I only had desert and a cocktail. The banana caramel desert was lovely. Everything is a bit expensive and I'm not sure why the room service menu seems to have a different and better looking choice of food. Wish they had an online menu.

Highly underwhelmed. The ladies are friendly and service is fast enough. The resto is cold and can be noisy at times. Lemon chicken was good and portion wise okay-ish. The burnt cheesecake was an absolute drama. Not anywhere near cheesecake. The Basques will revolt with their name being associated with this sorry attempt for cheesecake. Unfortunately when you are in the Hilton you are doomed to eat here. Good luck.

We visited the Ashby shop. The pork and stuffing rolls are amazing, the cakes were a delight and the bread is amazing. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive.

The member of staff was cheerful and showed me the sausage before proceeding with my order. She also explained that the coffee was ethically (FairTrade) sourced and it tasted great! The sausage bap was also delicious - the best I've tasted in years. So, well done to the member of staff and thank you for a delicious breakfast. Thank you.
