Burger and Lobster in City of London, Westminster

Bit of a random stop off for us but blimey we lucked out. This place is fab! Food was fantastic and so was the service. Great recommendations and service from Matthias. I'm only sad it was a city break for us and I can't come back every week!!

nice foods & the service is really nice! Neyla provided excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The lobster bun was delicious, although I ate a small piece of it. French fries fresh and crispy

Came here with a table of 6 for my nephew’s birthday because he has turned 12 and now has a taste for lobster! Service was amazing, we had Mattias and he went above and beyond for us. The whole lobsters were tasty, but the lobster rolls were the best part. Had to drop a star for the beef burgers though, would just leave them next time

A Mixed Bag of Flavors and Service My recent visit to Burger & Lobster on Little Portland Street left me with a mixed impression. The Food: The combo roll, featuring a juicy burger and succulent lobster, was a delightful indulgence. The 1.5 Lob Canada, a whole steamed lobster, was tender and flavorful. However, the Wagyu croquettes were a bit underwhelming, lacking the expected richness and flavor. Service Carlos, the management representative, was attentive and ensured that our lunch was satisfactory. Matthias, our waiter, was polite and responsive, regularly checking on us. However, the revelation that the 13.5% service charge was not mandatory came as an unpleasant surprise. Ambiance: The restaurant has a casual and lively atmosphere, with industrial-style decor and comfortable seating. The wobbly table should be attended to. Overall: Burger & Lobster offers a unique dining experience with delicious burgers and lobsters. However, the mandatory service charge and the inconsistent information provided regarding its optionality left a negative impression. If you're looking for a special meal, Burger & Lobster is worth considering. However, be aware of the service charge policy to avoid any surprises.

Staff were really friendly and the food was tasty. But we had oysters and then both had what we assume was horrific food poisoning afterwards. Emailed them twice about this but never had a response. Didn’t necessarily need any money back but would have been interesting to know if this was reported from others and it been acknowledged.

Came to Burger and Lobster during the promotional deal, was unlucky to catch it tho😅. During the time i was there none of the staff really paid attention to me as a customer walking passed and just generally not paying attention. I first wanted to order the ‘Family Feast’ as it seem a good deal for money but the waiter denied it saying i can’t have it unless i came with kids, which was unclear on the menu - so with that said i opted for the combo for 2, the lobster roll was delicious creamy and left a pleasant aftertaste, however the burger tasted just like a regular burger nothing new. Dessert was exceptional the creme brûlée was creamy sweet and everything it should be, but unless you’ve had it before the burnt cheesecake tasted really really burnt, hence the name. Would i go back to that particular store don’t think so but it you have a chance going into the restaurant would make a lovely addition to your day.

stunning food, incredible service!!! had the lobster and fries and side salad which all had lovely flavours. also had the lovely caviar as a side and amazing cheese cake!!! the staff are so friendly and was seriously impressed.

We went for lunch about 13:30. There were still 4-5 tables of customers inside the restaurant. The food is yummy especially the lobster roll. Drinks is nice too. The staff is friendly and efficient. The environment is cozy. Overall it is a good experience. Recommended.

My family and I decided to try something different. Food was decent, I love the Sweet Potato Wedges. My sister got the starter ribs it was mostly bones, and tasted old, she didn’t enjoy them at all. The drinks were the only problem. Paying £6.50 for a cup of ice with a splash of juice. We all got the same drink, decided to take one drink back as it had too much ice. And apparently without ice it’s a smaller cup but the same price. Disgusting actually. The excuse was “well that’s the cup we serve in with less ice.” See photos for references.

I thought the food was overpriced and was underwhelming. You can do better for the money in London. Don’t think we will return…

The food was delicious and the service was friendly and accommodating. Deduction for women's toilet was broken and you had to use the toilet for disabled people.

This place is lovely!! The staff are amazing, the cocktails are fabulous, literally I can't say enough, tbh I don't really like seafood like that but my husband does and he gets seafood and I get a burger and it's a match made in heaven! Definitely recommend 👌🏽

Nice and not that busy brand , with amazing very attended customer service. The food is on another level, delicious full with flavors. The lobsters are soo fresh its literally melting in your mouth. The portions are big enough and it's absolutely good value for money. Will be back very soon.

The grilled lobster was so bad, it had like a sea water taste to it. Other than that, I love the lobster roll it’s my favourite thing on the menu and the croquettes. The burgers are also good.

We ordered a whole grilled lobster. The lobster was very fresh. The fries were so delicious that we couldn't stop eating one bite after another. Although the salad was not a large portion, it tasted very good. It was one of the most unforgettable meals of this trip to the UK.
