I had such a lovely evening at burger and lobster (Oxford Circus), so good that I felt to leave a review. The atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing and had a good vibe. I was served by Isabella who was so sweet, friendly and professional and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing and the lobster croquettes were so so good. This experience really sticks with me and I will definitely be back soon. Atmosphere 10/10, Service 10/10 and food 10/10 :)

Went to Burger & Lobster Oxford Circus for a lunch date and it was amazing. Their classic burger was really meaty and flavourful and the fries were perfectly cooked. We liked the atmosphere and the aesthetics and Isabella was lovely, very friendly and professional. We couldn't believe it when she told us she had been working there for two weeks - she was a natural and very professional. The host who sat us down (I didn't catch her name) had a very warm and bubbly personality and showed enthusiasm, which I know (as an ex-waitress) is very hard to have when working in hospitality, especially in central London. Amazing! :)

A restaurant worth visiting, without a reservation. The reception and staff are excellent. The food is very delicious. We tried the beef burger, which was very delicious, and the lobster sandwich with brioche bread was delicious once. I recommend it as one of the distinguished restaurants in London.

My girlfriend and I came in for lunch on a weekday and were treated very well. The food came quickly and was really well made, with generous portion sizes. Thanks to our waitress Isabela, who was warm, professional and diligent in taking care of us - we both felt that the good service really made it special. Hope to come back soon!

Amazing time at this branch, been to a lot of burger and lobsters but many staff members made my time here very enjoyable especially Naz thank you to all. Definitely my favourite burger and lobster.

We ordered rock oysters and miso oysters and they were below average, they were difficult to eat as they were stuck to the shell, For drinks we ordered the virgin mojito and tropic thunder both drinks was just full of ice, we literally had two sips and the drink was finished. For our mains we had the combo, the lobster roll and burger was cold, the lobster was the same size as a prawn and the side salad tasted like dirt. The only enjoyable thing for the main was the fries. As for the service, there was nothing above and beyond, we were seated close to the till where we were greeted with a sneeze or a cough whenever one of the waiters or waitress came back.

This branch stands out to me. The staff is so friendly and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. I tried the Classic 8oz Burger, and I’ll definitely order it again on my next visit.

I want to pass my ‘thank you’ to the waitress serving us yesterday, my mum enjoyed her birthday and the food is amazing. Just a shame we were a bit rush to leave due to train disruption nearby… We will definitely come back again 🥰

The food was good , been served by Matthias he is very polite kind person I give him 5 stars ! Only one issue about the bill I didn’t check the bill properly I paid and left ! and once home I check the bill they had charge me 13.5 % of the service charge !!! got the surprise ! This is 2 much is ripped off honestly first the food is not cheap is expensive and on top you have to paid a service charge ! I am disappointed about this ! I love the food and I will definitely come again but which i am certain I will definitely not paying the service charge as it not mandatory at all ! If they want tips we can give , but not 13.5 % come on !

It was a last minute reservation foe 10, they were welcoming with great service. The beef croquette was amazing even the lobster ones. We did like the burgers more than the lobster roll.

We had an absolutely wonderful time last night at Burger and Lobster in Little Portland Street. We do however want to make a very special mention to our amazing waiter Matthias. He truly is incredibly good at his job and made us fe so welcome. Big shout out to an amazing waiter accompanied by a great meal.

The burger was just okay, nothing more. I'd go to a different place next time. The thing is that they lobster's taste is quite flat, so it doesn't enhance the burger at all. Just sits there for no reason 🤷‍♂️. It wasn't bad, mind you, but don't expect something special.

Matthias served our table and did a great job Informing us with the menu. I’m allergic to shrimp & lobster so he made sure to inform me that there might be cross contamination. He went out of his way to see what options I had on the menu and he checked in frequently to with our table to make sure we were ok. The mussels and or croquettes are a must! I Enjoy!

The service was perfect from start to finish, everyone had a smile and we were always looked after throughout the meal. The food was excellent, and we all had a sampling from across the menu around our table. There was not one complaint about any dish.
