Excellent food! Great value too

The food and seafood are fresh, but the oysters are almost all rotten, and the lobster buns are not worth the price because they are small.

We had a lovely experience today with Mathias he was very helpful and the experience was great. Would definitely recommend.

Burger was not very good and also I found out afterwards that they have a food hygiene rating of 2!

Enjoyed the whole experience Had the Roll Combo, Lobster roll was amazing and tasty Burger was cooked to perfection, really enjoyable. Sticky toffee for dessert was great! Service was excellent and friendly staff.

Very good experience, the dishes were good. The restaurant is a little hidden but well located.

My family had a great meal here on a recent trip. The atmosphere was family friendly (which can sometimes be a challenge) and Michelle gave us kind and quick service!

A friendly and warm restaurant. The employees are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a reservation, they were very helpful. The service was clean and fast. We tried lobster roll mac and cheese and burger separately. They were very good except for the mac and cheese. I think the calculation is reasonable too.

Siempre quise ir así que fue tomado para el día de la madre y no fue una decepción! La comida era increíble Tenía croquetas de langosta para empezar, luego media langosta y patatas fritas con un vaso de efluvio para la parte principal! ¡Y estaba delicioso! Marido tenía la hamburguesa de carne y langosta que era enorme y dijo que era muy agradable. El personal era muy amable y la comida se sirvió rápidamente. Recomendaría encarecidamente

Matthias was lovely he was very welcoming and polite extremely helpful and kept us in the loop with our order made our Mother’s Day a pleasant one Shame about the lobster roll was overdone.

We went there last night for my best friend’s birthday but they were fully booked. The host once she found out we were there for a celebration helped us out and found us a table that were leaving shortly. The food was delicious, the server very attentive. Thank you for making our friend’s birthday so special. 🥹❤️

Can you imagine as an absolute lover of lobster and a person whom dines with his wife and we spend £200/300 every time to never ever wanting to go back to burger&lobster again? Words can’t describe how utterly disappointed and let down we feel, plus called a liar to add insult to injury. My wife and I ordered a combination of lobster, burger and lobster burger, what came as far from it. I don’t know what’s happened before I came but it seemed to me I’m not the only one who complains as his behaviour and his co managers seemed rehearsed. This guys staff behind his back were encouraging us to complain and didn’t seem to like the managers. We complained due to the lack of lobster on our plate, half of it was missing and the lobster burger was all sauce, at the prices they charge as well. I felt like he wanted us out when we complained, as he must have got us confused for another couple. He went on to say we always do this and apologised to other customers when he was clearly at fault. t first he wanted to change the food and played with the food we pay is for, so I told him to keep it and bring my bill asap. His behaviour wasn’t normal and was very rude to say the least. He said to me no way you spend £200/300 in here , which I will be proving to their head office via my statements asap. I must spend about £3000/4000 a year in burger and lobster, not anymore!

We ordered food and was hardly any lobster in the food and when complained the manger wanted us out the restaurant used low tactics saying we always complained when we don’t, further more called me a lier when I stated I spend £200/£300 every time I come. Just to save face in front of customers. Have no empathy and was extremely rude with his co manager backing him up. Never have I felt so disappointed and disrespected as we have been using the restaurant for many years and feel very let down and disregarded. We well never return to any burger and lobster again. I had to give a star which I did not want to otherwise I can’t make this post zero stars from

We had Matthias as our waiter for the night, very kind and welcoming. Constantly made sure everything was perfect for us. Food came out really good and really fast with very good portion size.

Nice staff! Had a problem with the music but they kindly turned it down as it was too loud. Waiter spilt the water but he quickly sorted it out. Food was delivered quickly and hot but please take your time with removing all the shell, as it was off putting to remove it from my lobster roll whilst eating!

Service was absolutely rubbish and the new set menu deal was horrible. My friends asked for less ice in their cocktails and was still given a glass full of ice and the manager arguing that if they give less ice it will change the drink which makes absolutely no sense? Will not be going here again.

Isabella was amazing and super attentive, she catered to our every need she helped us with suggestions and was just amazing. The food was brilliant and delicious as well, we were celebrating our anniversary and they really did make it special. They most likely used the lobster frozen, it was tasteless and dry. The live ones in the aquarium at the entrance are probably for show. The hamburger is tasteless and bland. The only thing that's delicious is the garlic butter that comes with the lobster.

The Wagyu beef burger was tasty and juicy. A must try!

Went in groups, from the beginning to end I think I only saw 2 manages smile once, extremely slow with taking drinks orders, had to asked after sat there for a while, also had waited 10 more minutes for my remaining 2 drinks to arrives, my best guess is the waiter forgotten about my drink, only received 1 out of 3 of the same drinks. Food wise we mainly ordered lobster, it was super small , burnt and super dry, the sauce came with it barely have taste, also the chips looks like those frozen chips, so slim and dry at the same time, some of us had the wagyu beef burger, it was nothing special, tasted like usual burger but paid a whopping £26 for each portion.This was the first time we visited,I recommended and organised this party, only to be disappointed. None of us have enjoyed the dinner experience, don’t feel the prices reflect with the food or service. Can say we won’t be returning

I had a lovely time with the Wife for our 3rd wedding anniversary; Matthias was attentive and professional throughout. Food is as lovely as usual. Prices did go up a lot throughout the years, but we still love coming in regardless. I went for the B&L Combo which is my usual and my wife got the original roll, we also had a side of tender-stem broccoli 🥦 and the Watermelon Ice tea reminds me of the original B&L drink that they use to do! Glad it's back! P.S. Bring back the apple crumble please 🙏

Unfortunately the waiter who initially served us was a little rude… we arrived and there were loads of empty tables, but each table we asked to be seated on were “reserved” yet it doesn’t matter since it’s the number of chairs. Anyway, by the time we finished eating none of those table were filled
