Just spent £60 on 4 fish and chips and some other small bits. I don’t understand how a chip shop can mess up cooking chips. The majority were raw and anemic. Fish was decent to be fair but undercooked
Dreadful cod fish, over battered and dry, I think it was cooked twice. Too many small chips. Overpriced very disappointing after going there for years. Dreadful.
Awful chips, shocking sausage in batter and no beans on the menu poor very poor will never return I feel 🤢 it was not like this a few months ago I assume it’s new owners
The food was on point, authentic flavours from my travels, and took me back to good memories of nostalgia.
Service was loving and family like.
Would go back a hundred times over.

Had a day out in Brixham and called into the cafe for lunch with our two dogs,as it is dog friendly,we had fish and chips with a hot drink, couldn't fault it,good portions and nice piece of cod,and go
Fish cottage is unique in its menu and outstanding in its quality. The staff are helpful and very hospitable. The fish cottage is definitely worth five stars. We will be back.
We enjoyed lovely drinks, scones and cakes at Watersmeet cafe. The iced coffee was delicious. It's a very busy spot and the servery area is small so it's a tricky job for the staff.
