Food missing,Never get an order correct!!!

Delivery was an hour late and the food was stone cold so went straight in the bin! Sent the wrong drink. Waste of time would bother wasting your money

Cold food on arrival and over an hour from order to delivery

Tried to order for delivery confirmed payment with bank went back to complete order and back at the page asking for payment. Tried again same thing. Cancelled order and won't bother again

I got gravy over my corn on the cob

Food was good, Bad points: No lugthing on car park, The flor was sticky, Toilets horrible, They dont give tissues everything was dirty, service poor in general very bad .

It arrived 30 minutes later than opted, it arrived with one of the boxes smashed food everywhere and the bag had a tear in it, I didn’t call because I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes

Missing items. Ordered 2x gravy and 2x mash and only received one of each.

It took two hours from ordering to delivery, original delivery eta was 25 minutes when ordering at 16.50. Delivery arrived at 18.53 having been despatched at 18.41 according to KFC when I phoned to find out what was going on. Want a full refund.

Chicken was so overcooked it was like chewing on an old fried boot, gravy was watery and chips was lame, don't know how they can overcook it so much

When i got my food my pot of gravy had busted open and gravy was everywhere and made the bag soggy

Nicely packaged but canned drink wasn’t cold

it took over 30 minutes to even move to being prepared then another 20 minutes before leaving the shop then 10 minutes to deliver and the food was cold.

did not bring me my 1.5 litre of Pepsi and did not seem to care and got my code and left

Driver picked up order but it wasn't delivered till 35 mins after. Wasn't in a delivery bag and was stone cold.

Good overall. Driver did seem a bit moody but I did mess him around as I had to go back to my phone to check delivery code.

Why give the option of table service on the order console when there is none?

Food turn up on time but stone cold. Note to KFC don't pack freezing cold drinks in the same bag as hot food. Obviously it's going to go cold. Food and drink should be kept separate!

I ordered a basic family bucket and had to wait ages for it, Just eat orders seem to take priority over drive through ones.

Food was cold. I watched the driver drive around our estate for 8 minutes not being able to find us. I did message ‘the courier’ through just eat, but no response. This of course caused cold food. We are not hard to locate

Food average, wait time 30 mins via drive thru. Wrong order given a further mins to ask for a manager to be absolutely rude and not interested. Staff with no hair/beard nets or gloves. Rubbish all over floor and table, all 3 bins overflowing. No atmosphere, just full of delivery drivers. Reported to environmental as too many breaches to food and hygiene. Just to top it all, not even an apology.

wouldn't want to feed a Stray dog with the food what got from KFC, made me feel bad. most for it now in the bin, not in the stray dog.

It was empty and I ordered through table service to be told I needed to collect it from the counter?

I ordered £76 worth of food and only received £40 worth of what I ordered. not sure if the delivery driver missed a bag but there was a whole chicken meal and a bottle of drink missing including all the fries. I like the new order/ delivery system but I think now you must check before they leave that you have everything. gutted I am.

I requested to leave the pineapple off as my Daughter is allergic and it was in the bag. I also asked for the fruit shoot to be swapped for a diet coke. We got a fruit shoot. Poor attention to detail. Will use drive through next time.

was ordered at 19:10, delivery time was 19:50 when the order was accepted, this time slowly rose without warning and was delivered at 20;25, according to the app updates my food was finally finished being prepared at 20:15 but somehow everything was cold when it arrived. I will not be ordering again, 90 minutes for cold greasy food. not good enough.

Missing popcorn chicken from my boneless banquet

Like all fast food establishments, all a bit slap dash, and pricey with it.

Had ordered three items of which one was missing and another was wrong order. To me, it's a fail in basic functioning in spite of all the technology and advancement. Just eat promptly refunded the cost.

Went in and received food my partner had a drumstick which was pink inside. When he went to the counter to let them know he was given a very rude remark stating chicken can be pink inside and can be eaten if it’s pink because we have teeth! And proceeded to say even she would eat pink chicken!

Half the order wasn’t there again!!

1 hour and 45 mins late and when rang got told we are really busy it will be there when it gets there

Completely the wrong order sent. Didn’t even resemble what we ordered. Contacted the guy whose order it was and he said he’d call me back if he got my order. He got the order he should have so it must have printed 2 orders for him and allocated my order details. Shocking service.

After I explained I didn't want to pay £18 for a bargain bucket consisting of just legs and wings and I was given a fair share of peices of breast and everything was piping hot too ! Was very nice thanks

Food not delivered to my address even though a code should be given so where did it go ? Rang KFC and they were not bothered saying it was the delivery companies responsibility . Had no food in the house so went hungry. Rubbish

Pepsi can shoved on mini fillet burger in bag. condensation from can all over burger so it was wet through. obviously staff don't care to do that. it was un eatable as it was soaking wet. chips were cold. MAYO from burger all over the box. can't even

This is about the 4th time in a row of ordering from here via just eat and every time we have had at least one item, usually more, missing from our order. It's disappointing when this is a treat for our family and someone doesn't end up with what they asked for.
