KFC Coalville - Thornborough Road in North West Leicestershire

I ordered a basic family bucket and had to wait ages for it, Just eat orders seem to take priority over drive through ones.

Food average, wait time 30 mins via drive thru. Wrong order given a further mins to ask for a manager to be absolutely rude and not interested. Staff with no hair/beard nets or gloves. Rubbish all over floor and table, all 3 bins overflowing. No atmosphere, just full of delivery drivers. Reported to environmental as too many breaches to food and hygiene. Just to top it all, not even an apology.

It was empty and I ordered through table service to be told I needed to collect it from the counter?

Can't get orders correct food cold staff not a clue what their doing do not use this kfc you will end up with food poisoning

Pretty standard KFC, staff were friendly and there's plenty of parking

was ordered at 19:10, delivery time was 19:50 when the order was accepted, this time slowly rose without warning and was delivered at 20;25, according to the app updates my food was finally finished being prepared at 20:15 but somehow everything was cold when it arrived. I will not be ordering again, 90 minutes for cold greasy food. not good enough.

Missing popcorn chicken from my boneless banquet

Had ordered three items of which one was missing and another was wrong order. To me, it's a fail in basic functioning in spite of all the technology and advancement. Just eat promptly refunded the cost.

Went in and received food my partner had a drumstick which was pink inside. When he went to the counter to let them know he was given a very rude remark stating chicken can be pink inside and can be eaten if it’s pink because we have teeth! And proceeded to say even she would eat pink chicken!

Half the order wasn’t there again!!

1 hour and 45 mins late and when rang got told we are really busy it will be there when it gets there

Awful, £30 plus £2 tip for delivery driver, unbelievable waste of money. Never seen a Kentucky like this before, 10 piece bucket, 9 pieces all drumsticks!!!! Want complete refund for service and quality please

Completely the wrong order sent. Didn’t even resemble what we ordered. Contacted the guy whose order it was and he said he’d call me back if he got my order. He got the order he should have so it must have printed 2 orders for him and allocated my order details. Shocking service.

After I explained I didn't want to pay £18 for a bargain bucket consisting of just legs and wings and I was given a fair share of peices of breast and everything was piping hot too ! Was very nice thanks

Pepsi can shoved on mini fillet burger in bag. condensation from can all over burger so it was wet through. obviously staff don't care to do that. it was un eatable as it was soaking wet. chips were cold. MAYO from burger all over the box. can't even

This is about the 4th time in a row of ordering from here via just eat and every time we have had at least one item, usually more, missing from our order. It's disappointing when this is a treat for our family and someone doesn't end up with what they asked for.

Food was awful, ordered 2 x sweet chilli wrap meal, no slaw with it, wrong sauce was supercharger, fries soggy cold and old looking, no flavour, usually go to Ashby de la zouch, won’t be going to Coalville again.it’s convenient fir us but always poor food and dirty environment. Shocking.

I ordered at 21:30 store closes at 22:30 food arrived at 23:00 cold, spilling out of the container, missing items and bags soaking wet and disintegrating.

It's a KFC. The chips were woeful but the chicken was fresh and tasty. Not the speediest of drive thru experiences even though it wasn't that busy.

We had one 3 piece boneless fillet meal and one 3 piece original meal and it cost £20.36...what! Couldn't believe the price certainly won't be visiting KFC again I'll be going Macdonald's!

The time just kept slipping and slipping. Food was cold when it arrived and the driver was rude, did not even speak to me just kept talking on his phone. Just Eat have lost me as a customer as a result, absolutely appalling

If you want to catch diseases go there toilet zero hygiene and water to wash hand not more than second other thank that staff are amazing

the chicken was just driping in grease southern fried chicken should be crispy on the skin wrapped it in paper towels to dry it out then the skin stuck to the towel that tells you everything absolutely dire

Unhygienic, terrible service, awful food & tiny portions - avoid this KFC at all costs! Every single time we go to this KFC in Coalville there is an issue - HAIR in food, items missing, incorrect items, drive thru staff in unsanitary filthy clothes - the list is never ending. The lunchtime staff at the window are awful, it's like banging your head against a brick wall.

Could argue to say it was on time with the time it sated delivery would be once the order was placed (before the order was placed it stated 15-20) however took an hour from the order to delivery. Most the food was warm enough however the. Chips was cold

This is our local KFC, excellent quality of food, good friendly service.

My order has arrived on time, but with an item off the menu (1.5L Pepsi Max) The delivery driver was unsure what to do, and has taken a picture of the delivery receipt for proof. An honest mistake, but a refund would be required. Thank you.

The staff were rude, the service 0/10, toilets dirty… Just avoid this kfc

Delivery time changed so much that it came an hour after ordering and was almost cold, no napkins and drinks had sweated in the same bag as the food so the boxes were falling apart when it arrived, disappointed

Every time we order from here there's always something missing of the delivery. Ring up and they won't send the items back out, only give you a code for you to pop in or you have to get a refund through just eat. Won't be ordering again.

I WATCHED FROM THE WINDOW THE DRIVER DELIVER MY FOOD TO THE WRONG HOUSE!

Driver clearly did not read the instructions given on the order as he drove past my HGV truck twice and only came to me when I used my horn to get his attention. Then got aggy with me saying he was trying to call me, but he was calling the wrong number. Lucky I was looking out for him. Food a little old considering it came from 1/2 mile down the road and was with me 16 mins after ordering. Otherwise fine
