Greggs in North West Leicestershire

Ordered a breakfast baguette 2 sausages in. And 2 bacon. Doesn't even fit the baguette. You get the same in the cob which is fine.

Got served breakfast by a Josh on 30th July 24 (late review I know) and he gave the friendliest service that genuinely cheered up my morning. Keep up the good work!

Who eats cold beans? Sausage bean cheese melt given cold and told they don’t have a hot counter? What’s that all about?! Do people actually eat cold beans?!

Just a coffee stop….but what a super team they have on this morning. So friendly, polite and helpful to all that were in front of me. Could see no croissants/ pain au choc left at 10:55 so asked. Actually went to the back to see if any left, so obliging. They did so took two. Despite being busy nothing was a chore. Such a nice experience when you feel tired and a bit out of sorts with yourself. So to the North bound trio I encountered serving at Greggs thanks 🥰😋

Good grub for breakfast, prices could be a little lower but after all it is a motorway services so not too bad

Donington Services - Never open on time , always after 5.00am and to be honest does not seem to want to be there. Just been again as it’s the closest 5.00am shop and note saying 06.00 Sorry Greggs Management - This shop / staff needs attention, not doing greggs brand any good at all

Been a few times now. Slow services. Always seam to be waiting 20-25 mins for foord

Shame some of the staff cannot seem to focus on what the customer actually orders. Seems to be tgey mainly spend thier time chatting away to each other, get orders wrong. Didn't think it could be that hard really. Shame as some really try but let dowm by others and a manager who seems oblivious.

Staff don't know how to use the greggs app and also asked for a sausage cob with a "bit" of red sauce and got a huge dollop that ruined my breakfast. Overall just shocking please avoid.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS GREGGS!!! The food is FREEZING cold. We ordered a steak bake and a sausage roll and it was almost like they’d just come out of the fridge. We went back to ask for hot ones and we were told “it’s a cold counter” which is rubbish, every other Greggs I’ve ever been to the food has been hot or at least warm whether it’s just come out of the oven or not. 0/10 do not recommend.

Greggs is fine but the guy behind the counter this morning was the most miserable guy on the planet, cheer up man ! Get the bacon on

I like this Gregg's. It's clean in the food cabinets, and behind the counter on the back wall where the coffee machines are too. The staff are smart, helpfull and thorough explaining where the condiments are etc. The cool drinks are fully stocked too with no gaps. They mean business at this Gregg's!

Went to Greggs at Cobham services it was dreadful. Cold bakes took them back and asked for a bacon roll instead no refund of the difference in cost. My local Gregga is way better.

I've been here a few times and I can honestly say the service is always outstanding! The staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help any way possible. The establishment is kept clean and tidy at all times and there is always plenty of choice available. Things are always full, stock in some places look like they've been raided! I always know I'm going to get what I want when I come here a pleasant bite to eat and a friendly welcoming smile! Wouldn't go to any other gregs! Seems like they have a great team there! Hope praise goes to all the staff. Keep going guys xx

I like this store better than others ive visited. The staff are polite and helpful and its much cleaner than my local one which i often have to clear the table away before i can eat.

Always love Gregg's, and this branch has plenty of stock and friendly staff.

Used to be great here until one young lass left for another job. Since then the place is confused, rushed and the waiting time can be long. 3 times now I've had my order incorrect and / or been overcharged. When I call to complain about it, they don't care.

Typical greggs food. As soon as you leave the premesis the food is already cold.
