Salad in burger well little that was in it was disgusting and not fit for purpose so ended up throwing away and chips tasted like cardboard so overall horrible food first and last order

This has to be the worst meal ive had from there the batter was soggy and tasted very strange the batter seemed to be soggy on everything onion rings , sausages and cod the only thing edible was the chips which for a large and mediam were not very big portions very small not happy at all and will never order again from this restraunt which is sad as its the only fish and chips on just eat

I couldn't eat the Kebab. I requested extra ONION and CABBAGE. I didn't ask for CHILLI sauce! ugh. The pie was good and the chips were good the Calamari seemed undercooked or soggy.

Saveloys were boiled rather than fried and stone cold. chips were not prepped as there was black bruises in them and skin on them, portion size of chips regardless of price was abysmal couldn't share between 2 people. pie was so hard, my daughter joked it's only use was as a drum. Possible consider hiring someone who can actually cook. Last time I will buy from them, as the whole lot basically went in the bin

Great find. Generous portions, quality fish, and proper chips. Not a bit sweaty despite being delivered. Definitely recommend

The chips were hard and cold, the kebab was far too greasy, the battered sausage was burnt and rock hard, the salad looked like it had been in the pot for 3 days, we couldn't eat it, it went in the bin, it was the worst take away i've ever had, I wouldn't ever order from there again.

Good hot tasty food as always, even bought the coke that was missed from our last delivery with no questions asked. Top drawer service.

Food was great as usual but the meal deal of 1 large & 1 medium cod, 2 chips didn't come with the coke that i had to specify as part of the deal. Will request this in the notes next time I order from Eddy's.

This is honestly the best fish and chips I have ever tasted

The food was very bad. Chips were quite hard and potatoey (undercooked), my fish cake tastes like fish food flakes that you give pet fish and my husbands burger was burnt and like rubber. Will definitely not be ordering from here again!

Ordered Chicken Shish Kebab and got Chicken Wrap... The fish wasn't the best at all... The only thing that I liked were the chips. Not gonna order again from them.

As ever great food. I have a fish and chip shop in our village but cannot eat the chips ( hard and tasteless ) So I always use Eddy .Both fish and chips are fabulous ! my mouth is watering as I write this review !!! 5 star rating for Eddy !!!

Not the usual standard of this place. Normally a good takeaway but not this time.

usually good food but my last order turned out to be pure grease coated food, there was so much grease that there was actually a puddle of it in the bottom of the takeaway bag

All 3 doners were so salty, salad was dry chips were burnt and dry. Took over an hour to get here. Have had some really nice meals here but this was awful

Fish was under- cooked, no cheese in cheese burger, ordered over £18 to get free bottle of drink. No drink. Called to complain told they would bring back another drink they didn't.

Fish was not cooked, chips okay curry sauce a thick blob and was cold. Needless to say all but chips were put in bin and will never use this place again, very very disappointed.

Have used he takeaway service for some time. The food started of great bug the quality is getting worse. Fish is now getting soggy and chips not as fresh. Standards are dropping I'm afraid.

Ordered and paid for a meal with battered sausage. Once we unwrapped our order there was no battered sausage tried to call up but no answer. ? Not pleased as we order regularly

After waiting an hour the fish was very nice but the size of the portions of chips were an absolute joke. Phoned to complain but they wasn't really bothered. Won't be using them again.

Usually get good service but the good took an hour and 10 mins to arrive and was cold . They offered us a discount on next order but not sure if we will order again was very disappointed with the meal and the service

I have ordered takeaways from Eddy's on many occasions and enjoyed what has been delivered, but last night the chicken shish I ordered was very disappointing, there was very little salad, it would not have made a decent sandwich. Also pitta bread was included when i requested them not to. Do they read the noted?

Sent the wrong food less than a handful of chips no bottle of drink for spending over £18. When we called to complain was spoken to rudely and told there was nothing he could do about it. Will never order from here again

Well I agree with the good reviews the fish was lovely the chips were very tasty the roll was soft , the only complaint would be the curry sauce it was a bit gluppy ...other wise Ovewise lovlley ...in a nice box too

Me había conducido pasado este lugar de cientos de veces y no había llevado previo aviso. Luego después de leer una crítica positiva en línea decidimos ir en. No me decepcionó, muy buen pescado y patatas fritas, gran servicio de un restaurante familiar. Pruébalo. Ahora es mi primer punto de llamar para comida para llevar pescado y patatas fritas.

food was not good, fish was as cold and dry as anything.more hard batter than fish. chips were reheated. spoke to manager after trying for 40 mins to get through, i got a mouthful of abuse and the phone put down. yes portions are huge but nice if you can eat. wouldnt use again
