came with only the kebab and he said he was coming back with the 2 pizza he said he would bring a drink to compensate the time wasting and mistake but nothing has been done and i had to call twice just for nothing to happen

took 1hr 20 from the time I ordered it's only 1/2 mile away. fish was only just warm, chips ok. I will not make that mistake again. Next time I want fish chips will go myself, will never order a delivery from there again

chicken was really burnt today unfortunately quite hard, food was slightly late but it wasn't too bad. Rest of the food was great milkshakes I recommend.

We had to put it in the microwave when it came as it was barely warm.

Food Quality was good slight delay but I phoned company as just eat updated that I received my order I hadn't at the time. All sorted, milkshakes are great chips tasted fresh, pizza kids demolished! All good here 👍

The food was outstanding delivered hot by a very polite elderly gentleman. The shop was busy hence the delay. But if that’s the service they offer I can accept a little delay when the food tastes that good. You deserve a 5***** rating 👍👍

Shocking had missing orders and random sent instead, the portions are shocking and didn't tell us that they was out of stock on an item we ordered overall very poor

Never had a bad order from taks it's our local but our order wasent the best. I asked for mushrooms on my pizza but I genuinely didn't see any, the dough in some places just was soggy the chips were not crispy at all. My husband had the chicken wings and strips but they just didn't taste right to him. Overall really disappointing meal. Maybe next time will be better

Arrived hot and tasted good, Nice salad although I do think for £7.50 you should be offered salad and 1 sauce not salad or sauce, but nevertheless it was nice.

Taks has been our regular pizza place since 2015 and we've always rated it. Unfortunately tonight it was awful. Everything was dry...the chips were like they had been under the lamp for about 6 hours and the pizzas were dry aswell. Very disappointed

Excellent service from this restaurant.This was my second time ordering from here and I will order again. I ordered a large cod,mushy peas and a spring roll. The chips are lovely too, but I end up leaving a lot of them as the portion is always too big for me. The food this time was delicious and just the right amount. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Always had great food from here but last nights was a massive disappointment, chips were cold as was curry sauce, my fish saved the day though as it was lovely, they also didn’t bring the dip for my daughters food.Hoping this was just a one off!

I have lived in quite a few places and this is easily the best local chippy I have had. Food is great and portions are hearty. Hats off to Tak!

Naan bread was rock hard could not eat it and part of my order was missing, very disappointed as only chippy I use.

Delivery was early which usually isn’t to bad. However two items were missing from the order. Items that I did receive were cold unfortunately. The Chocolate Fudge Cake wasn’t a slice. It was in a box and all mashed up. Chicken was grey chicken. Cheap chicken. So we gave that a miss too.

Didn't send food that was ordered. Didn't contact me about it. Accepted the order anyway. Sent spare stale food as a sorry. Communication is key. Next time talk to me about it.

The pies we ordered were solid (like reheated more than once) Chips had nasty taste. Meal binned.

How do I claim my refund owed from last order as I fidn't recieve all I ordered?

Very late and not all food that was ordered was delivered 1 portion of chips missing .

ordered at 5:45pm and waited past the estimated time of 6:45pm until around 7:30pm when i called and was told i need to be patient because of weather conditions and to wait another 15 mins and was then hung up on. The food eventually arrived at 8:10pm. It's also not the first time the food has been late by a decent amount of time and i will not be ordering from here any more.
