The best restaurants serving Spanish food in England

We had a great night with lovely food! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really good value and it was great to see a local restaurant so busy. What a lovely vibe. An added bonus was having a cool bar downstairs with a band playing. What a great place.

This is a great place to relax and 'lounge'. I have always found the staff to be friendly and attentive and the food to be simple but satisfying. Keep it up guys and girls!

Great bottomless brunch with tapas and cocktails. Good choice of food and drinks. Location was good

We had a fun night with good food, life music and drinks.

Very high service charge 13% and food is a little bit too salty for me. Food are okay, but poor value imo. Service wise we get a sense of getting rushed because it's a popular place.

From first to last of this dining experience it as one of being second to none. Memorable from the courteous individual service from Rayan who recommended an excellent choice for my glass of red wine to the our choices from the menu brilliant assisted by the full explanation of the specials of which ai chose the cod’s cheeks served in an excellent light wine sauce, along with the broccoli, charred red peppers and pine nuts in a tasty sauce. My friend chose the fried chilli prawns, the tomatoes salad off the specials menu and the patron peppers. The ambience was buzzing. It was a 5* choice from my friend who recommended Barrafina in Soho based upon her previous experiences of fabulous Spanish lunches.

The food and service were outstanding, with Clarissa adding an extra-special touch to the evening. Her attention to detail made the experience feel genuinely special . I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Been for the All You Can Eat tapas this evening, myself and my partner had a total of 14 dishes for just over £40. Each dish was packed full of flavour and the perfect portion sizes to try multiple dishes. If you haven’t given this place a try yet I would highly recommend! Thanks to everyone at El toro for the friendly and fast service :)

Excellent food,friendly staff lovely rustic place

Lovely place to go for a meal. Food was amazing.

We enjoy a visit to The Port House and this was another enjoyable meal. There are a tables are small, particularly those on the right hand side of the restaurant, those on the opposite side are a touch more generous. Our food was once again delicious: Iberian ham, selection of cheeses, patatas bravas, tortilla and tempura aubergine with hummus, perfect portions to share, washed down by a delight Vino Verde. The service was good, location excellent and food delicious, what’s not to like. Highly recommended.

We had a super evening tonight, ending up here by a happy accident after our booking at the hotel opposite hadn't worked. Lovely friendly staff, very tasty food - & generous portions for tapas. A great place to meet up with friends and chat, & share food. So glad we found it!
