Placed an order and was told delivery time but the food was really late and had the delivery time changed as well. I had to also reheat the food as it was not piping hot despite the short distance for delivery. Very disappointed as I was under the impression that KFC was fast food!!! Even the courier had to wait for half an hour for it to be prepared and this will have cost him money.

Yet again, not listened to and burger came with salad and sauce. I cannot have the sauce which means I can’t eat the burger so can only have 1 piece of chicken and chips. Not great service as is written in the notes!!

Really quick delivery time, food quality good for length of travel. Travels loads better than McDonalds. Can never order from there again. Too expensive for poor food
