Nice & quiet so we could catch up. Really attentive waiter Stephan who suggested menu items, checked we were alright and if the food was good, and took drink orders mid dinner by checking in with us. Great service

This spot is great for excellent service and delicious food. The service was excellent. We were there to meet family members who took the train 2 hrs into the city and even though the staff was setting up for big New Year's party, Stephan and his staff, gave us the royal treatment. Food was delicious we had ribeye and chicken pie that was great value for the price. We had the sticky pudding with ice cream for dessert that capped off a delightful dinner. Highly recommend.

Food was mostly good, with the chicken pie being tasty and good portions of chicken inside. Pastry was somewhat thick though, and didn't give the impression of being freshly cooked. For dessert I had toffee pudding, and while the sauce was great, the pudding was dense and also felt as though the food might have been put through a microwave. Service was great though, with our host Stephan doing a great job and being very attentive. Unfortunately we were the only customers in and as a result the ambience was very dead.

The restaurant was nearly empty which unfortunately doesn't make for a good atmosphere. The cocktail we ordered from the menu was not available as they didn't have the ingredients which was a bit of a surprise! We asked for mojitos but these couldn't be made either as the ingredients were not available. We decided on one of the others that they could make. We were then asked if we'd like our starters at the same time as our main course. When the food arrived it was excellent which made up for the lack of preferred cocktail. Not sure we will return as it was too quiet. This might suit some.

We visited for lunch. The service was lovely and the food very tasty- especially the grilled meats . We were however the only people in- I think it’s more a dinner place. We created our own atmosphere though and the service was warm and lovely

We enjoy to share a lot of plates in this restaurant. We don’t know which is the best plate. We loved tacos, grilled meat and pudding (it’s amazing). Thanks to Dixie and Salon for their kindness and to help us to decide what to order

Great stay at this hotel food was amazing. Stephan was so nice when we had a late drink in the lounge and recommend place to visit the following day. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful experience here. The good was fresh and delicious. Our favorites were the fattoush salad, whipped feta, and spare ribs.

Whichever female answered the phone just now was down right rude. I called up and enquired whether this was the number for Steak and Lobster as I have come to this location previously. However, online it states it’s a Mediterranean restaurant, cash only. The website takes me to steak and lobster and most of the images are steak and lobster so I was confused, hence the phone call. I asked if this was the radison and she stated which one, I said radison blu. She said which one, there’s different locations and I said Marble Arch. There was so many unnecessary comments. She could have just told me they changed just over a month ago, it would have made the conversation go smoother. Why is it so hard to get information out of somebody?

Great food, fantastic ambience.

Food was very good but no wow factor. Service was good but not outstanding. Glad we went but would not rush back. The tools for eating the Lobster have seen better days and need replacing. Absolutely nothing wrong with this restaurant just no wow factor.

They do exactly what they are supposed to do good steak and lobster. It did feel like a hotel restaurant.

The atmosphere in the chic restaurant is very pleasant. The service is friendly and follow-up. The food was fantastic and ok for the price. Any time.

It was very bad, lobster pasta. I love lobster very much and eat it quite often. But here it was only bad that I left the dish and left hungry. The lobster was rubbery and tasteless, as were the pasta and sauce. I bought it on the website, it’s not worth it.

not the best experience - waitresses were incredibly slow and unprofessional. they didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and food took a really long time to come out. the lobster was a little overcooked, and staff actually forgot about our desserts: after waiting half an hour for them, we were told that we didn’t order them at all? nice casual vibe, but would not dine here again.

The food was lovely but the staff made the experience even better, really friendly people. Thanks to all.

Friendly waitress unfortunately clearing the table before people had finished. Side dishes were not as good as we feel they could’ve been. Filet steaks were good. Slightly overpriced for other dishes.

Just around the corner from Oxford Street, so a bit hidden but very central and very quiet. The steak was great, the salads were delicious and the service was extremely friendly and helpful.

I wanted to visit this place because of the good reviews I saw. To be absolutely honest I didn’t like it, but of course it’s just a personal opinion. The venue is very small and quiet with no character at all. To me it just looked as a big room made restaurant. The food was good, but I am sure I could find a good food in more beautiful venues. 3 of us paid around 150 for 2 course meals, a glass of wine, 2 mocktails and 2 waters. The service charge of 12,5% is not justified for what they provide. I will not visit this place again.

We both had a fillet steak, one with fries, the other with salad. Both were very good, the meat was cooked exactly how we wanted it, the fries were good and the salad dressing perfect. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, it’s located in a hotel. The waiter (Stephan) was friendly, attentive and helpful. The price is actually very fair, considering the quality of the food and the fact that we’re in London :-)

We have ordered rib eye steak with paprika fries and blue cheese sauce, surf & turf brioche roll. They were both delicious.

It was very quiet evening as it was just after long weekend. We were the only table in the restaurant. Surf and turf was delicious and quite decent to share for two, as I was not very hungry. Price wise very reasonable for the location. I would come back.

Had a brilliant time at Steak and Lobster Marble Arch tonight. The food was great, lobster was cooked to perfect, and we didn’t realise with the combo meal that we would get a full size steak too! We were really impressed with the service mostly. Our waitress Kanchan was so kind and knowledgable and ensured that our allergy was catered for. Thank you so much for a great experience! :)

I had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their hospitality was outstanding.

Took the three course set menu which works it abut £5 cheaper than buying the listed items off the a la carte menu. All three courses were very good, as were the wines I chose. Price was not inexpensive, but only to be expected given it’s in the Radisson Blu Edwardian in central London.

The food was amazing but I have to say the customer service was the best I've recieved in ages Stephan was amazing, super attentive, friendly gave great recommendations on what to eat and drink. Made sure our glasses where never empty. 10/10 and usually I hate service charge but he deserves it and more.

Tucked away in the Radisson Blu hotel, Steak & Lobster is a real treat. Their wine selection is top-notch, and the staff knows their stuff – they'll help you find the perfect pairing for your steak. I went for the sirloin steak, and boy, was it good! Cooked just how I like it, juicy and flavorful. And don't even get me started on the starters – from the Smoked Beef flat tacos to the Crispy steak rolls with special bourbon maple glaze, everything was spot on. Oh, and heads up: the lobster prices change daily based on the market, so keep that in mind if you're in the mood for some seafood. Overall, Steak & Lobster is a winner in my book. Great food, great vibes – definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for a delicious meal.
