Gran pez, no tan grande todo lo demás... Así que el pescado fue genial. Chips meh. Pero no esperaba mucho. Se quedaron sin bacalao... Decepcionante pero comprensible. Disfruté mucho del muelle. Las damas de la registradora eran I+D+i. Tan grosero.

If only they delivered out our way! We were heading back home from salisbury and the wife says she fancies fish n chips. We (argued) discussed as to where to get said fish n chips and couldn’t come to an agreement so I said tell ya what let’s ask Facebook. 90+ percent of local people said kingfish. So we put our order in online to pick it up on the way through to home (they dont deliver to us), it was being wrapped just as I walked in the door. We ordered the lemon sole, place, medium chips and a curry sauce which came to £28.90. We thoroughly enjoyed all of it! The batter was very light and crispy not greasy at all and both fish were perfectly cooked. The chips were crisp golden and just how I think chip shop chips should be, not too fluffy with a slight sweetness to them and not over cooked or dry like it’s so easy to do when holding product too long. The curry sauce was proper fish shop sauce and wasn’t too thick as again it can easily be. We would definitely use them again if we weren't so lazy to drive the eight miles out there and back from where we live. Larkhill (who are also good) will do us, they deliver our way. I really really liked the lemon sole!! Well done The Kingfish Team 👍🏻

Visited this chippy as it’s just opposite a decent pub we went to. Was a small queue so it looked promising. However, was honestly the worst chippy tea we’ve had in a long while. Ordered and paid extra for medium chips not small, a battered sausage and a fishcake. Chips were hardly enough for one person and cold, didn’t get a battered sausage but plain one and the fishcake was awful and went in the bin. Hope the chippy enjoys our tenner as it’s the only one they will ever get. Awful food. Shame as the staff serving were so nice and I cannot fathom how there’s a queue to this chippy?
