Tom Yam was excellent. However the rest of the dishes e.g. egg fried rice / jasmine rice were quite bland. The "signature dish" -fried seabass with sweet chilly sauce - was quite ordinary, closer to fish in fish & chips than Thai food. Service is quiet nice...

I have used the restaurant on several occasions for special big parties ranging from 15 up to 30 people and they have never disappointed me. The staff are lovely, from Surat helping to plan the event to the staff on the day excellent. Every one was very accommodating and responded to our needs, even taking care of the babies and children's bespoke needs . The food was divine. I have no complaints and plan to keep coming back.

That’s the best Tom Kha Gai in town! It’s rich and flavorful, with real lemongrass. The balance of coconut and lemongrass is just right, taking me back to the dishes I had in Bangkok. This one is truly authentic!

The Shrimps /pork dumplings were almost like barely „Meatballs „ but they tasted good though. The battered fish : there were lumps of flour😔 Mushroom Salad and Vegies with Tofu were very tasty 😍 Friendly staff👍

Chain restaurant. Excellent cuisine, attentive service. It’s true that it’s incomprehensible to combine two different levels of service in one restaurant. Before this I often visited this restaurant in Vienna. If you want to eat delicious Asian cuisine at any time of the day, I recommend it!

Went for their khao soi pop up, definitely felt was a let down. Place is tiny and overcrowded. My noodles were past overcooked. Gave us cold noodles and soup, meat was mostly unedible fat, big chunks of onion and garlic. Overall we felt that even the taste wasn't there, had better khao sois in unknown places. Portion was so small we had to go for a real dinner afterwards and the price for the smallest tea and a small portion of food shouldn't be £30. Not worth it! Save your hard earned cash and go somewhere else.

Rating for KHAO SO I Worst service I ever encountered. Food is under quality and poor after services. The food is curry noodle with stew beef, which what I got is the stew beef in the very poor shape, extremely smashed beef. I talked to at least 3 FOH staff members, one put the food tray on the table without asking if it belonged to whom, one didn't know what the dishes were, another one rushed me to get the bill while my friend was still eating, a few bites left. I knew about 1 hour turning tables policy, but I believe we spent not more than 45 mins until that point. I told the staff to wait until my friend finishes bc I don't wanna rush my friend The answer I got is 'you can get the bill now' Already contact the staff of this restaurant and what they do is just saying sorry. Apologies accepted. Updated : After a really long conversaion, I got the refund at the end.

*review for khao so-i pop-up* overall: imbalance bowl of noodles. was my expectations set too high from the hype on social media?? * noodles were too soft * i like the spiciness & creaminess of the broth. but it got way too heavy despite squeezing the whole lime wedge & adding in the pickles * the chicken was plain & lacked seasoning. the charred skin had zero smoky flavour (perhaps cuz the broth was very rich) * the pork was hard & dry pork salad 🥗: amazing flavours. just wished that there’s a more crunch to it. thai ice tea 🫖: i can’t find the tea in it… just milk & sugar

Khao soi! It's a northern style northern Thai noodles soup with egg noodles in super spicy coconut curry broth which is made freshly daily. Khao soi gai moo with stir fry noodles 🍜 was a good balance of pork and chicken thighs topped with coconut curry broth! Khao soi waiting lines are until 20:20 and until November 30th, so anyone who's a fan of Thai food must give this place a try!

I visited the KHAO-SO pop-up store, but I couldn’t find any information about its closing time. I arrived at 9:30 pm, only to discover that the pop-up had already closed. Disappointed, I decided to order in the patara restaurant, the host. The service was poor, and the portion was incredibly expensive for what it was. I’ve never seen such a small portion of noodles in any restaurant I’ve ever been to—less than 50 grams of noodles and three shrimp on the plate. It was absolutely terrible. The price of £26 for a Coke and noodles was insane, and I could find amazing places for half that price in the city. I made it clear to the staff that I would never be returning to their establishment.

The khao soi pop up was very rich and tasty, one of the top 3 dishes I have had in London. The flavors were all very authentic and the staff were very friendly and all spoke Thai. The line was a 15-20 minute wait but don’t let that discourage you!

Khao Soi pop up was 11/10. A proper Khao Soi straight out of Northern Thailand. Walk in only for the pop up which is separate to Patara restaurant.

The first Khao Soi branch in London Luckily when I went there there was no queue. When I came out of the store I was shocked at why there were so many people lining up. Luckily I didn't have to stand and wait 😂 All the employees are lovely and the service is very good. The khao soi curry is thick and good. But personally, I think I secretly gave a little too little water, so I had to ask for more. All in all, ok.

Been here several times, great service. A bit expensive but worth its price. Today we ordered prawn tom yum and it was very salty. Told the waitress and she immediately changed it for us.

The food is generally ok. The attention to detail can slip when they're quite busy. Overall staff are nice.

I recently visited on a Sunday evening at 8:24 PM, expecting to have a nice dinner. However, I was really disappointed by the experience. When we arrived, we were told by staff that the last order was at 8:30PM, which came as a shock since the front door clearly stated that the restaurant closes at 10 PM. Typically, I’d expect the last order to be around 9:00 or even 9:30, but 8:30 PM felt far too early, especially on a weekend night. To make matters worse, we waited about five minutes at the front door without being acknowledged, which added to the frustration. Overall, it felt like the staff was more interested in closing up early than serving customers. If the last order really is that early, it should be made much clearer to avoid misleading customers.

It was very good there were a few veg I options and the noodles were very good
